Anordnung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitzen (17) der Akupressur-Elemente (14) jeweils Teil einer zwei als gleichschenklige Dreiecke ausgebildete Seitenflächen und eine zylindermantelförmige Seitenfläche umfassende Pyramide mit dreieckförmiger Basis sind, die als integrale Teile des Druckkörpers (12) längs zweier Kreisbahnen konzentrisch um ein zentrales Befestigungsteil (22) derart angeordnet sind, daß die außenliegenden Akupressur-Elemente mit ihren zylindermantelförmigen Seitenflächen in der Ebene der Umfangsfläche des Druckkörpers (12') liegen, und daß die zylinderförmigen Seitenflächen der innenliegenden Akupressur-Elemente nach außen gewandt sind.Arrangement according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the tips (17) of the acupressure elements (14) are each part of a side face formed as two isosceles triangles and a pyramid comprising a cylinder-shaped side face with a triangular base, which are integral parts of the pressure body (12) along two circular paths are arranged concentrically around a central fastening part (22) in such a way that the outer acupressure elements with their cylindrical jacket-shaped side surfaces in the plane of the peripheral surface of the pressure body (12 '), and that the cylindrical side surfaces of the internal acupressure elements face outwards.
