Abstract

Dispositif de distribution de matières visqueuses contenues dans un récipient de stockage au moyen d'une pompe à piston qui est fixée à la sortie du récipient de stockage, le cylindre (2) de la pompe qui est plus petit en diamètre que le dispositif étant maintenu à l'intérieur de celui-ci. La bielle (9) est guidée avec un déplacement limité longitudinalement à l'intérieur d'un alésage du dispositif et contre la force d'un ressort de rappel (17). Un canal de ventilation est prévu qui conduit vers le récipient de stockage et l'alésage du dispositif conçu pour guider la bielle se prolonge dans une tubulure (8) disposée coaxialement et orientée vers le tuyau d'aspiration (5) de la pompe à piston. La bielle traverse l'alésage précité ainsi que la tubulure en laissant un vide (10), et possède une ouverture de ventilation (32) dans le cylindre de la pompe entre le couvercle du dispositif et la bielle lorsqu'elle est dans sa position extrême supérieure.

Claims (5)

1. Dispositif de distribution de matières visqueuses telles que des liquides, crèmes, pâtes ou similiaires contenus dans un récipient de stockage, au moyen d'une pompe à piston qui est fixée, de manière à réaliser une fermeture étanche et, le cas écheant, à être amovible, à la sortie du réservoir au moyen d'un dispositif, par exemple d'un capuchon (1), le cylindre de pompe (2), dont le diamètre est inférieur à celui de ce dispositif, étant maintenu à l'intérieur du dispositif, la tige de piston (9) étant guidée dans un manchon de guidage (8) du dispositif de manière à se déplacer longitudinalement en s'opposant à la force d'un ressort de rappel (17) et en laissant libre un espace rempli d'air, cet espace rempli d'air constituant le conduit d'amenée d'air aboutissant au réservoir, le cylindre de pompe (9) comportant, entre le couvercle du dispositif et le piston de pompe (16), dans sa position d'extrémité la plus haute, une ouverture pour l'entrée de l'air et, dans le piston (16), du côté frontal faisant face au couvercle du dispositif, un joint qui, lorsque le piston (16) est dans sa position d'extrémité la plus haute, obture le manchon de guidage (8), le joint (21) qui coopère avec le manchon de guidage (8) étant par ailleurs constitué par une manchette élastique et enserrant le manchon de guidage (8) lorsque le piston (16) est dans sa position d'extrémité la plus haute, de manière à réaliser une fermeture étanche, notamment par une extension élastique, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de guidage (8) comporte deux sièges de joint convexes (22 et 23) qui sont disposés dans le sens radial à une certaine distance l'un derrière l'autre et coopèrent avec le joint annulaire (21) constitué par une manchette, en ce que, dans les deux positions d'extrémité du piston (16), le joint annulaire (21) enserre l'un des deux sièges de joint (22 ou 23) déjà mentionnés en réalisant une fermeture étanche, mais lorsque le piston se trouve entre les positions d'extrémité, laisse un jeu par rapport au manchon de guidage (8).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la tige de piston (9) est traversée par un conduit de distribution (11) constituant la canalisation de sortie, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de la tige de piston (9) qui pénètre dans le cylindre (2) comporte un joint annulaire (13) et que le conduit de distribution (11) débouche latéralement en arrière dans la direction de distribution du milieu et en ce que le piston (16) est monté sur la tige de piston (9) de manière à pouvoir, se déplace d'une manière limitée de sorte que, dans l'une de ses positions d'extrémité le piston (16) se trouve à une certaine distance dans le sens axial du joint annulaire (13) et dégage le débouche latéral du conduit tandis que, dans son autre position d'extrémité, le piston (16) s'applique contre le joint annulaire (11) en réalisant une fermeture étanche.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le joint annulaire (13) monté sur la tige de piston (9) est conçu de telle manière qu'il pénètre, en réalisant une fermeture étanche, dans un siège de joint (28) du cylindre (2) situé, dans la direction de déplacement du milieu, en avant du piston (16).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le joint annulaire (13) est monté sur un embout (12) qui est engagé dans le conduit (11) de la tige de piston et est fixé au moins par frottement et qui comporte au moins une rainure longitudinale (14) qui, d'une part, débouche du côté frontal de l'embout (12) qui est à l'opposé du joint annulaire (13) et qui, d'autre part, aboutit à un passage (15) situé dans la tige de piston (9) immédiatement après le joint annulaire (13) dans la direction d'écoulement du milieu.
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la tige de piston (9) est montée dans un manchon de guidage (8) situé à poste fixe sur le bâti, de manière à pouvoir se déplacer dans le sens axial et tourner autour de son axe longitudinal, que le manchon de guidage (8) comporte une came (25) qui fait saillie vers l'intérieur et qui s'engage dans une rainure longitudinale (26) de la tige de piston (9) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer par rapport à cette dernière et en ce que la rainure (26) comporte dans les deux positions d'extrémité de la tige de piston (9), un prolongement de rainure (27) qui s'étend dans le sens périphérique en face de la came (25) correspondante.
