Claims (3)

1. System zur Erzeugung einer künstlichen Dünung in einem Versuchsbecken des ozeanischen Ingenieurwesens derjenigen Bauart, das eine von einem zylindrischen, zur Rückwand des Beckens parallelen Schwimmkörper gebildete Schlagvorrichtung enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des besagten Schwimmkörpers, d.h. die Erzeugende des besagten Zylinders, eine merkbar vertikale, d.h. merkbar zu der genannten Rückwand parallele Rückseite und eine Frontseite in Gestalt einer Schnauze aufweist und der besagte Schwimmkörper an mechanische Einrichtungen angeschlossen ist, die ihm eine abwechselnd horizontale Bewegung vermitteln, wobei der mittlere Abstand zwischen der Rückwand des besagten Schwimmkörpers sowie der Ruckwand des genannten Beckens derart gewählt wird, daß sich eine Resonanzerscheinung zwischen dem durch die Schwingungen der Wassersäule, die zwischen den genannten Wänden enthalten ist, und dem durch die eigentliche Bewegung des Schwimmkörpers erzeugten Schlagwellengang entwickelt, wobei die Überlagerung dieser beiden Wellengänge eine sehr gesteigerte Übertragungsfunktion in einem ausgewählten Intervall der Periode der Dünung verursacht.
2. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Zweck einer Beschränkung des Kabbelns zwischen der Mauer und dem Schwimmkörper die hintere Fläche des Schwimmkörpers mit Bezug zur Vertikalen leicht zur Frontseite hin geneigt ist.
3. System nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in ein Dünungs- und Strömungsbecken eingebaut ist.
