- the example shown thus shows internal walls 1a and various pins 1b or flow-disturbing elements and stiffeners 1c which delimit internal cavities of the blade. These elements determine the corresponding cavities fitted on the ceramic core 1 which thus has complex elements and great finesse from which it also results in great fragility.
- a ceramic core 1 must be coated with model wax.
- Figures 2 and 3 show a model core 10 which is similar to the prepared core to obtain.
- This model core 10 is used for the production by molding of a mold made of flexible material, for example of the silicone elastomer type.

- Two model cores 10, for example, are placed in a molding box 2 on a starting layer 3.
- a common molding process using an injection channel 10 arranged on one face of the model core 10 makes it possible to obtain a first part 4 of the elastomer mold constituting one face of the mold then a second part 5 of the mold constituting a second face of the mole, as shown in FIG. 6.
- the elastomer mold 6 thus has the imprints, respectively 6a and 6b, from the two faces of a model core 10.

- the method according to the invention consists in placing the bare ceramic cores 1 in a mold 6 made of silicone elastomer and to transfer the mold 6 onto the support plate 7a of an injection pressure 7 schematically represented in FIG. 7.
- An injection head 7b fits onto the mold 6 and injects the liquid wax into the mold 6 where the channels 6c convey the wax through fine channels to the cavities 1a, 1b or 1c of the ceramic core 1.
- the press 7 used is of power suited to the process and the adjustment of the injection pressure is between 1 and 5 bars.
- a plate 7c of the press 7 also applies a clamping pressure to the mold 6, the value of which is determined as a function of the setting of the injection pressure.
- the method according to the invention which has just been described has numerous advantages compared to the long and delicate manual operations which it was previously necessary to use. Cycle times are significantly reduced.
- a manual operation time is estimated at 3 to 6 minutes per nucleus, while the method according to the invention reduces the operation to half a minute per nucleus.
- the process reduces the handling of nuclei and consequently limits the risks of breakage which are high due to the fragility of the nuclei.
- the wax deposit obtained is more regular and a repetitive and reproducible quality is obtained.
