Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abwickelvorrichtung für biegeempfindliches Profilmaterial, insbesondere Me­talldraht, das mit einer geringen Zugkraft durch eine das Material verarbeitende Maschine abgezogen wird. Diese Anpassung ist nur durch relativ komplizierte Regler möglich. Dennoch ist es in der Praxis unvermeidlich, daß die Ablaufge­schwindigkeit des Profilmaterials von der Haspel kurzzeitigen Schwankungen unterworfen ist, die sich als entsprechende Schwankungen in der Zugspannung im Profilmaterial auswirken. Dadurch wird nicht nur die gleichmäßige Verarbeitung des Profilmaterials in der anschließenden Maschine gestört, sondern es können auch Knicke durch unregelmäßige Streckung des Profil­materials die Folge sein.The processing machine exerts a certain tensile force on the profile material, but this is not sufficient to turn the heavy reel. Abwickelvorrichtung für biegeempfindliches Profil­material (5), insbesondere Metalldraht, das mit einer geringen Zugkraft durch eine das Material verarbeitende Maschine abgezogen wird, wobei die Abwickelvorrichtung eine das Material enthaltende, drehbar mit horizontal angeordneter Drehachse und in einem Abstand von mindestens zehn Haspeldurch­messern von der verarbeitenden Maschine ange­ordnete Haspel (1) umfaßt, gekennzeich­net durch einen elektromotorischen Antrieb für die Haspel (1), eine auf der der verarbeiten­den Maschine abgewandten Seite der Haspel angeord­nete Umlenkrolle (6) für das unterhalb der Dreh­achse der Haspel von dieser ablaufende Material (5), wobei die Umlenkrolle am Ende eines Schwenk­arms (7) frei drehbar angeordnet ist, dessen ande­res Ende so in einem ortsfesten Lager (8) gela­gert ist, daß der von der verarbeitenden Maschine auf das Material ausgeübte Zug die Umlenkrolle aufwärts schwenkt, sowie durch einen von dem Schwenkarm (7) gesteuerten Endlagenschalter (bei 8), der in einer oberen Grenzlage mit kleinerer Entfernung des Lagers der Umlenkrolle (6) von der verarbeitenden Maschine den Antrieb für die Haspel (1) einschaltet, während er den Antrieb in einer unteren Grenzlage mit größerer Entfernung des La­gers der Umlenkrolle von der verarbeitenden Ma­schine wieder ausschaltet.1.
