Description
The invention relates to a device for extracting and filtering dust and / or fiber-polluted air on spinning machines and for cleaning the filter of deposits by reversing the direction of the air flow during operation, with a closable suction duct, a filter, an inlet air duct, an air-conveying fan and an exhaust air duct .
A filter box is already known as prior art, which essentially consists of a pressure-side clean air chamber and a suction-side raw air chamber (DE-OS 30 17 838). The raw air chamber is connected to a suction duct coming from a spinning machine: there is a fan in the clean air chamber; A filter is arranged between the clean air chamber and the raw air chamber. From the untreated air chamber there is a lockable suction channel leading to a continuously operated central suction, the unfiltered air chamber being connectable to the central suction for a short time and the outlet of the clean air chamber being shut off.
The object of the present invention is, based on the prior art mentioned at the outset, to design the device in such a way that the cleaning possibility of the filter is simplified in a simple manner.
This object is achieved in that the supply air duct and the exhaust air duct have at least one common wall and that the common wall can be moved into two positions, the supply air duct and the exhaust air duct being open in the first position and one in the second position when the intake duct is closed Reversal of the air flow direction by closing the supply air and exhaust air duct and by creating two separate air passage openings between the supply air duct and the exhaust air duct.
This results in the advantage of a simple design, the air flow being used for filter cleaning solely by changing the common wall and by reversing the air flow direction when the intake duct is closed. The common wall can either be designed as a pivotable flap or as a slide, which has two areas at right angles to one another, the single area defining one of the two positions of the common wall.
By briefly swiveling the flap or moving the slide into the emptying position, the air flow is used for filter cleaning, the ambient air being sucked in by the fan. The exhaust air is redirected so that it creates an overpressure in the filter chamber. This loosens the filter content and, contrary to the normal direction of air, blows it out of the filter into a waste collection container.
Further advantages of the construction according to the invention are the freedom from maintenance, since there is no mechanical scraper, complete emptying of the filter in a very short time, for example during the can change of a spinning machine, compact space conditions and very good accessibility of the waste collection container, whereby a It is possible to replace this container during operation.

In dem Bereich zwischen dem Ansaugkanal 1 und dem Zuluftkanal 3 ist ein Filter 2 angeordnet.1 and 2 schematically show an embodiment of a device for extracting and filtering air contaminated with dust and / or fiber flights on a spinning machine. Here, the corresponding area of the spinning machine is connected to an
As can be seen, the
Below the
In the working position, the air flows in the direction of the arrow from the
Now the ambient air is sucked in by the
5.In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the
In the filter cleaning position shown in FIG. 4, the
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6, the supply air duct 3 'and the exhaust air duct 5' cross in the region of the common wall 7 '. As can be seen, the supply air duct 3 'and the exhaust duct 5 'is semicircular in cross section. The common wall 7 'is formed by a pivotable flap 9', the pivot axis 8 'diagonally to the crossing plane of the supply air duct 3' and the
This results in a connection of the two channels 3 'and 5', with the air now, as shown in the direction of the arrow, from the left area of the exhaust air channel 5 'in the lower right area of the supply air channel 3', from there via the
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8, the
Characterized in that the supply air duct and the exhaust air duct have a common wall, which can be moved into two positions, the simple possibility according to the invention is given in the case of designs alone to also briefly clean the filter arranged between the intake duct and the supply air duct. The arrangement is simple and almost maintenance-free.
