Abstract

Dispositif de cabine de douche-sèche-linge réalisé par la combinaison d'un appareil de séchage du linge et d'une cabine de douche comportant une cabine (1) munie d'au moins une paroi verticale fixe d'une porte (5) d'accès, d'un plancher (8) et d'un plafond (7) mobile, la cabine comportant d'une part les moyens de séchage notamment des barres (6) d'étendage escamotables, un ventilateur (12) et des résistances de séchage, une évacuation (10) de l'eau en excès, des moyens (14) de circulation de l'air de séchage des moyens d'évacuation de la vapeur d'eau et d'autre part une canalisation de douche notamment une conduite d'arrivée (15) et une conduite d'évacuation de l'eau (11), une tuyauterie de distribution (17), des robinets (16) et un moyen (18) de protection des projections d'eau.

Description

  • La prèsente invention concerne les installations combinées de cabines de douche et les dispositifs de séchange de linge.
  • Les cabines de douche, très connues, comportent généralement deux parois perpendiculaires par rapport à une paroi de fond comprenant sur l'une d'elles la tuyauterie de douche, et une ouverture frontale. L'ouverture est munie d'un rideau ou d'une porte à un ou deux battants permettant de fermer la cabine ainsi constituée et évitant ainsi la projection d'eau à l'extérieur de la cabine.
  • Par ailleurs, pour résoudre les problèmes d'espace pour le séchage du linge, dans les zones urbaines notamment, on a proposé des dispositifs sèche-linge, par exemple des armoires. Elles ont l'avantage de sécher rapidement le linge.
  • Le brevet du demandeur n° 1.556.952 et ses additions décrivent de telles armoires. Elles comportent une cabine munie sur la face avant d'une porte rigide comportant des cloisonnements et des ouvertures de canalisation et d'écoulement de l'air, la paroi du fond comportant des barres d'étendage pivotantes ou escamotables.
  • L'inconvénient de ces armoires est leur encombrement. Avant leur apparition, le linge séchait sur des fils, ou autre support que l'on pouvait ranger après usage, et l'encombrement de ces supports n'était donc pas définitif. Si l'on a diminué la surface occupée lors de l'etendage par un séchage à chaud, dans une armoire occupant une surface réduite, on a simultanément diminué la surface d'habitation en introduisant un meuble d'une surface constante, que l'on n'utilise que pour une seule fonction : sécher le linge ; et son encombrement n'est pas réductible.
  • Or un des problèmes de l'habitat urbain est l'utilisation maximale de la surface au sol.
  • La présente invention a pour objectif de résoudre les problèmes précités d'encombrement d'un appareil utilisé uniquement pour le séchage.
  • L'invention a pour objet le dispositif nouveau caractérisé par la combinaison d'un appareil de séchage de linge muni d'un dispositif de circulation et chauffage d'air et une cabine de douche, caractérisé en ce qu'il est définit par une cabine à parois rigides verticales comportant une porte d'accès et de fermeture de la cabine, un plancher et un plafond au moins, un moyen d'évacuation de la vapeur d'eau et d'aération, un moyen de protection contre les projections d'eau de douche vers l'extérieur, le dispositif de circulation et chauffage d'air étant disposé dans une paroi verticale, la cabine comportant en outre à l'intérieur des barres d'étendage escamotables, une robinetterie de douche, une conduite d'arrivée d'eau, une conduite d'évacuation des eaux usées et des eaux de séchage.
  • Le dispositif douche-sèche-linge est en outre remarquable par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    le plafond est mobile et monté pivotant vers le haut afin de réaliser le moyen d'aération et d'évacuation de la vapeur d'eau.
    - le dispositif de circulation et chauffage d'air est disposé dans la porte d'accès et, le moyen de protection contre les projections d'eau est disposé entre la porte et l'intérieur de la cabine, de façon escamotable afin de permettre une bonne circulation de l'air de sèchage.
    - le dispositif de circulation et chauffage d'air est disposé dans une paroi fixe, et la cabine comporte une porte d'accès, de protection contre les projections d'eau et de fermeture de la cabine.
  • Un premier procédé d'utilisation du dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que l'on ouvre la porte et l'on dégage le moyen de protection, on met les barres en postion d'étendage horizontale, et on étend le linge humide, on ferme la porte et l'on met en marche le ventilateur.
  • Un second procédé d'utilisation du dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que l'on ouvre la porte, on vide la cabine de tout son linge, on met les barres en position verticale, on pénètre dans la cabine, on met en place le moyen de protection des projections d'eau et on fait fonctionner la douche.
  • Pour mieux comprendre l'invention, on a représenté au dessin annexé un exemple de réalisation de la cabine de douche-sèche-linge selon l'invention.
  • La cabine 1, selon l'invention comporte trois parois verticales 2, 3, 4 , une paroi 7 horizontale formant plafond, un plancher 8, et une porte 5.
  • La porte de préférence comporte sur sa périphérie un joint d'étanchéité qui épouse les extrémités des parois 2, 4, 7, 8 au moment de la fermeture.
  • Ainsi constituée, dans cet exemple de réalisation, la cabine se présente comme un parallélépipède rectangle vertical, fermé. Des moyens de type connu sont cependant prévus pour assurer l'évacuation de l'air de séchage chargé d'humidité ; ces moyens sont par exemple des grilles d'aération.
  • En outre des moyens sont prévus pour l'évacuation de la vapeur d'eau et l'aération de la cabine notamment lors de l'utilistion de la douche. Dans l'exemple de réalisation le plafond est mobile, et s'escamote par rotation autour d'un axe. Mais ce mode de réalisation n'est pas limitatif et l'on peut prévoir tout autre moyen d'évacuation (fenêtre,...). Bien entendu, ces moyens peuvent être utilisés pour évacuer l'air de séchage.
  • La cabine comporte au moins une rangée de barres 6 d'étendage montées sur un support 9. Les barres 6 sont escamotables individuellement ou toutes ensemble par rotation autour du support ou par rotation du support tout entier.
  • De la sorte, en abaissant ou relevant une partie des barres d'une rangée, il est possible d'agrandir l'espace entre barres, et en abaissant ou relevant toutes les barres de toutes les rangées, de libérer le volume intérieur de la cabine.
  • Dans l'exemple de réalisation, les barres 6 sont montées sur un support 9 disposé sur la paroi de fond 3. Selon une variante, les supports 9 sont disposés sur une paroi 2 ou 4 et les barres d'étendange sont alors parallèle à la paroi de fond 3.
  • Le plancher 8 comporte une sortie 10 d'évacuation de l'eau de séchage en excès, et le plancher est légèrement en pente vers la sortie 10.
  • La cabine selon l'invention comporte un ventilateur 12, des résistances de séchage, et des moyens de circulation de l'air de séchage. La porte comporte vers l'intérieur de la cabine une contreporte 13 de raidissement de canalisation de l'air, comportant des aerations 14 de recyclage.
  • Dans l'exemple de réalisation illustré, le ventilateur 12 est disposé sur la face de la contre-porte orientée vers l'intérieur de la cabine.
  • Selon une variante de réalisation, le ventilateur 12 et les résistances de séchage peuvent être montés sur le plafond, à l'extérieur, soit à l'avant, soit à l'arrière avec un couloir pour canaliser l'air chaud entre la porte et la contreporte: l'air chaud sortant de la turbine est ainsi dirigé vers la base de la cabine.
  • Selon une autre variante le ventilateur 12 et les résistances de séchage peuvent être montés sur une paroi verticale 2, 3, 4.
  • Selon l'invention, la cabine sèche-linge est munie en outre d'une tuyauterie 15 d'arrivée d'eau, une robinetterie 16, et une tuyauterie de distribution 17. La sortie d'évacuation d'eau de séchage est reliée à la conduite d'évacuation des eaux usées et la cabine est alors une cabine de douche.
  • La cabine selon l'invention comporte en outre un moyen de protection contre les projections d'eau à l'extérieur.
  • Il est prévu de laisser l'ensemble porte 5 et contreporte 13 ouverte lorsque l'on veut prendre une douche et par conséquent, il est nécessaire de prévoir une protection contre les projections d'eau. Ces moyens de protection peuvent être deux demi-portes 18, comme illustré sur la figure, ou des portes coulissantes, ou un simple rideau de douche.
  • Cependant, ce moyen peut être constitué simplement par la porte de fermeture du séche-linge et dans cette disposition la pote 5 à une double fonction: étanchéité du sèche-linge, protection contre les projections d'eau.
  • Lorsque la porte 5 est ouverte, les barres 6 étant rabattues contre la paroi, le rideau ou les demi portes 18 peuvent être fermées et il est possible de faire fonctionner la douche.
  • Lorsque l'on veut étendre et faire sécher du linge, les barres sont remises en position horizontale, les portes sont ouvertes comme illustré sur la figure , et la porte 5 est fermée. Alors il est possible de faire fonctionner le dispositif qui est en configuration d'armoire sèche-linge.
  • Le dispositif de douche-sèche-linge peut en outre être adapté sur les cabines de douche existantes en ce sens que la porte 5 peut être rapportée devant les demi portes 18 ou le rideau de douche, et les supports 9 portant les barres 6 peuvent être montés par encastrement entre les deux parois 2 et 4.
  • Dans l'exemple illustré, le ventilateur 12 et les résistances osnt disposés sur la porte 5.
  • Il est possible de disposer le ventilateur 12 et les résistances sur une quelconque des autres parois, ladite paroi comportant des ouvertures de circulation d'air situées à proximité du ventilateur.

Claims (6)

1. Dispositif de cabine de douche-sèche-linge du type comportant en combinaison un appareil de sèchage de linge muni d'un dispositif de circulation et chauffage d'air et une cabine de douche, caractérisé en ce qu'il est définit par une cabine (1) a parois rigides verticales comportant une porte (5) d'accès et de fermeture de la cabine, un plancher (8) et un plafond (7) au moins, un moyen d'évacuation de la vapeur d'eau et d'aération, un moyen de protection (18) contre les projections d'eau de douche vers l'extérieur, le dispositif de circulation et chauffage d'air étant disposé dans une paroi verticale, la cabine comportant en outre à l'intérieur des barres d'étendage (6) escamotables, une robinetterie de douche, une conduite d'arrivée d'eau (15), une conduite d'évacution (11) des eaux usées et des eaux de séchage.
2. Dispositif de douche-sèche-linge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plafond (7) est mobile et monté pivotant vers le haut afin de réaliser le moyen d'aération et d'évacuation de la vapeur d'eau.
3. Dispositif de douche-sèche-linge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que :
- le dispositif de circulation et chauffage d'air (12, 14) est disposé dans la porte d'accès (5) et le moyen de protection (18) contre les projections d'eau est disposé entre la porte (5) et l'intérieur de la cabine (1), de façon escamotable afin de permettre une bonne circulation de l'air de séchage.
4. Dispositif de douche-sèche-linge selon l'une quelconque des revendictions 1 à 3, caracterisé en ce que le dispositif de circulation et chauffage d'air (12, 14) est disposé dans une paroi fixe, et la cabine comporte une porte d'accès (5), de protection (18) contre les projections d'eau et de fermeture de la cabine (1).
5. Procédé selon le dispositif de la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on ouvre la porte, on dégage le moyen de protection, on installe les barres en position d'étendage horizontale, on étend le linge humide, on ferme la porte et l'on met en marche le dispositif de chauffage et circulation d'air.
6. Procédé selon le dispositif de la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on ouvre la porte (5), on vide la cabine de tout son linge, on met les barres en position verticale, on pénètre dans la cabine, on met en place le moyen de protection contre les projections d'eau et on fait fonctionner la douche.
