Because the stopper 10 is fastened to the elastic cord 15 and fitted in the recession 6 of the connector member 4, although the stopper 10 will be described hereinafter, the cut 14 in the side plate 12 is effective in receiving the fastened portion of the elastic cord 15 and also the slant edges of the side plate 12 are effective in fitting the stopper into the recession 6.
