Claims (3)

1. Verfahren zum Präparieren von keramischen Kernen für das Gießen von Präzisionsteilen nach Verfahren der verlorenen Wachsform, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor einem Umhüllen des Kerns (11) mit dem Modellwachs ein Füllen der Hohlräume des Kerns (11) mit Wachs durchgeführt wird, währenddessen der Kern (11) von einer weichen Form (6) umschlossen ist und flüssiges Wachs mit Hilfe einer Einspritzpresse (7) mit angepaßter Leistung in die Form gespritzt wird.
2. Verfahren zum Präparieren von keramischen Kernen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verwendete weiche Form (6) aus einem Silikonkautschuk besteht und durch Umgießen eines Musters des keramischen Kerns (10) gewonnen wird, dessen Gestalt mit derjenigen des herzustellenden Kerns (11) identisch ist.
3. Verfahren zum Präparieren von keramischen Kernen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einspritzdruck der Presse (10) zwischen 1 und 5 bar geregelt wird und daß auf die Form (6) ein Schließdruck ausgeübt wird, der in Abhängigkeit von dem Einspritzdruck festgelegt ist.
