Claims (5)

  1. Injecteur, notamment pour appareils de flottation, comprenant un trajet mélangeur prévu sensiblement dans un tube droit (2), servant à mélanger le liquide avec de l'air aspiré à travers des ouvertures d'aspiration d'air, ainsi qu'un diaphragme (3) placé en amont, servant à imprimer au liquide un mouvement tourbillonnaire initial, et un diffuseur radial (6) prévu à l'extrémité de sortie du tube (2), caractérisé en ce que le diaphragme (3) est un disque perforé présentant une perforation multiple, de préférence symétrique, et en ce que les ouvertures d'aspiration d'air sont des perçages ou fentes (4) pratiqués dans le tube (2), qui sont disposées à une distance en aval du diaphragme (3), considéré dans le sens de l'écoulement, comprise entre 0,2 et 0,5 fois le diamètre que le tube mélangeur (2) présente à cet endroit.
  2. Injecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le diaphragme (3) présente comme sections de passage, trois à huit trous ronds répartis symétriquement.
  3. Injecteur selon une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du tube mélangeur (2) est d'au moins 16 mm.
  4. Injecteur selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la longueur du tube mélangeur (2), mesurée entre le diaphragme (3) et la sortie (8) du tube mélangeur, est égale à entre 3 et 5 fois le diamètre du tube mélangeur, que ce tube présente dans la région des ouvertures (4) d'aspiration d'air.
  5. Injecteur selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par au moins un étranglement prévu dans la conduite d'alimentation en air (9) qui mène aux ouvertures d'air (4).
