Description

The invention relates to a steel tube support for slab formwork or the like with the features of the preamble of claim 1.

In a known scaffold stand base (DE-U 1 818 220) with a threaded spindle seated on a base plate and a threaded nut thereon for adjusting the height of the stand, e.g. To support a slab formwork, the adjustment is made using a sleeve. After concreting and setting the ceiling, however, there is a relatively high contact pressure of the formwork on the steel pipe support to be loosened, so that screwing back of the threaded sleeve is only possible with great effort and loosening the threaded sleeve without aids such as e.g. Lever or hammer blows is not possible.

In another steel tube support (DE-U 8 421 204) it is known to arrange a freely rotatable bushing for the purpose of the so-called quick lowering between the threaded sleeve and the bolt inserted through the two tubes, the edge of which facing the bolt in the form of a cam surface with in different Support surfaces located at an altitude are formed on which the bolt is supported with its two ends protruding from the steel tube support. The bolt rests on the higher contact surfaces for formwork and during the formwork time. If the head end of the steel pipe support is to be detached from the formwork for the purpose of quick lowering in order to be able to turn down the threaded sleeve without tension, the bushing is rotated by approximately 90 ° so that the bolt can slide down onto the lower contact surfaces and accordingly the head of the steel pipe support from the formwork remains free.

It has been found that during the assembly of such a steel pipe support, the bushing resting on it can be rotated by the necessary twisting of the threaded sleeve, so that the quick lowering takes place before the final assembly and the steel pipe support is installed with the head lowered in the case of careless assembly. In this case, a quick lowering for the expansion is no longer possible. In addition, the freely rotatable bushing provided with the cam surface is an additional component which not only causes additional costs, but also increases the weight of the steel tube support. Finally, it has also proven to be disadvantageous that the bushing provided for this type of quick lowering cannot be retrofitted to already existing telescopic steel pipe supports because, according to new regulations, the two pipes of a steel pipe support must be captively connected, i.e. can not be pulled apart, so that the socket can no longer be plugged on.

The invention has for its object to simplify the quick lowering and at the same time to create the possibility to equip already assembled tubular steel supports with a simple and inexpensive quick lowering.

This object is achieved in a steel tube support for slab formwork or the like of the type mentioned with the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

Characterized in that the bolt can hold a pair, the inserted tube in an upper position, the side of the bolt facing the threaded sleeve has diametrically opposite bearing surfaces, that these two bearing surfaces are arranged at a radial distance from the longitudinal axis of the bolt that the bolt parallel to first pair of a second pair, which can hold the inserted tube in a lower position and also has opposite faces of the bolt facing the threaded sleeve, which are arranged at a shorter radial distance from the longitudinal axis of the bolt, which can hold the tube in an upper position are that the contact surfaces of each individual pair are arranged at a distance from each other and that the distance between the corresponding contact surfaces corresponds to the diameter of the inserted pipe, according to the present invention for the quick lowering is no additional Component needed. Rather, only a modification of the bolt to be inserted is required, so that no additional component is required for the quick lowering, and already completed steel pipe supports can be equipped with the quick lowering according to the invention without any problems, because for this purpose only the bolt required anyway has to be replaced. In addition, a secure positioning of the tubes is ensured when the steel tube support is installed, so that there is no risk of installing the steel tube support in the lowered state. It should also be noted that the depressions, i.e. the second contact surfaces are simple and inexpensive to manufacture, and the provision of the two further contact surfaces does not cause any additional construction expense, since the outer surface or outer surface of the bolt forms this contact surface.

If the bolt has inclined planes leading into the second contact surfaces, the displacement or axial displacement of the bolt required for rapid lowering is thereby facilitated. With a hammer blow on one end of the bolt protruding from the steel tube support, it can be easily adjusted from the installation position to the position desired for quick lowering.

According to a further feature of the invention, the bolt has at one end a stop that limits its insertion depth, for example a nose that lies against the outside of the threaded sleeve. This ensures that the position desired for the normal operating position must be set precisely, even though the actual support areas, which are within the steel pipe support, are practically invisible from the outside.

If the stop is a web extending in the longitudinal direction of the bolt on its outside, which fits into the elongated hole of the outer tube, this is achieved in that when the threaded sleeve is rotated when setting the desired switching position of the support head, the inserted bolt, however, only can be moved in the axial direction and is therefore not adjusted in the undesired direction when turning the threaded sleeve. The assembly of the tubular steel support equipped with the quick lowering device according to the invention is thus simplified. In addition, no additional components are required for the quick lowering, which cause costs and increase the weight of the steel tube support.
  • 1 shows a longitudinal section of a tubular steel support with an external thread in the operating position and
  • Figure 2 shows a longitudinal section of the steel tube support as in Figure 1, but with the inner tube section lowered, so that the head plate is detached from the formwork which originally supported it.

A steel tube support 1, of which only the upper area is shown in the drawing, has an outer tube 2 and an inner tube 3 which is inserted into it and can be telescopically extended and retracted, which is provided with a head plate 4 at the outer end. However, this steel tube support can also be used in the reverse position, so that the plate 4 then rests as a foot on the floor, while a similar plate attached to the outer end of the tube 2, not shown in the drawing, serves as the top plate.

At the upper end of the tube 2 in the drawing, a tubular extension 5 with an external thread 6 is fastened thereon, onto which a threaded sleeve 7 is screwed. The extension 5 contains an elongated hole 8 extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the steel tube support 1, through which a bolt 9 can be inserted, which is supported on the threaded sleeve 7.

The inner tube 3 is provided with a number of holes 10 arranged at an axial distance from one another and penetrating it in the radial direction, through which the bolt 9 can be inserted. To insert the bolt 9, one of the holes 10 of the inner tube 3 is brought into the area of the elongated hole 8 and the bolt is then inserted. The threaded sleeve 7 is then rotated on the thread 6 until the plate 4 is at the desired height.

The bolt 9 has on one side two depressions 11 and 12 which are provided at a distance from one another which corresponds to the diameter of the inner tube 3 and which have a width which is greater than the wall thickness of the tube 3. The depressions 11 and 12 are arranged eccentrically from the bolt 9 in the illustrated embodiment.

At the rear end of the bolt 9, an eye 13 is arranged through which a wire ring 14 is inserted, which is guided around the tube 2 in order to captively connect the bolt 9 to the tube support 1 and to prevent the bolt from being reversed, namely with the recesses 11 and 12 facing the threaded sleeve 7, can be inserted.

The eye 13 is provided with an extension in the form of a web 15 which extends in the longitudinal direction of the bolt 9 on the outside thereof and forms a stop with which the insertion depth of the bolt 9 is limited.

As FIG. 1 shows, the web 15 lies against the inserted tube 3 when the bolt 9 is inserted into the normal operating position, in which the inner tube 3 is supported on bolt sections 9a and 9b next to the depressions 11 and 12. These bolt sections 9a and 9b can be slightly beveled in the direction of the associated recess 11 and 12, respectively, in order to facilitate the sliding movement between the bolt 9 and the tube 3 lying on it when lowering the inner tube 3.

In order to bring the steel tube support 1 from the position shown in Figure 1, in which the plate 4 rests against the underside of a formwork 16 or other part to be supported, in the position shown in Figure 2, in which the inner tube 3 is lowered and down the plate 4 is accordingly at a distance from the formwork or the like, the bolt 9 is moved so far to the left that the inner tube 3 reaches the area of the recesses 11 and 12. For this purpose, for example, the end 12a of the bolt 9 shown on the right in the drawing is struck with a hammer. Particularly when the bolt sections 9a and 9b are slightly beveled, a single hammer blow is sufficient to move the bolt from the position shown in FIG. 1 to the position shown in FIG. 2. A simple quick lowering and a quick removal of the steel tube support 1 is thus ensured.

The depressions 11 and 12 need not be particularly deep, so that they hardly weaken the load-bearing cross-section of the bolt, because it is sufficient for the quick lowering to cancel the pressure acting on the plate 4 on the threaded sleeve 7. To remove the steel tube support 1, the threaded sleeve 7 is turned back, which is possible without any special effort as soon as the support pressure acting on it is released.

In the illustrated embodiment, the depressions 11 and 12 are arranged eccentrically. The web 15 forming the stop is provided opposite the recesses 11 and 12 on the outside of the bolt 9, so that when inserting the bolt one only has to take care that the web 15 points upwards to ensure that when the bolt 9 is pushed back the desired reduction is achieved. This is ensured if the web, as shown in FIG. 1, protrudes into the elongated hole 8 of the outer tube 2.

Since the depressions 11 and 12 do not significantly weaken the load-bearing cross-section of the bolt 9, it is also possible to equip already existing steel pipe supports with such bolts, because their overall diameter need not be increased compared to bolts previously used and the bolt 9 accordingly also fits into the holes of the inner tube 3 and the elongated hole of the outer tube 2 of existing steel tube supports.
