Abstract

Heizkörper, insbesondere für Brotröster, mit einem Wärmeabgabenutzbereich (2) und einem Wärmeabgabeverlustbereich (12), bestehend aus einem Isolierstoffträger (1) und einem aufgewickelten Heizleiter. In Brotröstern weisen derartige Heizkörper einen unbefriedigenden Wirkungsgrad und eine unerwünschte Erwärmung des Gehäuses auf, da die Abstrahlrichtung im Wärmeabgabeverlustbereich nicht auf das Röstgut sondern auf die Gehäusewände gerichtet ist. Deshalb wird vorgeschlagen, die Heizleiterabschnitte (12) kurzzuschließen, die im Wärmeabgabeverlustbereich verlaufen.
