Description

The invention relates to a shoe with pressure elements which can be fixed on the insole of the insole or footbed according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

These are leveling pieces that are intended to raise the sole of the shoe wearer's feet at freely selectable locations and thereby support them. For this purpose, the compensation pieces are brought to the desired location within the shoe and glued in there.

A disadvantage of the known construction is that the once glued-on compensating pieces are unchangeable in their position. Furthermore, an action on the underside of the sole of the foot in the form of an acupressive massage is not provided; The aim is rather to raise and support the bone structure of the foot in the desired manner or at a predetermined point.

The object of the present invention is to create a shoe of the type mentioned at the outset, with which an individually variable action on the foot reflex zones and thus foot reflex zone therapy is possible.

This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.

The construction according to the invention enables the nerves ending at the sole of the foot to be influenced individually. During the day, the user can regroup, partially or completely remove the acupressor-effective elements, replace them in whole or in part with elements of a different design and thus follow an individually adapted therapy either at his own discretion or according to medical instructions. It should be borne in mind that excessive exposure to the acupressor-active elements can be harmful and sometimes even leads to pain. As a rule, an acupressor effect of a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes is advised. Painless and targeted foot reflexology therapy is therefore possible with the invention.

The subclaims relate to advantageous constructive embodiments of the invention.

  • Fig. 1 einen erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Schuh in Draufsicht;
  • Fig. 2 den Schuh nach Fig. 1 im Schnitt längs der Linie 11-11 in Fig. 1;
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with the aid of the attached drawing. Show it:
  • 1 is a top view of a shoe designed according to the invention;
  • Figure 2 shows the shoe of Figure 1 in section along the line 11-11 in Fig. 1.
  • 3 and 4 different embodiments of acupressor active elements in side view.

The shoe shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is designed as a sandal 10, preferably as a wooden sandal with a strap 11, which fixes the foot in the sandal 10. In the footbed 12 of the sandal 10, receiving openings (holes 14) are arranged according to a Cartesian grid 13 consisting of parallel lines L1 and these intersecting lines L2. The receiving openings (holes 14) may also have the form of slots, incisions or the like. The holes 14 are each arranged at the intersection of the lines L1 and L2, so that their distance is predetermined by the distance of the lines L1 and L2, namely the grid dimension X. The grid 13 shown in FIG. 1 has the same distances for the lines L1 as for the lines L2. However, different distances are also possible, so that two grid dimensions, namely one for the lines L1 and a second for the lines L2, would then also have to be specified. It is also possible to arrange the receiving openings according to a grid according to the polar coordinate system or according to the course of the natural foot relex zones. The arrangement of holes 14 according to the predetermined grid 13 makes it possible to make recommendations with regard to the location of the attachment of acupressive elements 15 at predetermined and marked grid points 16. The depth of the holes 12 essentially corresponds to the depth of penetration of the acupressor-active elements 15. For this reason, it is advantageous to use a shoe (sandal 10) whose insole is thicker than that usually provided. The use in shoes with thin insoles or footbeds is also possible, the acupressive elements 15 must then be made correspondingly shorter with respect to the depth of penetration.

Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist der Hals 18 aus einem nachgiebigen Material gefertigt.3 and 4, the acupressor active elements are mushroom-shaped with a head 17 and a neck 18. The head 17 is conical, pen-like, needle-like, plate-like or plate-like, or spherical or dome-like and has a smooth, roughened or corrugated surface 19. The size of the head 17 is dimensioned such that two adjacent grid points 16 are covered can without the heads 17 touching. As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 3, it is also possible to dimension the heads 17 in their width so that two grid points 16 are covered. Elements 15 with correspondingly wider heads 17 are provided with the reference number 20. The wide heads 20 are carried in this case by two necks 18 each. If the head 17 is ring-shaped, in particular circular, elliptical, heart-shaped or the like (see FIG. 5), it is generally provided with at least two necks 18. This prevents the head 18 from rotating on the footbed 12 and ensures an exact spatial position of the heads 17. The surface 21 of the neck 18 is preferably roughened or corrugated in order to ensure a better hold of the elements 15 in the holes 14. When the element 15 is formed with a smooth surface 21, the neck 18 is preferably provided with a constriction 22. In conjunction with one accordingly formed hole 14 (not shown) is a positive connection between the element 15 with constriction 22 and the footbed 12. In this embodiment, the neck 18 is made from a resilient material.

In another preferred embodiment (see FIG. 3) the neck 18 is provided with a slot 23. The two ends 24 and 24 surrounding the slot 23 must be slightly compressed when inserting the element 15 into a hole 14 and accordingly prevent the element 15 from slipping out of the hole 14 due to their counterpressure. To achieve the same effect, the neck 18 can also be used be provided with more than one slot, e.g. in the form of several parallel or crossed slots. Likewise, the surface 21 of the neck 18 can be particularly roughened or corrugated.

The head 17 is preferably curved slightly downwards with its peripheral edge 26 or towards the footbed 12, so that no sharp edges are exposed after the insertion of the element 15 into the hole 14, which could lead to injuries when walking.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the acupressor-effective element 15 is metallized on the surface 19 of the head 17, preferably provided with a thin copper layer 27. The preferably spherical cap head 17 in all embodiments can also be made of soft, elastically deformable plastic, preferably foam.

In an embodiment with constriction 23, the neck 18 is made of a resilient material in order to enable the insertion of the acupressor-effective element 15 into the correspondingly shaped hole 17.

All of the features disclosed in the documents are claimed as essential to the invention insofar as they are new compared to the prior art, individually or in combination.
