Claims (2)

  1. Powder actuated setting tool comprising a housing (1), a thrust piston (14) having a shoulder (17) which extends radially relative to a shaft (15) at the side of the setting direction, and a guide bushing (6) for the thrust piston (14), which bushing is displaceable relative to the housing (1) along the axis of the thrust piston (14), in which respect in the housing (1) is mounted a bolt (29) which is displaceable substantially vertically to the axis of the thrust piston (14) into an inserting position, and the housing (1) comprises a holding means (36) with a support shoulder (38) which reaches at least partially over the bolt (29) in the inserting position, characterised in that the holding means is arranged to be a ring (36), which is rotatable around the axis of the thrust piston (14) and which embraces the housing (1), with a passage (39) of discontinuous inside contour which conforms at least to the radial projection of the embraced bolt section and which forms the support shoulder (38).
  2. Setting tool according to claim 1, characterised in that an arresting device (41, 42, 43) is provided for rotationally arresting the holding means (36).
