Definitions
- the invention relates to an insole according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a large number of pressure elements are pressed into recesses from above, which are formed in a predetermined pattern in the entire surface of the insole or insole.
- the knob-like pressure elements have a cylindrical or locally thickened shaft and an enlarged flat head with a rounded surface.
- the pressure elements that act acupressor-specific can have an individual influence on the nerves ending at the sole of the foot and / or can be arranged according to the division of the sole of the foot into reflex zones.
- a fundamental disadvantage of these known shoe designs is that the acupressor effect is bound to the particular shoe and the desired stimulation effect is reduced after about two hours of wearing, which may require several shoe changes a day.
- the interchangeable print elements are fashionable Shoes, especially women's shoes, with thin outsoles cannot be used due to the inadequate anchoring of their shafts.
- a reflex insole is described in DE-OS 35 20 956, in which a plurality of pins are arranged in the sole in a uniform distribution and at greater distances, which protrude beyond the top of the sole to stimulate certain reflex points on the sole of the foot of the user.
- the insole consists of a lower layer made of a pressure-elastic deformable material and an upper fabric layer in which a plurality of openings for the rigid pins made of z. B. wood are formed.
- the wooden pencils have a disc-shaped, extended foot, with which they are supported on the elastic layer and sink into it under pressure.
- the two flexible layers are only connected to one another at their outer edge by a seam, so that the rigid wooden pins can tilt due to relative displacements of the two layers due to rolling movements of the support foot when walking, which leads to painful pressure points.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of improving an insole of the type mentioned in such a way that easy attachment or replacement of the knobs in the desired zones is ensured over a long period of time, and that the functionality of the insole with knobs also over a long period Period is ensured.
- the widened foot of the knobs is fitted in a corresponding recess in the lower layer, and that the knobs have a widened head with a rounded bust, the diameter of which is slightly larger than the hole diameter, and the edge of which is supported on the flexible cover layer , it is possible that the insertion or removal of the knobs can be carried out easily and quickly and that a secure attachment of the knobs is ensured over a very long period of time.
- the flat top layer which is preferably made of smooth fine leather, permits sliding movements of the support foot when walking in the surface areas free of nubs, which support the stimulating effects of the nub areas.
- the knobs can be fixed captively and detachably in the lower, soft-elastic layer and project appropriately positioned holes in the upper leather layer in the press fit.
- This design of the insole offers the wearer the option of arranging the knobs only in those reflex zones, which are marked or marked on the underside of the insole and whose associated organs are to be stimulated.
- the invention enables the targeted stimulation of one or more organs simultaneously or in chronological order using only a single insole. Because of the small thickness and the flexibility, the insole according to the invention can be used universally in different types of shoes, such as normal street shoes, fashionable, possibly high-heeled women's shoes, as well as in work and sports shoes.
- the knobs In order to ensure a secure fit of the knobs in the two sole layers with such knobs arranged releasably in the insole, the knobs have a preferably disk-shaped widened foot which, when inserted, fits exactly into a correspondingly shaped recess on the underside of the lower layer, whereby the outside of the foot is flush with the outside of the lower layer.
- the manually releasable mounting or fixing of the knobs in the insole can be improved by additional means, for example by means of adhesive or by forming a widened knob head, which is pressed through the slightly narrower holes in the upper leather layer from below through increased application of pressure.
- the reflex zones associated with the individual organs are e.g. B. by embossed or raised borders, hatching or the like. Particularly marked and possibly marked by symbols.
- the insole shown consists of an upper leather layer 1 and a lower layer 2 made of a soft, elastic, non-toxic material, such as in particular rubber, rubber or a relatively soft plastic.
- the materials of both layers should not contain any substances that could cause or trigger undesired reactions, for example allergies, in sensitive carriers.
- a plurality of holes 3 with a predetermined diameter of z. B. 1.5 to 3.0 mm punched in a certain pattern.
- a number of preferably circular recesses 4, corresponding to the holes 3 are formed axially centered for each hole 3, which extend as far as the leather layer 1 or - as shown in FIG. 3 - can end shortly before this.
- knobs 5 made of an atoxic, elastically deformable material can be fixed, which have a widened foot 6, a cylindrical shaft 7 and a rounded head 8 (see FIG. 3).
- the shape of the foot 6 is adapted exactly to that of the recesses 4 and the diameter of the shaft 7 is the same or slightly larger than the diameter of the holes 3.
- each knob 5 can be pressed into a recess 4 from below by a finger pressure, its shaft 7 projecting through the respective hole 3 in the press fit and being Head 8 protrudes a predetermined amount above the sole surface.
- the underside of the sole is divided into a plurality of different areas by embossed or raised lines 9, which lie opposite the known reflex zones on the sole of the wearer's foot.
- the individual reflex zone areas can e.g. B. be identified by numbers, letters or other symbols, and the respective associated body organs can be designated on a free surface of the top or bottom of the sole.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 it can be seen that only in certain - freely selectable - reflex zone areas are arranged in black nubs 5, so that only the organs assigned to these areas are stimulated during the walking movement. Since it has been shown that the reflex zone massage of the soles of the feet by knobs or pegs should not exceed certain periods of time in order to avoid over-irritation and also dulling, the knobs 5 of the insoles according to the invention can be removed from the sole after a predetermined wearing time of about 1 to 3 hours pulled out and repositioned if necessary to stimulate other organs.
- the invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiment shown.
- the knobs can also be firmly connected to the lower layer of the sole.
- the feet of several knobs can be connected to one another and represent a flat structure that fits into a correspondingly shaped recess in the lower layer. If these knobs are not used, the recess can be filled with a suitably shaped rubber flap to prevent penetration.
- the insole should preferably have the same thickness, certain areas, e.g. B. in the instep, also thickened or stiffened by a rigid arched base.
- further means for improved fixation of the knobs in their receptacles can also be provided. These means include, for example, a slightly thickened design of the knob head (as shown in dashed lines in FIG. 3), which just allows it to be pushed through the hole 3 and forms an annular flange at its lower end for support on the leather cover layer 1.
- nubs that are permanently or detachably attached to the lower layer of the sole, that individual nubs do not have an approximately punctiform intensive massage effect, as in the prior art, but that flat zones of the sole of the foot are gently stimulated by the grouping of the nubs and the associated organs are stimulated to an increased activity. This applies in particular to the preferred field of application of the insole according to the invention as an aid to the weight loss of the person.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an insole according to the preamble of claim 1.
Eine solche Einlegesohle ist aus der DE-U-90 01 492 bekannt.Such an insole is known from DE-U-90 01 492.
From US-PS 4 047 310 a sandal with an orthopedically shaped rigid sole is known, on the top of which a relatively thick soft elastic layer of rubber or a plastic is glued. In this upper layer, a large number of pins, which are arranged in rows uniformly distributed over the entire sole surface, are permanently firmly embedded, the upper rounded ends of which protrude from this layer and have a massaging effect on the sole of the foot or on certain areas of the sole. The pins are made of a hard plastic material and are supported by a conically widened foot on the rigid outsole.
In another known sandal, in order to achieve acupressor effects, a large number of pressure elements are pressed into recesses from above, which are formed in a predetermined pattern in the entire surface of the insole or insole. The knob-like pressure elements have a cylindrical or locally thickened shaft and an enlarged flat head with a rounded surface. The pressure elements that act acupressor-specific can have an individual influence on the nerves ending at the sole of the foot and / or can be arranged according to the division of the sole of the foot into reflex zones. A fundamental disadvantage of these known shoe designs is that the acupressor effect is bound to the particular shoe and the desired stimulation effect is reduced after about two hours of wearing, which may require several shoe changes a day. In addition, the interchangeable print elements are fashionable Shoes, especially women's shoes, with thin outsoles cannot be used due to the inadequate anchoring of their shafts.
Finally, a reflex insole is described in DE-OS 35 20 956, in which a plurality of pins are arranged in the sole in a uniform distribution and at greater distances, which protrude beyond the top of the sole to stimulate certain reflex points on the sole of the foot of the user. The insole consists of a lower layer made of a pressure-elastic deformable material and an upper fabric layer in which a plurality of openings for the rigid pins made of z. B. wood are formed. The wooden pencils have a disc-shaped, extended foot, with which they are supported on the elastic layer and sink into it under pressure. The two flexible layers are only connected to one another at their outer edge by a seam, so that the rigid wooden pins can tilt due to relative displacements of the two layers due to rolling movements of the support foot when walking, which leads to painful pressure points.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of improving an insole of the type mentioned in such a way that easy attachment or replacement of the knobs in the desired zones is ensured over a long period of time, and that the functionality of the insole with knobs also over a long period Period is ensured.
This object is solved by the features of claim 1.
Characterized in that the widened foot of the knobs is fitted in a corresponding recess in the lower layer, and that the knobs have a widened head with a rounded bust, the diameter of which is slightly larger than the hole diameter, and the edge of which is supported on the flexible cover layer , it is possible that the insertion or removal of the knobs can be carried out easily and quickly and that a secure attachment of the knobs is ensured over a very long period of time.
The arrangement of the knobs in groups with relatively small spacing effects stimulation of the selected organs by the action of the entire group of knobs on the corresponding zones of the sole of the foot. The flat top layer, which is preferably made of smooth fine leather, permits sliding movements of the support foot when walking in the surface areas free of nubs, which support the stimulating effects of the nub areas. According to the invention, the knobs can be fixed captively and detachably in the lower, soft-elastic layer and project appropriately positioned holes in the upper leather layer in the press fit. This design of the insole offers the wearer the option of arranging the knobs only in those reflex zones, which are marked or marked on the underside of the insole and whose associated organs are to be stimulated. By temporarily repositioning or removing the knobs, the optimal wearing times can be observed and overreactions as well as blunting effects can be avoided. Furthermore, the invention enables the targeted stimulation of one or more organs simultaneously or in chronological order using only a single insole. Because of the small thickness and the flexibility, the insole according to the invention can be used universally in different types of shoes, such as normal street shoes, fashionable, possibly high-heeled women's shoes, as well as in work and sports shoes.
In order to ensure a secure fit of the knobs in the two sole layers with such knobs arranged releasably in the insole, the knobs have a preferably disk-shaped widened foot which, when inserted, fits exactly into a correspondingly shaped recess on the underside of the lower layer, whereby the outside of the foot is flush with the outside of the lower layer. The manually releasable mounting or fixing of the knobs in the insole can be improved by additional means, for example by means of adhesive or by forming a widened knob head, which is pressed through the slightly narrower holes in the upper leather layer from below through increased application of pressure.
In order to facilitate a targeted selection of certain reflex zones when inserting or repositioning the knobs, the reflex zones associated with the individual organs are e.g. B. by embossed or raised borders, hatching or the like. Particularly marked and possibly marked by symbols.
Further expedient refinements and developments of the insole according to the invention are specified in the subclaims.

Fig. 3). The insole shown consists of an upper leather layer 1 and a
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the underside of the sole is divided into a plurality of different areas by embossed or raised
From FIGS. 1 and 2 it can be seen that only in certain - freely selectable - reflex zone areas are arranged in
The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiment shown. The knobs can also be firmly connected to the lower layer of the sole. Furthermore, the feet of several knobs can be connected to one another and represent a flat structure that fits into a correspondingly shaped recess in the lower layer. If these knobs are not used, the recess can be filled with a suitably shaped rubber flap to prevent penetration. Although the insole should preferably have the same thickness, certain areas, e.g. B. in the instep, also thickened or stiffened by a rigid arched base. Furthermore, further means for improved fixation of the knobs in their receptacles can also be provided. These means include, for example, a slightly thickened design of the knob head (as shown in dashed lines in FIG. 3), which just allows it to be pushed through the
It is essential in the insoles according to the invention with nubs that are permanently or detachably attached to the lower layer of the sole, that individual nubs do not have an approximately punctiform intensive massage effect, as in the prior art, but that flat zones of the sole of the foot are gently stimulated by the grouping of the nubs and the associated organs are stimulated to an increased activity. This applies in particular to the preferred field of application of the insole according to the invention as an aid to the weight loss of the person. By the arrangement of the pimple groups in the sole areas, which according to the established knowledge of reflex zone therapy belong to the digestive organs stomach and intestine as well as the liver, kidney, ureter, these organs are stimulated to an increased activity by temporarily wearing the insoles, which results in an accelerated excretion of digestive products and liquids and thus leads to a reduced use of valuable materials.
Claims (7)
- An insole, consisting of a soft-elastic bottom layer (2) of an atoxic and organically compatible material, a flexible outer layer (1), e.g. of naturally tanned leather, and projections (5) disposed in the sole surface, the projections (5) which are fixed so as to be captive in the bottom layer (2) being disposed in groups and with small gaps between one another in specific areas of the sole surface selected from reflex zone massage considerations, the projections (5) being held releasably in the sole and having a widened base (6), characterised in that the widened base (6) of the projections (5) is fitted in a corresponding recess (4) in the bottom layer (2) and in that the projections (5) have a widened head (8) with a rounded top, the diameter of which is slightly larger than the hole diameter, and which rests by its edge on the flexible outer layer (1).
- An insole according to claim 1, characterised in that different reflex zones of the foot are marked by lines (9) on a sole surface.
- An insole according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the widened bases (6) of a plurality of projections (5) are interconnected to form a flat structure fitted into a recess formed in the bottom layer.
- An insole according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the projections (5) consist of different organically compatible materials.
- An insole according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the bottom layer (2) has a different thickness adapted to the curvature of the sole of the foot.
- An insole according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the projections (5) are of different lengths.
- An insole according to claim 1, characterised in that the projections (5) are formed integrally on the bottom layer (2) and in that the zones occupied by the projections (5) are hollowed out in the upper outer layer (1).
