Definitions
- the immersion heater is removed from the liquid and the electrical plug is unplugged again, and then you have to look for a place so that you can place, hang or lie down the immersion heater without the still hot radiator of the immersion heater being able to damage a surface or wall .
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a device for heating brewing water or drinks in a vessel, which is particularly suitable for smaller amounts of liquid or for tempering and avoids the disadvantages described, which are associated with the previously customary procedures, than the simple time and energy saving and clean heating of small amounts of liquid or tempering of beverages.
- a vessel e.g. Drinking vessel or jug, which contains a drink or brewing water to be heated
- a vessel e.g. Drinking vessel or jug
- the radiator on the stand is lowered into the vessel so that the radiator is immersed in the liquid, the button pushing the button The radiator switches on.
- the vessel is removed again, whereby the button automatically switches the radiator off again.
- a thermostat device can be provided according to claim 5, which dips into the liquid with the button and which ensures that the button turns off the radiator before the vessel is removed when the temperature of the liquid reaches a predetermined value.
- a thermostat device is less suitable.
- the vessel can then be removed after a desired switch-on time, for example about ten seconds. If desired, the time counter could switch the radiator off again after an adjustable pre-selected operating time.
- the device for heating or tempering beverages shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 has a stand which is formed by a column 1 and an extension arm 2 attached to it.
- An immersion heater-type electric radiator 3 is attached to the arm 2 so that it projects freely downwards, so that a filled drinking vessel, e.g. Beer glass (indicated by broken lines), can be slipped over the radiator 3 from below.
- a filled drinking vessel e.g. Beer glass (indicated by broken lines)
- a button in the form of a vertical pin 4 is arranged on the arm 2, which is centered in a sleeve 5 and guided vertically displaceably.
- the bushing 5 is fastened in a flange 6 attached to the arm 2. If a drinking vessel from is pushed below the radiator 3, the conical inner wall of the drinking vessel - or, in the case of a more cylindrical drinking vessel, the bottom thereof - comes into contact with a transverse pin at the lower end of the pin 4 and lifts it upwards, so that a disk 7 attached to the pin 4 is one Relieved microswitch 8, which closes the circuit to the radiator 3.
- the immersion heater 3 preferably runs as shown along a helix around the pin 4 and protects it mechanically.
- the radiator 3 is tapered downwards.
- An electrical seconds counter 9 is electrically connected in parallel with the radiator 3, which is started each time the radiator is switched on and then indicates the duration of the radiator.
- the seconds counter 9 is, for example, an electronic block timer which is equipped with five light-emitting diodes 10 which are visible from the front and which each light up successively after every 5 seconds of heating time. The operating personnel can thus determine the desired heating-up time in a very simple manner, which of course depends on the size of the respective drinking vessel.
- a switch 11 with signal lamp 12 and a connector 13 are installed in the column 1.
- the cable entry could also take place directly, in principle, the additional switch 11 is not required.
- the boom 2 with the parts carried by it could also be attached directly to a beverage dispensing system (e.g. beer dispenser).
- a beverage dispensing system e.g. beer dispenser
- the device shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 for heating brewing water or beverages has a stand which consists of two parallel ver tical tubes 20 and 21 existing column and a boom 22 attached to the top of the column is formed.
- An immersion heater-type electric heater 23 is attached to the arm 22 so that it projects freely downwards, so that a vessel containing a drink or brewing water, for example a drinking vessel 24 (indicated by broken lines in FIG. 4) or a jug, from below over the heater 23 can be put up.
- a support bracket 25 is movably held on the column 20, 21, which is moved into the position shown in order to carry the vessel 24, while the liquid contained in the vessel is heated by the heating element 23, so that the vessel is not held all the time got to.
- the support bracket 25 is mounted on a support 26 so as to be pivotable about a vertical axis.
- the carrier 26 is guided on the two tubes 20 and 21 to be vertically displaceable but secured against rotation.
- the carrier 26 is attached to the lower end of a threaded spindle 27 which is arranged between the tubes 20 and 21 and is parallel to the latter and which can be adjusted in height by means of a threaded rotary knob 28.
- the threaded rotary knob 28 and a housing 29 arranged on the arm 22, on which the rotary knob 28 is mounted, are only indicated with broken lines in FIG. 4 and have been omitted in FIG. 5.
- the lower end of the threaded spindle 27 is bent back upward by 180 ° and forms on the support 26 the pivot axis 27a on which the support bracket 25 is pivotally mounted.
- the height adjustment of the threaded spindle 27 and thus of the support bracket 25 enables adaptation to the bottom of vessels 24 of different thicknesses.
- FIG. 6 shows a variant of the device according to FIGS. 4 and 5, in which the column consisting of the tubes 20 and 21 is replaced by a column 41 which telescopically slides into one another There are square tubes.
- the square tubes are provided in the usual way with locking and braking grooves (not shown).
- On the upper end of the column 41 the boom 22 with the radiator 23 is arranged again.
- the support bracket 25 is omitted in this variant; the upper surface of a base plate 40 arranged on the column 41 serves as a supporting surface for the vessel 24, which contains a drink or brewing water.
- the heating element 23 is lowered into the vessel 24 by pushing the column 41 downward.
- a stylus pin 30 is arranged on the arm 22, which extends vertically downward from the arm 22.
- the stylus 30 is guided in bearings 38 and 39 held on the arm 22 so as to be vertically displaceable.
- a bracket 31 is vertically slidably mounted on the lower end of the pin 30, a bracket 31 is vertically slidably mounted.
- a bimetal strip 32 fastened to the bracket 31 engages with a free end in a notch 30a in the notch 30 in the pin 30 (FIG. 7).
- the arrangement of the bimetallic strip 32 could also be reversed, that is, the bimetallic strip could be attached to the pin 30 and engage with a free end in a corresponding recess in the bracket 31.
- a vessel 24 is pushed from below over the radiator 23 (FIG. 4) or the radiator 23 is lowered into the vessel 24 (FIG. 6), the bottom of the vessel comes into contact with the lower end of the bracket 31 and lifts it Bracket 31 and thus also the pin 30 upwards via the bimetallic strip 32 engaging in the notch 30a, so that a disk 33 attached to the pin 30 relieves a microswitch 34 which closes the circuit to the radiator 23.
- a signal lamp 35 electrically connected in parallel to the radiator 23 burns as long as the radiator is supplied.

Abstract
Description
That in the usual way e.g. domestic heating of beverages, e.g. Milk, or heating brewing water, e.g. for tea, coffee, etc., is comparatively cumbersome, time-consuming and uneconomical for small quantities or single servings. When heating in a small saucepan on the stove top, in addition to the small amount of liquid, the stove top and the saucepan must also be heated, which is associated with an undesirable loss of time and energy. In this respect, the use of a conventional immersion heater, which is immersed directly in the liquid contained in a drinking vessel or a jug, is more favorable. The handling of the immersion heater is also cumbersome. After immersing in the liquid, the immersion heater's electrical connector must be inserted. If the liquid is contained in a drinking vessel that is relatively small, you have to hold on to the immersion heater while it is warming up, otherwise it will tear around or tip out of the drinking vessel. After warming up, the immersion heater is removed from the liquid and the electrical plug is unplugged again, and then you have to look for a place so that you can place, hang or lie down the immersion heater without the still hot radiator of the immersion heater being able to damage a surface or wall .
Similar problems arise when cold stored drinks, eg beer, are to be warmed up or tempered a little before being enjoyed. Various practices are common for tempering beer, particularly in restaurants. For example, a water bath with warm water is used, in which the filled beer glasses are placed. Likewise It is common to heat up the glasses in hot water before filling them with beer, to warm the beer glasses in an oven, etc. All of these known procedures are time-consuming, impractical and in some cases also unsanitary.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a device for heating brewing water or drinks in a vessel, which is particularly suitable for smaller amounts of liquid or for tempering and avoids the disadvantages described, which are associated with the previously customary procedures, than the simple time and energy saving and clean heating of small amounts of liquid or tempering of beverages.
The object is achieved with the device defined in claim 1.
In this device according to the invention, a vessel, e.g. Drinking vessel or jug, which contains a drink or brewing water to be heated, simply pushed from below over the radiator or placed on a footplate of the device and the radiator on the stand is lowered into the vessel so that the radiator is immersed in the liquid, the button pushing the button The radiator switches on. After heating, the vessel is removed again, whereby the button automatically switches the radiator off again.
Appropriately, a thermostat device can be provided according to
However, if the device is only to be used for tempering beverages, in particular beer, a thermostat device is less suitable. For this application you can arrange a time counter according to

The device for heating or tempering beverages shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 has a stand which is formed by a column 1 and an
Furthermore, a button in the form of a vertical pin 4 is arranged on the
The
An
In the illustrated embodiment, a
On the
Instead of the column 1, the
The device shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 for heating brewing water or beverages has a stand which consists of two parallel ver
In the illustrated embodiment, the lower end of the threaded

Zum Erwärmen der Flüssigkeit im Gefäss 24 wird der Heizkörper 23 durch Zusammenschieben der Säule 41 nach unten in das Gefäss 24 hineingesenkt.FIG. 6 shows a variant of the device according to FIGS. 4 and 5, in which the column consisting of the
Both in FIGS. 4 and 5 and in FIG. 6, a
If a
