Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Dekor-Verbund-Glasplatten.The invention relates to a method for producing decorative composite glass plates.
Es ist bekannt (Brit.Pat. 1 150 238) Dekor-Glaselemente dadurch herzustellen, daß zwei Scheiben mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet werden und flüssiger Kunststoff in den Zwischenraum zwischen den beiden Scheiben gebracht wird. Nachteilig ist hierbei die notwendige Füllung des gesamten Zwischenraumes mit Kunststoff, was auch wegen der lohnintensiven Arbeit zu vermehrten Kosten führt. Sollen hierbei Blasen in den Kunststoff gebracht werden, so muß die Luft unter Druck in einem aufwendigen Verfahren in den Zwischenraum, der mit Kunststoff gefüllt ist, gebracht werden.It is known (Brit.Pat. 1 150 238) to produce decorative glass elements in that two panes are arranged at a distance from one another and liquid plastic is brought into the space between the two panes. - 1. auf ein waagerecht liegende erste Scheibe(1) Kunststoff (2) vor dem Aushärten in zähflüssigem Zustand stellenweise und in ungleicher Dicke aufgebracht wird (gem. Fig. 1),
- 2. Formkörper (4) auf oder zwischen die mit Kunststoff belegten Flächenanteile gebracht werden (gem. Fig. 2),
- 3. eine zweite Scheibe (3) über die erste Scheibe (1) gelegt wird,
- 4. das aus den beiden Scheiben bestehende Paket mit evtl. dem Rahmen (7) umgeben wird,
- 5. das Paket um 180 ° herumgedreht (gem. Fig. 3) und
- 6. solange in dieser Lage gehalten wird, bis der zähflüssige Kunststoff nicht mehr unter Bildung von Fäden oder Tropfen nach unten fließt (gem. Fig. 4).
