Claims (5)

1. Ensemble de four comprenant une pluralité de chariots à roues (18) prévus pour transporter de la vaisselle à cuire sur des rails traversant le four, les chariots (18) étant concus de sorte que leur dimension transversale relativement au sens de déplacement à travers le four est supérieure à leur dimension parallèle au four, des moyens de réception et d'alimentation (16, 12) pour respectivement recevoir les chariots sortant du four et les chariots à enfourner, et un moyen de transport (26) pour déplacer les chariots entre les moyens de réception et d'alimentation, les moyens de réception et d'alimentation (16, 12) présentant chacun un dispositif pour soulever les chariots (18) des rails traversant le four et pour les reposer sur ces rails, lesdits moyens de réception et d'alimentation (16, 12) comprenant un système assurant la rotation des chariots (24) permettant de faire tourner chaque chariot suivant un angle de 90 degrés à sa sortie du four ainsi qu'avant son enfournement de sorte que lors de son déplacement depuis le moyen de réception (16) jusqu'au moyen d'alimentation (12) sa dimension la plus courte est transversale relativement au sens de déplacement à travers le four.
2. Ensemble de four selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'alimentation et de réception (16, 12) peuvent se déplacer dans un sens transversal relativement au sens de déplacement des chariots à travers le four.
3. Ensemble de four selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport (26) est placé le long du four pour transporter les chariots (18) déposés sur ce dernier par le moyen de réception (16) jusqu'au moyen d'alimentation (12), les chariots étant déchargés et chargés de vaisselle lorsqu'ils se trouvent sur le moyen de transport.
4. Procédé pour assurer le déplacement des chariots en un cycle continu dans un ensemble de four dont les étapes consistent à faire passer un chariot à roues (18) à travers un four sur des rails entre des moyens de réception et d'alimentation, réceptionner le chariot audit moyen de réception lors de son déchargement à la sortie du four (14), lever ce chariot et le faire tourner suivant un angle de 90 degrés, le déposer sur un organe de transport de retour permettant de le ramener audit moyen d'alimentation, lever ce chariot et le faire tourner suivant un angle de 90 degrés et le déposer à nouveau sur les rails du four à l'entrèe du four.
5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les opérations de chargement et déchargement sont effectuées lors du transport du chariot (18) du moyen de réception au moyen d'alimentation.
