Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Herstellen von Packsäcken aus einer Folienschlauchbahn aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, bei dem kontinuierlich ein reißfestes Verschlußband (7) in Längs­ erstreckung entlang einer für das Bilden der Sacköffnung bestimmten Seitenkante der Schlauchbahn mit mindestens einer Schlauchbahnseite haftfest verbunden wird und parallel un­ mittelbar neben dem haftfest aufgebrachten Verschlußband innenliegend verlaufend mindestens eine Schlauchbahnseite mit einer Perforationslinie (8) ausgebildet wird und dann die Schlauchbahn rapportmäßig quer und/oder kontinuierlich längs geschweißt und wahlweise die Schweißnähte getrennt bzw. neben den Schweißnähten abgeschnitten wird, wodurch Säcke (10) mit Seitennaht und/oder Bodennaht erhalten werden, die mit einem längs der Sacköffnung (12) abreißbarem Verschluß­ band ausgerüstet sind und die Säcke ggf. nach Faltung in Sackpacken gestapelt und zu Displayverpackungen abgepackt werden .
