Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif d'aspiration pour moteurs à combustion interne avec un dispositif anti-éclatement,
    - qui comprend un orifice particulier (10) du dispositif d'aspiration (1) avec une pièce de fermeture commandée par la pression, caractérisé
    - en ce que la pièce de fermeture est un élément d'étanchéité (11) à lèvre élastique,
    - qui est appliqué contre une délimitation (17) d'orifice (10) en précontrainte au moyen de déformation, pour créer un dispositif étanche contre la dépression d'aspiration, et
    - qui lors d'une pression d'explosion, libère et délimite une section d'écoulement par déformation opposée à la précontrainte entre lui et la délimitation de l'orifice.
  2. Dispositif d'aspiration selon la revendication 1,
    - notamment un dispositif d'aspiration constitué de plusieurs pièces vissées ensemble par des brides pour avoir une connexion démontable avec le moteur à combustion interne, caractérisé en ce que
    - l'élément d'étanchéité (11) correspond à un orifice (10), qui est formée par des brides (7, 8) placées à un écartement déterminé, et en ce que
    - l'une des brides (7) présente une gorge annulaire (13) disposée à une certaine distance du bord de la section respective (9) de tubulure,
    - qui sert de support de l'élément d'étanchéité (11) reposant avec précontrainte contre l'autre bride (8).
  3. Dispositif d'aspiration selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que :
    - on obtient l'écartement mutuel des deux brides (7, 8) au moyen de douilles d'écartement des brides traversées par des boulons filetés.
    - chaque douille d'écartement pouvant être formée par un prolongement (14) d'une douille de contrainte (16) placée dans la bride (7) et traversée axialement par un boulon fileté.
  4. Dispositif d'aspiration selon les revendications 1-3, notamment pour des moteurs a combustion interne à plusieurs cylindres :
    - avec des tubulures d'aspiration (3) connectables par des brides (6) au moteur à combustion interne (2),
    - qui sont en communication avec un collecteur (4) par des brides (7, 8) en fixation démontable,
    - sur le collecteur, un boîtier de papillon (5) étant fixé par bride de manière démontable,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    - les tubulures d'aspiration (3) et le collecteur (4) du dispositif d'aspiration (1) sont en matière plastique à paroi mince,
    - des fixations par bride démontables entre les pièces en matière plastique et/ou les pièces en matière plastique et les pièces métalliques équipées d'éléments (11) d'étanchéité servant de dispositifs anti-éclatement (20).
  5. Dispositif d'aspiration selon les revendications 1-4, caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose l'élément d'étanchéité à lèvre (11) sur une bague (12) dirigée radialement vers l'extérieur dans son extension principale, relativement à l'axe de la bride (7, 8).
  6. Dispositif d'aspiration selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (11) présente une section asymétrique avec un flanc (21) plus long dirigé vers l'une des faces d'aspiration d'air (section de tubulure (9).
