Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stanzvorrichtung gemäß Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a punching device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Aus der Praxis bekannte Flachstanzen weisen entweder Flach- oder Walzenpreßelemente auf. Eine Druck-, Papier- oder Folienbahn 1 durchläuft eine Stanzvorrichtung, die aus einer Stanzplatte 3 und einem rotierenden Preßelement besteht, wobei letzteres von einem Kegel 3 gebildet ist, der sich auf der Stanzplatte 3 abrollt. Der Kegel 2 ist an einer Achse 11 gelagert und diese fest mit einer zu ihr senkrechten Achse 13 verbunden, deren Antrieb über ein Kegelgetriebe 18, 19 von einem Motor 22 erfolgt. Der Kegel 2 beschreibt beim Abrollen eine Kreisbahn auf einem Ring 12 und rollt über die Stanzplatte 3 in einem in der Zeichnung mit dem Winkel α bezeichneten Bereich. Für den während des Stanzvorganges im Stanzbereich erforderlichen Stillstand der Bahn 1 sind in gegenläufigen Bahnteilen vor und nach der Stanzvorrichtung Tänzerwalzen 4 vorgesehen, die gemeinsam mit einer der Bahngeschwindigkeit entsprechenden Geschwindigkeit verstellbar sind. Zu diesem Zweck sind die Tänzerwalzen 4 an einem von einem Doppelkurbelgetriebe 6, 7 hin und her bewegbaren Kreuzkopf 5 angeordnet, wobei das Kurbelgetriebe 7 über eine Hubverstellvorrichtung 9 mit einem von einem Kurvenmechanismus 10 angetriebenen Kreuzkopf 8 verbunden ist. Die Kreuzköpfe 5 und 8 sind in Linearführungen 20 bzw. 21 geführt. Der den Antrieb des Kegels 2 besorgende Motor 22 treibt über Zahnräder 14, 15, 16, 17 den Kurvenmechanismus 10 an und er ist gleichzeitig auch dazu vorgesehen, über ein Kettenrad 23 die hier nicht dargestellte Rotationsdruckmaschine anzutreiben.
