Description

The invention relates to an insole for shoes, with selectively acupressor-active elements arranged according to a predetermined grid, in particular made of metal, such as copper or magnetic material, plastic or the like.

A shoe is known from DE-U 8304472, the inner contact sole of which has lens-shaped elevations assigned to only certain reflex zones of the sole of the foot. These are said to B. as rivets, preferably as hollow rivets. The buyer of such a shoe is therefore limited to the pattern specified by the manufacturer.

Furthermore, insoles of the type mentioned are known from DE-U 8131 084 or DE-U 8415720.

Such insoles are primarily offered to suppress pain, but also to promote certain organ functions. The arrangement of the acupressor-active elements is carried out using the knowledge that certain nerves end in the area of the sole of the foot, so that these nerves can be influenced directly. For this purpose, DE-U 81 31 084 proposes, among other things, to arrange the acupressor-active elements only in the area of certain foot reflex zones.

The known insoles, however, have the disadvantage that the acupressor-effective elements are inextricably linked to the insole, so that an individual influence on certain foot reflex zones is not possible. Above all, it is not possible to change the position or regroup the acupressor-effective elements into another foot reflex zone.

It is generally known that the acupressor action on foot reflex zones should not be unlimited in time, since it can then cause noticeable and permanent pain. In this case, the known insole would have to be completely removed or replaced, since the acupressor-active elements cannot be removed.

The present invention has for its object to develop an insole of the type mentioned in such a way that predetermined foot reflex zones can be influenced individually by means of the acupressor active elements, in particular a regrouping of the acupressor active elements and complete or partial removal thereof by the user should be possible.

This object is achieved by the characterizing measures of claim 1 or 2.

According to the invention, the acupressor-active elements can be inserted individually into the insole or fastened to it, so that a corresponding individual influencing of the foot reflex zones is possible. By overlaying the “hole grid” and foot reflex zone image according to the invention, a real foot reflex zone therapy is possible by the user of the insole according to the invention. During the day, the user can regroup, partially or completely remove the acupressor-effective elements, replace them in whole or in part with elements of a different design and thus follow an individually adapted therapy either at his own discretion or according to medical instructions.

With regard to particularly advantageous exemplary embodiments for the acupressor-effective elements, reference is made to the subclaims. The main focus is on the different shape of the acupressor-effective elements and the different ways of attaching them to the insole.

  • Fig. 1 eine erfindungsgemäß ausgebildete Einlegesohle in Draufsicht,

Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the attached drawings. Show it:
  • 1 is an insole designed according to the invention in plan view,
  • 2 shows a part of the insole according to FIG. 1 in section along line 11-11 in FIG. 1.
  • Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment of an insole designed according to the invention in a schematic longitudinal section.
  • FIGS. 4 to 14 show different embodiments of acupuncturally active elements, partly showing the fixation of the same to the insole, partly in side view, partly in section.

Einschnitte 11 individuell einsetzbaren akupunktorisch wirksamen Elementen 13...23 ab.The insole 10 for shoes shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is perforated according to a Cartesian grid 24 with the grid dimension “x” (holes 12) or is provided with continuous incisions 11. The grid dimension “x” is approximately 3-10 mm, preferably approximately 5 mm. Ultimately, this depends on the acupuncturally active elements 13... 23 that can be inserted individually into the holes 12 or incisions 11.

The insole 10 is of normal thickness, preferably made of leather. Individually acupuncturally active elements can be inserted into the holes 12, as will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 4-14.

They each have a head 28 with a neck attached to it, which is characterized by a constriction 26 immediately below the neck on the head 28. This constriction 26 securely holds the button-like elements 14, 16 and 18 in the holes 12 or incisions 11 in the insole 10. In Figure 4 the head 28 is conical, in Figure 5 spherical and in Figure 6 pattelike. The element 14 according to FIG. 6 is also suitable for reverse insertion into the holes 12 or incisions 11, as shown in FIG. In this way, the specific pressure on the sole of the foot can also be individually designed. The acupuncturally effective elements after 4-6 are preferably made of copper or a magnetic material. However, they can just as well be made of stainless steel or plastic. However, copper or magnetic material are said to have special health-promoting properties, so that these materials should be preferred.

The acupuncturally active element according to FIG. 9 is very similar to that according to FIG. 6. It differs only in the surface properties of the head 28. The surface of the plate-like head 28 of the acupuncturally active element 20 according to FIG. 1 is corrugated, while the surface of the head 28 of the element 14 according to FIG. 6 is smooth. An additional acupunctural effect can be achieved through the corrugated surface of the head, due to the resulting fine grid.

The acupuncturally active element according to FIGS. 7 and 8 is characterized by a head 28 which is circular in plan view and on the underside of which two diametrically arranged necks with constrictions 26 are formed. The distance between these necks corresponds to the grid dimension “x”, so that attachment to the insole 10 is readily possible. Instead of the circular ring shape, the head 28 can also have the shape of an ellipse, kidney, heart, triangle, square or the like. In this respect there are no limits to the imagination. It is also conceivable to design the head 28 in the form of a straight, curved or curved or serpentine strip.

The grid dimension “x” can have different sizes in the longitudinal and transverse directions and / or can be smaller or larger in some areas. In the illustrated embodiment, the grid dimension "x" in the longitudinal and transverse directions is the same size. The holes, incisions or markings on the insole 10 can also be arranged according to the natural “nerve pattern”.

Pfeile 25).The acupuncturally active element 15 according to FIG. 10 has a cap-like head 28 made of sheet metal, on the underside of which two diametrically flexible metal tongues 36 are fastened, which can be passed through the holes 12 or incisions 11 in the insole 10 and against the side opposite the head 28 the insole 10 are bendable while the element 15 is fixed thereon. The element 15 is known per se as a closure element for envelopes. The same applies to the acupuncturally active element 13 according to FIG. 12, which consists of a one-piece tongue element which is permanently deformed in the middle to form a strip-shaped head 28. The tongues passed through the holes 12 or incisions 11 of the insole 10 are bent, similar to the tongues 36 of the acupuncturally active element 15 according to FIG. 10, with the flat head 28 being fixed on the upper side of the insole 10 against the underside thereof (see arrows 25 ).

In the embodiment according to FIG. 11, the acupuncturally active element 17 is formed in two parts. It consists of a dome-like head 28 made of plastic and a fixing element 40 which can be locked with it and which can also consist of plastic. This fixing member 40 consists of a plate with a central fixing pin, the free end of which is thickened and interacts with a correspondingly designed recess on the underside of the head 28. In the area of the fixation of the acupuncturally active element 17, the insole 10 is clamped between the head 28 and the fixation element 40 mentioned. The head 28 can of course also be plate-like or plate-like. The surface can be smooth or roughened. The head 28 can also consist of metal, in particular copper. In this respect, the same applies as for the other embodiments of acupuncturally active elements.

Biegelinien 48 in Fig.13). Particularly preferred embodiments of acupuncturally active elements are those according to FIGS. 13 and 14. The acupuncturally active elements 19 and 21 shown there are formed by platelets, in particular metal, preferably copper platelets, which are provided with at least two diametrically flexible clamping tongues 42. The metal plate 19 is additionally provided with two local, elastically deformable elevations 44, which have an additional acupuncture effect. In both cases, the clamping tongues 42 are punched out of the platelets 19 and 21 in such a way that their bending lines lying in the platelet plane are essentially close to one another (bending lines 46 in FIG. 14) or spaced apart from one another by the grid dimension “x” (see FIG. Bending lines 48 in Fig. 13). The peripheral edge of the platelets 19, 21 is preferably curved slightly downwards or towards the insole 10 so that no sharp edges are exposed after fixation of the platelets on the insole 10, which could lead to injuries when walking.

Dies hängt von der gewünschten Unmittelbarkeit der akupunktorisch wirksamen Elemente 14 oder dgl. ab.The embodiment of the insole 10 according to FIG. 3 is characterized in that it consists of two layers 30, 32, only the lower layer 30 being provided with holes 12 or incisions 11 for inserting or fixing acupuncturally active elements 14 ff . The upper layer 32 is closed. The two layers 30, 32 are connected to one another at least on the edge side (outer edge 34). Further connection points are preferably provided. The upper layer 32 can be made of felt and has a thickness of about 2-3 mm, while the lower layer 30 can be a relatively thin plastic film. A layer of fiber material can also be arranged in the space between the two sole layers 30, 32 to prevent mutual friction between the two layers when walking and possibly electrostatic charging. Stone, glass or the like wool can be used as the fiber material. It is also conceivable to arrange cork particles or the like between the two layers 30, 32. These have the additional advantage that they are extremely comfortable when walking and adapt well and relatively permanently to the contour of the sole of the foot. It goes without saying it is possible to form the layer 30 as the upper layer and the layer 32 as the lower layer. This depends on the desired immediacy of the acupuncturally active elements 14 or the like.
