Description

The invention relates to a drop head of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1. Fall heads of this type allow the entire slab formwork or parts thereof to be lowered easily. In a generic drop head according to FIGS. 7 to 11 of EP-A 0 092 694, the yoke plates protrude downward under the head plate of the support tube through recesses in the carrier plate. For this purpose, the carrier plate has recesses in its part laterally encompassing the cage frame for the head plate of the support tube. The wedges rest on U-shaped support profiles that are welded into an outer frame of the carrier plate. The wedge tightening surfaces on the cross legs of the T-profiles support the slot boundary edges of the cross slot and raise the yoke plates when the wedge is driven in. The height of the drop head was determined by the depth of impact of the T-profiles, so that differences in height could result if the impact was uneven. Because the yoke plates protrude downwards under the head plate of the support pipes, they must be arranged laterally of the support axis even if the support pipe arranged in the exemplary embodiment of the known drop head is missing, which lies at its formwork height with its ceiling support head plate arranged at the upper end.

The invention has for its object to improve a generic drop head so that it enables simple assembly and lowering with a simple and lightweight construction.

The problem is solved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.

It is achieved by the invention that the stroke movement when the T-profiles are driven in is limited in a form-fitting manner, so that with certainty all the drop heads have the same height. Since the lifting mechanism lies above the head plate of the support tube, the yoke plates can be placed in the middle, i.e. be arranged in the support axis, resulting in a space-saving construction. The drop head consists of a few parts that are captively connected.

Useful embodiments of the invention result from the subclaims.

The drop head is carried by a support tube (10) provided with a head plate (12). The head plate according to FIGS. 1 to 3 is closed, while the head plate in the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5 has a central opening in continuation of the support tube.

In all of the exemplary embodiments, the drop head has a height-adjustable, rectangular support plate (14), on the longitudinal edges of which U-shaped yokes (16) are fixed. The arrangement is such that either two circuit carriers can be arranged next to one another (in Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 perpendicular to the plane of the drawing) or a formwork carrier can be arranged (in Fig. 2 and Fig. 5 perpendicular to the plane of the drawing).

On the underside of the carrier plate (14) are welded vertically downwardly projecting yoke plates (18) on the narrow sides, which have two legs (20) angled in cross section with an intermediate guide slot (24) and a connecting web (22) at the lower end, which the slot (24) limited at the bottom. In the lower half of the yoke plates (18), the vertical guide slot (24) is crossed by a transverse slot (26), the upper slot boundary edge (28) of which has reinforcing beads on both sides of the guide slot (24). The slots serve to guide T-profiles (30), the horizontal legs of which form wedge-tightening surfaces (32) which, as can be seen in particular from FIGS. 1 and 4, are supported on the beads of the slot boundary edges (28) from below.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3, a support plate (34) rests on the head plate (2) of the support tube (10), which supports a cage frame which stands down and surrounds the head plate (12) and which has two opposite, on the support plate ( 34) has welded sheets (36) and two narrow webs (38) connecting them. The connection between the head plate (12) and the support plate (34) takes place by means of wedges (40) which are driven into the wedge slots (42) of the metal sheets (36) and brace the head plate (12) against the support plate (34). On the outside of the cage plates (36), extensions (44) in the form of guide strips are welded in the middle, which protrude from the inside into the guide slots (24).

In the illustration according to FIG. 1, the wedge (30) is turned in from the right and the reinforcing beads of the slot boundary edges (28) are there slid up on the wedge tightening surfaces (32) and raised the drop head. The underside of the wedge is supported on the top of the extensions (44), which protrude slightly above the surface of the support plate (34), so that the T-profile (30) in the section between the two yokes is a short distance from the support plate (34), which facilitates the turning in and out. The T-profile (30) can also rest on the support plate (34). The wedge can be driven in until the connecting webs (22) rest against the extensions (44) set back from the lower edge of the sheet (36).

After knocking out the T-profile (30) from the left according to FIG. 1, free sections (46) of the T-profile (30) reach the region of the guide slots (24) from the crosspiece, so that the yoke plates (18) with the drop head can slide down, and the lower end position is reached when the support plate (14) comes to rest on the upper edge of the vertical leg of the T-profile (30) resting on the support plate. Conversely, the drop head can be raised and the T-profile piece (30) can then be driven in as soon as the transverse slots (26) used for guidance are aligned with the transverse legs of the T-profile (30).

Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 8 bis 10 besteht der Stiel (50) aus zwei durch eingeschweißte Stege (52) verbundenen Flacheisen (54).4 to 10, a support tube (10) with a perforated head plate (12) is used, so that connecting links can be inserted through the hole in the head plate into the support tube. A flat profile iron (48) is provided as a connecting link between the drop head and the support tube, to which a downward-pointing stem (50) is welded in the middle, which protrudes into the support tube (10) and can be secured there by cross plugs. 6 and 7, the stem (50) consists of a tube whose outer diameter is selected so that the stem can be inserted into the tube (10). 8 to 10, the handle (50) consists of two flat bars (54) connected by welded-in webs (52).

Pins (56) are inserted into the transverse profile bars (48) after the profile bars (48) have been inserted into the slots (24) in order to establish a captive connection.

As can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5, the outer ends of the flat iron (48) engage in the guide slots (24) as connecting links. The bracing by the wedge tightening surface (32) takes place in the same way as in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3, i.e. the wedge tightening surfaces (32) are supported from below on the reinforcing beads of the slot boundary edges (28) and the bottom of the T-profile (30) runs on the upper edge of the flat iron (48), whereby the connecting webs (22) come from below be braced against the flat iron (48).
