Abstract

Between the shaft (14) and the inner boot (20) of a ski boot (10), two holding elements (22, 24) are arranged, which cover the instep in the manner of a saddle, overlapping in the region (32). On each holding element (22, 24), there engages a pull member (50, 50'), which extends in each case over the other holding element (24, 22) and is guided via a deflection (54) to the rotary closure (56). The pull members (50, 50') can be wound up in the rotary closure (56) so that the inner boot (20) is pressed painlessly and snugly against the foot in the region of the holding elements (22, 24). The front end regions (30, 30') of the holding elements (22, 24) are mounted on the guide element (44) freely slidably in the longitudinal direction (A) of the ski boot (10) and transversely thereto. By means of the adjustment member (46), the distance of the holding elements (22, 24) from the shaft (14) can be adjusted in arrow direction (B). <IMAGE>

Description

The present invention relates to a sports shoe, in particular a ski shoe, according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a ski boot is known from DE-U-87 02 920, in which two holding elements, which overlap in the instep area, are arranged between the shaft and the inner boot. The holding elements cover the instep area in the shape of a saddle and are mounted in the area of the ankle on the shaft about an axis transverse to the longitudinal direction of the shoe and parallel to the sole. The tensioning arrangement has a double-acting Bowden cable, the jacket and strand of which are operatively connected to a holding element in the instep area. A swivel lever acts on the Bowden cable, when actuated the two holding elements are displaced relative to one another transversely to the longitudinal direction of the shoe in the instep area. In this known ski boot, the adaptation of the holding elements to the instep contour in the longitudinal, transverse and height directions is only possible to a limited extent. It is not possible to nestle the holding elements snugly against the inner shoe, especially in the area under the ankle.

The object of the vo d ying invention is to provide a sports shoe, particularly a ski boot, of which holding elements are adaptable to any shape of foot and thus ensure a tight fit of the foot in the shoe.

This object is solved by the characterizing part of claim 1.

The holding elements are freely movable and can therefore adapt to any foot shape, a high or low instep, an instep in the front or back, a narrow or wide instep.

In a preferred embodiment, the holding elements in the central regions have slot-shaped recesses which run essentially parallel to the longitudinal direction; the holding elements can also have further recesses according to claim 4. With these measures, an optimal adaptation of the holding elements to the shape of the foot in the instep area is achieved, and moreover, a strong pressure on the shin can be prevented.

In a further preferred embodiment, at least the holding element covering the outer instep area has a tab directed against the area below the ankle. This also enables the holding elements in this area to be adapted to the individual foot.

In a further embodiment, the holding elements have in their front end regions substantially parallel to the sole and approximately parallel or transverse to the longitudinal direction of the slots, in which guide members are slidably mounted, which also slide in guide slots running essentially transverse to the elongated slots in a guide element are stored. This gives the holding elements the greatest possible freedom of movement; this is also achieved with an embodiment according to claim 8.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the distance between the front end regions and the shaft is adjustable. This ensures a secure hold in the shoe even in the forefoot area. This is also achieved by changing the distance between the guide element and the shaft.

The tensioning arrangement has two traction elements, each of which engages on a holding element, preferably in the area laterally in front of the ankle, engages around the other holding element and extends towards the heel area. As a result, an optimal introduction of force from the traction elements to the holding elements is achieved, and in particular the holding elements are pressed against the foot in the area below the ankle, which provides excellent hold in the shoe.

In a further preferred embodiment, the traction members are operatively connected to an actuating member arranged on or in the shaft. Both traction elements are thus set by means of a single actuating element, which greatly simplifies operation.

In a preferred manner, the actuating member has a self-locking twist lock which simultaneously tensions or relieves the pulling members.

This enables a continuous, finely adjustable adjustment of the holding elements.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the tensioning arrangement has two double-acting Bowden cables, at least one of which acts on the holding elements in the central regions. The second Bowden cable can also act on the two holding elements in the central region, or else further forward, against the front end regions with these being operatively connected. This leads to a controllable adjustment of the holding elements over practically the entire instep down to the area of the toes.

Further preferred embodiments are specified in the further dependent claims.

The two holding elements 22 and 24 overlap in their upper end regions 26, 26 'and middle regions 28, 28' in a direction approximately transversely to the shoe longitudinal direction A, whereas the front end regions 30,30 'are spaced apart from one another in the direction transversely to the shoe longitudinal direction A. In the covering area 32, the thickness of the holding elements 22, 24 is less than is the case outside the covering area 32. The holding element 22 covering the outer instep area has a tab 34 directed towards the area below the ankle. The holding element 24 covering the inner instep area is provided with a similar tab 34 ′ shown in dash-dot lines. In the central regions 28, 28 'there are slit-shaped recesses 36, 36' running parallel to the longitudinal direction A of the shoe and in the upper end regions 26, 26 'transverse to the sole 12, the recesses 36' in the upper end regions 26, 26 'to the edge of the holding elements 22, 24 are sufficient.

In the front end region 30, 30 'of each holding element 22, 24 there is an elongated hole 38 or 38' which runs essentially parallel to the longitudinal direction A of the shoe. In each of these elongated holes 38, 38 ' , a guide pin 40 is slidably mounted, which is also slidably guided in a respective guide slot 42, which is arranged in a guide element 44 transversely to the shoe longitudinal direction A. Die Bajonettverschlüsse 48 sind in weiteren Ausnehmungen 52 in den Halteelementen 22, 24 angeordnet, so dass diese nicht über die Halteelemente 20, 24 vorstehen. A tension member 50, 50 'is fastened to each holding element 22, 24 in the area laterally in front of the ankle joint by means of a bayonet lock 48, which is only indicated. The bayonet catches 48 are arranged in further recesses 52 in the holding elements 22, 24, so that they do not protrude beyond the holding elements 20, 24. The traction elements 50, 50 'run from the respective bayonet lock 48 over the central area 28', 28 of the other holding element 24, 22 and around deflections 54 arranged in the heel area on the shaft 14 and indicated only by dashed lines to a twist lock 56. The twist lock 56 is in arranged rear shaft part 18 and has a drum on which the two tension members 50, 50 'are wound simultaneously with the rotation of an actuating lever 58. The twist lock 56 is designed to be self-retaining, so that the tension members 50, 50 'cannot be handled by themselves.

The reference numerals in these two figures correspond to those in FIG. 1, and only those that are necessary to understand the two figures are given.

22", 24" bezeichnet in weiteren, verschiedenen Stellungen angedeutet. Arranged between the shaft 14 and the inner shoe 20 are the holding elements 22, 24, which, as described above, are operatively connected by means of the traction elements 50, 50 'to the rotary closure 56 arranged on the rear shaft part 18. The front end regions 30, 30 'are also slidably mounted on the guide element 44 by means of the elongated holes 38, 38', guide bolts 40 and guide slots 42. A threaded bolt 60 is fastened on the guide element 44, on which a nut 62 of the adjusting element 46, which is rotatably mounted in the shaft 14, is seated. The adjusting member 46 also has a toggle 64 connected to the nut 62 in a rotationally fixed manner, which can be pivoted in order to adjust the distance in the direction of arrow B between the shaft 14 and the holding elements 22, 24 into an actuating position protruding from the shaft 14 and, after the setting has been made, back into one , Resting position on the shaft 14 can be pivoted back. The holding elements 22, 24 are dash-dotted and indicated with 22 ', 24' or 22 ", 24" in further, different positions. 22 ', 24' shows the position of the holding elements in the case of a high instep lying at the front, while 22 ", 24" indicates a lower instep of a narrow foot at the back.

The distance between the holding elements 22, 24 in their front end regions 30, 30 'from the shaft 14 can be adjusted in the direction of arrow B by means of the adjusting member 46. Guide bolts 40, which are slidably mounted in guide slots 42 in the guide element 44 which run transversely to the longitudinal direction A of the shoe, are fixed to the holding elements 22, 24 in the front end regions 30, 30 '. The guide element 44 is slidably guided on the adjusting member 46 with a further guide slot 42 'running parallel to the longitudinal axis A of the shoe. The jacket 66 of a first Bowden cable 68 is operatively connected to the holding element 24 in the central region 28 ', while the strand 70 is fastened to the holding element 22. A second Bowden cable 72 acts with its jacket 74 and its Strand 76 in the transition area between the middle areas 28, 28 'and front end areas 30, 30' onto the holding elements 22 and 24, respectively. The two Bowden cables 68 and 70 are guided to the twist lock 56, on which the jackets 66 and 74 are supported, and by means of which the strands 70, 76 can be wound up.

Fig. 1)wirdaufdieZugorgane50,50' bzw. auf die Litzen 70, 76 (s. The adjustability and adaptability of the holding elements 22, 24 is described in more detail below. Before getting into the ski boot 10, the distance in the direction of the arrow B between the guide element 44 and the shaft 14 is set to a minimum (cf. in particular FIGS. 1 and 2). The tension members 50, 50 'or strands 70, 76 of the Bowden cables 68, 72 are also released. In this state, the holding elements 22, 24 practically bear against the inner wall of the shaft 14, so that sufficient space is ensured for a problem-free entry into the inner shoe 20. After tensioning the rear shaft part 18 against the shaft 14 by means of known closures, the holding elements 22, 24 can now be adjusted. By turning the actuating lever 58 of the twist lock 56 (see Fig. 1), a tensile force is exerted on the pulling members 50, 50 'or on the strands 70, 76 (see Fig. 4), which causes the holding elements 22, 24 to move in the direction transverse to the Longitudinal shoe direction A results. The holding elements 22, 24 adapt to the shape of the foot by being freely movable on the one hand in the longitudinal direction A of the shoe and transversely thereto, and on the other hand also being able to perform a tilting movement around the guide element 44. In particular, it should be noted that, in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the traction members 50, 50 'are guided in such a way that the tabs 34, 34' are pressed against the foot in the region below the ankle, which gives a particularly good hold. The pressure in the forefoot area can also be set by means of the setting member 46. Fine adjustment is thus possible, which allows the inner shoe to fit snugly against the foot in the region of the holding elements 22, 24 without pain.

Regarding the embodiment according to FIG. 4, it should be noted that both Bowden cables 68, 72 can act on the two holding elements 22, 24 parallel to one another in the central regions 28, 28 ', or, as shown in FIG. 4, the a Bowden cable 68 in the central regions 28, 28 ′ and the second Bowden cable 72 acts on the two holding elements 22, 24 at a distance in the longitudinal direction A of the shoe.

Die Führungsbolzen 40 gleiten dann in quer zur Schuhlängsrichtung A verlaufenden Langlöchem 38 in den Halteelementen 22, 24.The guide bolts 40 can also be fixed to the guide element 44, which is slidably mounted in a direction essentially parallel to the longitudinal direction A of the shoe by means of a guide slot 42 'on the adjusting member 46. The guide bolts 40 then slide in the oblong holes 38 running transversely to the shoe longitudinal direction A in the holding elements 22, 24.

It is also possible to dispense with an adjusting member 46 and to arrange the guide element 44 at a fixed distance from the shaft 14. It is important that the freedom of movement of the front end regions 30, 30 'in the shoe longitudinal direction A and transversely thereto is guaranteed.

It can also be seen that the twist lock 56 does not necessarily have to be arranged on the rear shaft part 18, but rather can be arranged anywhere on the shaft 14. It can also be seen that the twist lock 56 can be replaced by any other lock by means of which the tension members 50, 50 'or strands 70, 76 can be adjusted.

It is also possible for only one tab 34 to be provided, which is arranged on the holding element 22 covering the outer instep. The holding element 24 covering the inner instep can be formed without the tab 34 '.

The holding arrangements described above can be used in any ski shoe or sports shoe. It is thus possible for an inner shoe to be dispensed with and for padding to be arranged directly on the holding elements 22, 24, or for the holding elements 22, 24 to be arranged between the shaft 14 and a padded tongue.
