Description

Nachteilig ist, daß der in Ruhestellung befindliche Walzensatz zum Auswechseln und Umrüsten nicht gut zugänglich ist. Außerdem ist es nicht möglich, eine solche Wellpappenmaschine wie üblich nur mit einem Walzensatz zu liefern und später den anderen nachzurüsten.Such a single-sided corrugated cardboard machine is known from FR-PS 1 538 604. Dadurch, daß die einzelnen Riffelwalzensätze auf getrennten, wechselweise in die Arbeits- bzw. Ruhestellung schwenkbaren Lagerschilden angeordnet sind, ist der in Ruhestellung geschwenkte Walzensatz frei zum Umrüsten zugänglich. Außerdem ist die Anordnung so, daß zunächst die einseitige Wellpappenmaschine wie üblich nur mit einem einzigen Walzensatz ausgeliefert wird, wobei der zweite Riffelwalzensatz später bei Bedarf nachgerüstet werden kann. Dieser Wunsch ergibt sich dann, wenn einseitige Wellpappe z.B. mit unterschiedlichen Wellprofilen hergestellt werden soll, oder wenn der verschlissene Walzensatz ohne großen Stillstand der Anlage durch einen neuen ersetzt werden soll.Because the individual corrugated roller sets are arranged on separate bearing plates that can be swiveled alternately into the working or rest position, the roller set pivoted into the rest position is freely accessible for retooling.
