Claims (2)

  1. A portable apparatus for applying transfer adhesive, comprising an opening housing (34) in which is mounted a movable platen (33), a supply reel (3) mounted for rotation on the platen and around which is wound a tape (6) bearing a removable film of adhesive, this reel being arranged to partly project out of the housing (34) in order to act as applicator element for the adhesive, a take-up reel (7) also mounted for rotation on the platen (33) in the vicinity of the supply reel (3), a transmission (9, 10, 11) of rotary motions between the supply reel and the take-up reel, mounted on the platen (33) to provide for the synchronous rewinding of the tape (6) around the take-up reel (7), and a device (38-43) for braking the rotation of the supply reel, with resilient return (36), and acting counter to the displacement of the platen (33) in the housing (34).
  2. The apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the platen (33) is mounted movable by translation in the housing (34).
