Definitions
- the invention relates to a ski boot comprising an outer shoe and an inner shoe.
- an insert plate in the heel achilles tendon area on the inside of the outer shoe in particular in the form of a saddle plate, which is adjustable in height and / or shape by an adjusting device.
- the saddle plate be arranged essentially in the concave section of the heel achilles tendon region, as seen from the side in the horizontal direction on the foot.
- the saddle plate should not exert any pressure on the sensitive Achilles tendon. It is therefore further proposed that the saddle plate on its inner side facing the inner shoe has such a curvature that it lies against the foot in the concave section of the heel achilles tendon region, mediated by the inner shoe, next to the Achilles tendon.
- the hold of the foot in the ski shoe is to be improved in particular in such a way that the skier cannot lift off the sole of the ski shoe with the heel. It is therefore further proposed that - viewed in horizontal cross sections - the radius of curvature of the inside of the saddle plate increases from a point of medium height on the saddle plate to the lower end of the saddle plate.
- the saddle plate can always be adjusted downwards until it acts on the heel part with its narrowing, so that the heel part can then no longer actually lift off the sole.
- the optimal setting The saddle plate alone may be sufficient.
- additional holding means can in particular comprise a holding plate known per se in the instep area, which pushes the heel back into the heel area of the shoe and is adjustable. In combination with such an instep plate, an optimal fit of the foot in the shoe can be guaranteed.
- the solution is to attach the saddle plate to the inside of the cuff rear part.
- An easy way to adapt the saddle plate to the respective anatomy of the foot of the ski shoe is that the saddle plate on the outer shoe can be moved and locked by a sliding guide.
- a sliding guide can be attached to both sides of the closure means on the ankle cuff to avoid a collision with these closure means.
- a particularly simple and inexpensive arrangement of the slide guides results from the fact that the slide guides each have an elongated slot on either side of the heel achilles tendon area and that these elongated slots are penetrated by clamping screws.
- the saddle plate can be locked in the respective height setting by locking means.
- the locking means if they are inside, can be arranged in the area of the Achilles tendon line without collision with any locking means.
- the locking means - viewed in the horizontal circumferential direction of the heel achilles tendon area - are arranged between two sliding guides and offset in height from these. A bracing then occurs, so that the locking means become effective in any case.
- the saddle plate can either be attached directly to the outer shoe or the cuff rear part of the outer shoe. But it is also conceivable that the saddle plate is carried by a saddle plate carrier slide, which in turn is attached to the outer shoe in a height-adjustable and lockable manner.
- the saddle plate is attached to the carrier slide with its side edges remote from the apex.
- the saddle plate is pivotally mounted on the carrier slide about a horizontal transverse axis. It proves to be advantageous if the pivot bearing is arranged at the middle height of the saddle plate.
- the attitude of the Insert or saddle plate is effected with the shoe closure open, for example in such a way that after fitting a cuff rear part carrying the saddle plate to the foot, the fit is checked and the height of the saddle plate is corrected after the cuff rear part has been folded down.
- the adjustment of the saddle plate can be effected with the shoe lock closed.
- the saddle plate can be adjusted in the height direction by means of a force-reduced actuating device. Then the optimal adjustment of the saddle plate can be achieved most quickly and reliably with the ski lock closed.
- An adaptation of the insert or saddle plate in the heel achilles tendon area can also be achieved in that the saddle plate is deformable in itself and is clamped between an upper and a lower socket in the heel achilles tendon area of the outer shoe, with at least one of these sockets being height-adjustable and lockable. If only one of the sockets is height-adjustable, you can make the adjustment by simply deforming the saddle plate without changing the overall height of the saddle plate. If both sockets are height-adjustable, both a deformation of the saddle plate and a height adjustment of the saddle plate as a whole is possible.
- control devices for the respective version are possible, for. B. a spindle drive or a cable drive.
- the intention is to adapt the saddle plate when the shoe is closed, it is also recommended in the embodiment with a deformable saddle plate that at least one power-reduced actuator is provided for the adjustment of at least one of the sockets.
- the saddle plate lies in the area of the heel achilles tendon line with its lower end at the level or above the upper edge of the forefoot heel cup. This avoids edges that could exert pressure on the heel achilles tendon area despite the padded liner.
- the outer shoe with a forefoot heel cup and an ankle cuff and designing the ankle cuff with a cuff rear part that can be pivoted about a horizontal transverse axis, it is recommended that the cuff rear part is provided with a cuff rear part padding above the saddle plate and the saddle plate underlaps the cuff rear part padding. In this way, a transition free of pressure points is also achieved at the upper end of the saddle plate.
- the outer shoe is generally designated 10. This outer shoe receives an inner shoe 12.
- the outer shoe consists of a forefoot heel cup 14 and an ankle cuff 16.
- the ankle cuff 16 consists of a cuff front part 16a and a cuff rear part 16b.
- the cuff front part 16a is pivotable about a transverse axis 18 and by an elastic Support means 20 against elastic movement supported.
- the rear cuff portion 16b is pivotally mounted about a transverse axis 22.
- the front part of the cuff and the rear part of the cuff are held together by closing means 24, which can be closed by a central lock 26.
- the central closure 26 is arranged in the heel achilles tendon region of the cuff rear part 16b.
- An instep plate 28 can also be stretched over a rope 30 through the central lock 26. It is a ski boot with heel slip.
- the liner I2 can also be opened to the rear.
- Fig. 1 can be seen in dashed lines, an insert plate or saddle plate 32, which is adjustable in height by means of a sliding guide 34 and lockable by means of a clamping screw 36.
- a corresponding sliding guide 34 and a corresponding clamping screw 36 are located on the other side of the central lock 26 (not shown in FIG. 1).
- the two slot guides 34 are formed in the cuff rear part 16b.
- the saddle plate 32 is carried by a carrier slide 38 which - as can be seen in FIG. 3 - is displaceably guided by the sliding guides 34 designed as elongated slots and can be locked at different heights by the clamping screws 36. 3, the saddle plate 32 is at a distance from the carrier slide 38 in its outer apex region 40 and is fastened to the carrier slide 38 at its side edges by rivets 42. In this way, an elastic deformation of the saddle plate 32 is possible.
- the saddle plate 32 ends with its lower end 32a above the upper edge 44 of the forefoot heel cup 14 in the heel region.
- the upper end 32b of the saddle plate underlaps a cushion part 46 which is fastened to the cuff rear part 16b and forms a sliding gap 47 between itself and the cuff rear part 16b for the upper end of the saddle plate 32, in such a way that a smooth transition from the cushion part 46 to the saddle plate 32 is created .
- the saddle plate 32 can of course in turn be padded, but does not have to be padded with regard to the cushioning of the inner shoe which is present anyway.
- the saddle plate 32 overlaps a rear tongue 48 of the inner shoe, which is articulated about a transverse axis 50 on the inner shoe I2 and can be folded backwards.
- the tongue 48 is arranged so that it both overlaps the rear edges 52 of the main part of the inner shoe 12 and thus closes. In principle, it is also conceivable to dispense with the tongue 48 and to design the edges 52 of the inner shoe in such a way that they directly overlap one another with appropriately curved edge zones.
- Fig. 3 shows a section at the level of the line III-III of Fig. 2, that is, approximately at the middle height of the saddle plate 32.
- the curvature of the saddle plate 32 on its inner surface 32c is dimensioned such that it does not show the one in Fig. 3 presses the padded inner shoe against the foot next to the Achilles tendon line and keeps the Achilles tendon itself as free of pressure as possible.
- the radius of curvature of the inner surface 32c of the saddle plate 32 increases from the section line III-III downwards and approaches in its lower region towards the end 32a to the radius of curvature of the tongue 48 present at this point. This means that when the saddle plate 32 is displaced downwards this the heel part of the liner and thus of the foot increasingly cramped.
- the saddle plate 32 be adapted to the complementary saddle shape of the concave portion of the heel achilles tendon region of the foot by moving the saddle plate, but it is also possible to optimally secure the heel of the skier against lifting off the sole by moving the saddle plate 32 without pressure points on Occur foot. Securing the heel of the skier against lifting can of course still be improved in that the instep plate 28 is tensioned by the rope 30 in the direction of arrow 56, which can be done from the central lock 26.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 A modification is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in which analog parts are provided with the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 to 3, each increased by the number 100.
- the rear part of the cuff 116b can be seen from the inside, by means of which in turn by sliding guides
- Carrier carriage 138 is guided in the form of long slots with reference numeral 134.
- the carrier slide 138 is T-shaped or Y-shaped and carries at its upper ends the clamping screws 136 and at its lower end a latching part 158, which interacts with a notch of a notch row 160 which is arranged on the inside of the cuff rear part 116. In this way, unintentional displacement of the saddle plate 132, for example when the clamping screws 136 are loosened, can be avoided.
- the insert is plate or saddle plate 232 can be pivoted about a joint 262 with a transverse, horizontal axis, so that the saddle plate 232 has a further degree of freedom in addition to the degree of freedom of the height shift and the degree of freedom of the elastic deformation and can therefore conform even better to the anatomy of the foot in the heel achilles tendon area , especially in the side concave portion of the heel achilles tendon area.
- FIG. 7 A further embodiment is shown in FIG. 7, analog parts again being provided with the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1, each increased by the number 300.
- an elastic saddle plate 332 is attached to the inside of the cuff rear part 316.
- This elastic saddle plate can be, for example, a rubber or plastic molded part with relief recesses 366 on its outside facing the cuff rear part 316.
- the saddle plate is fastened at its upper end 332b by an upper socket 368 and at its lower end 332a by a lower socket 370.
- the lower socket 370 can be adjusted in height in the direction of arrow 372 by means of a spindle drive 374.
- the spindle drive is connected via a bolt 376 the lower frame 370, the bolt 376 passing through an elongated hole 380 of the cuff rear part 316b.
- the spindle drive is adjustable by means of a knurled screw 382.
- the saddle plate 332 lies between the rear part of the cuff and the inner shoe, possibly a rear tongue of the inner shoe.
- the shape of the saddle plate 332 is similar to that described in connection with FIGS. 2 and 3, but the saddle shape can be changed by adjusting the spindle drive 374, so that the saddle plate can optimally conform to the anatomy of the foot in the concave section of the heel achilles tendon area without changing its height.
- FIGS. 8 and 9 relate to a modification to FIGS. 6 and 7, the modification only being in the configuration of the actuating device. Analog parts are provided with the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 6 and 7, each increased by the number 100.
- the upper socket 468 is height-adjustable in the direction of the arrow 469 by means of a cable pull 484. This cable pull runs over lower deflection rollers 486 on the inside of the boot rear part 416b and a height-adjustable middle deflection roller 488.
- this middle deflection roller 488 By moving this middle deflection roller 488 upwards in the direction of arrow 490, the two upper sockets 468 can be moved downwards in the direction of arrow 469 with the result that the saddle plate 432 reinforced arches.
- the height adjustment of the deflection roller 488 takes place in a slot 492 of the cuff rear part 416b and is fixed by a clamping screw 494. It can be seen that in this embodiment there is still space for a central lock between the two cable sections 484.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a ski boot comprising an outer shoe and an inner shoe.
It has been found that it is desirable for modern skiing, especially downhill skiing, to be able to adapt the inner shape of the outer shoe in the heel achilles tendon area to the individual anatomy of individual skiers in order to improve the fit of the foot in the shoe and to increase the wearing comfort.
It is therefore proposed that an insert plate in the heel achilles tendon area on the inside of the outer shoe, in particular in the form of a saddle plate, which is adjustable in height and / or shape by an adjusting device.
The need for adjustment exists particularly in the concave section of the heel achilles tendon area. It is therefore proposed that the saddle plate be arranged essentially in the concave section of the heel achilles tendon region, as seen from the side in the horizontal direction on the foot.
The saddle plate should not exert any pressure on the sensitive Achilles tendon. It is therefore further proposed that the saddle plate on its inner side facing the inner shoe has such a curvature that it lies against the foot in the concave section of the heel achilles tendon region, mediated by the inner shoe, next to the Achilles tendon.
With the saddle plate, the hold of the foot in the ski shoe is to be improved in particular in such a way that the skier cannot lift off the sole of the ski shoe with the heel. It is therefore further proposed that - viewed in horizontal cross sections - the radius of curvature of the inside of the saddle plate increases from a point of medium height on the saddle plate to the lower end of the saddle plate. In this embodiment, the saddle plate can always be adjusted downwards until it acts on the heel part with its narrowing, so that the heel part can then no longer actually lift off the sole.
At this point it should be noted that the optimal setting The saddle plate alone may be sufficient. However, it is also conceivable to provide additional holding means in order to optimally fix the foot in the ski boot. Such additional holding means can in particular comprise a holding plate known per se in the instep area, which pushes the heel back into the heel area of the shoe and is adjustable. In combination with such an instep plate, an optimal fit of the foot in the shoe can be guaranteed.
If the outer shoe is designed with a forefoot heel cup and an ankle cuff and if the ankle cuff is designed with a rear cuff that can be swiveled backwards about a horizontal transverse axis, the solution is to attach the saddle plate to the inside of the cuff rear part.
An easy way to adapt the saddle plate to the respective anatomy of the foot of the ski shoe is that the saddle plate on the outer shoe can be moved and locked by a sliding guide.
If cuff closure means are present in the heel achilles tendon area, a sliding guide can be attached to both sides of the closure means on the ankle cuff to avoid a collision with these closure means.
A particularly simple and inexpensive arrangement of the slide guides results from the fact that the slide guides each have an elongated slot on either side of the heel achilles tendon area and that these elongated slots are penetrated by clamping screws.
In order to avoid inadvertent displacement of the saddle plate even if the clamping screws are inadequately tightened, it is proposed that the saddle plate can be locked in the respective height setting by locking means. The locking means, if they are inside, can be arranged in the area of the Achilles tendon line without collision with any locking means. For example, it has proven useful that the locking means - viewed in the horizontal circumferential direction of the heel achilles tendon area - are arranged between two sliding guides and offset in height from these. A bracing then occurs, so that the locking means become effective in any case.
The saddle plate can either be attached directly to the outer shoe or the cuff rear part of the outer shoe. But it is also conceivable that the saddle plate is carried by a saddle plate carrier slide, which in turn is attached to the outer shoe in a height-adjustable and lockable manner.
If you want to give the saddle plate a freedom of deformation, this can be achieved in that the saddle plate is attached to the carrier slide with its side edges remote from the apex. Another possibility to achieve an optimal adaptation to the respective foot anatomy is that the saddle plate is pivotally mounted on the carrier slide about a horizontal transverse axis. It proves to be advantageous if the pivot bearing is arranged at the middle height of the saddle plate.
One will often be content with the fact that the attitude of the Insert or saddle plate is effected with the shoe closure open, for example in such a way that after fitting a cuff rear part carrying the saddle plate to the foot, the fit is checked and the height of the saddle plate is corrected after the cuff rear part has been folded down. From an ergonomic point of view for the skier, it is even more favorable if the adjustment of the saddle plate can be effected with the shoe lock closed. For this purpose, it is proposed that the saddle plate can be adjusted in the height direction by means of a force-reduced actuating device. Then the optimal adjustment of the saddle plate can be achieved most quickly and reliably with the ski lock closed.
An adaptation of the insert or saddle plate in the heel achilles tendon area can also be achieved in that the saddle plate is deformable in itself and is clamped between an upper and a lower socket in the heel achilles tendon area of the outer shoe, with at least one of these sockets being height-adjustable and lockable. If only one of the sockets is height-adjustable, you can make the adjustment by simply deforming the saddle plate without changing the overall height of the saddle plate. If both sockets are height-adjustable, both a deformation of the saddle plate and a height adjustment of the saddle plate as a whole is possible. If here instead of the general expression "insert plate" one also speaks of "saddle plate", it must be taken into account that the saddle shape is a particularly favorable shape, but that deviations from the geometric concept of the saddle surface are also possible. This applies to all embodiments.
Different embodiments of control devices for the respective version are possible, for. B. a spindle drive or a cable drive.
If the intention is to adapt the saddle plate when the shoe is closed, it is also recommended in the embodiment with a deformable saddle plate that at least one power-reduced actuator is provided for the adjustment of at least one of the sockets.
When designing the outer shoe with a forefoot heel cup and an ankle cuff and designing the ankle cuff with a cuff rear part that can be pivoted about a horizontal transverse axis, it is recommended that the saddle plate lies in the area of the heel achilles tendon line with its lower end at the level or above the upper edge of the forefoot heel cup. This avoids edges that could exert pressure on the heel achilles tendon area despite the padded liner.
Finally, when designing the outer shoe with a forefoot heel cup and an ankle cuff and designing the ankle cuff with a cuff rear part that can be pivoted about a horizontal transverse axis, it is recommended that the cuff rear part is provided with a cuff rear part padding above the saddle plate and the saddle plate underlaps the cuff rear part padding. In this way, a transition free of pressure points is also achieved at the upper end of the saddle plate.

In Fig. 1, the outer shoe is generally designated 10. This outer shoe receives an
Details can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 3. The
Fig. 3 shows a section at the level of the line III-III of Fig. 2, that is, approximately at the middle height of the
The radius of curvature of the
In this way, not only can the
A modification is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in which analog parts are provided with the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 to 3, each increased by the number 100. The rear part of the
In this embodiment, the insert is plate or
A further embodiment is shown in FIG. 7, analog parts again being provided with the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1, each increased by the number 300. It can be seen that an
The shape of the
Man erkennt, daß bei dieser Ausführungsform zwischen den beiden Seilabschnitten 484 noch Platz ist für einen Zentralverschluß.FIGS. 8 and 9 relate to a modification to FIGS. 6 and 7, the modification only being in the configuration of the actuating device. Analog parts are provided with the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 6 and 7, each increased by the number 100. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 8 and 9, the
