Description

The invention relates to a mounting rail for suspended ceilings with rail edges projecting outwards from a central rail part for anchoring clips with which profile boards or plates can be anchored to the mounting rail.

Supporting rails of this type are anchored in suspension structures for the suspended ceilings via hangers on a building ceiling. In the previously known suspension constructions, only linear support rails are used.

The invention has for its object to provide a mounting rail which allows the production of curved ceilings.

The stated object is achieved according to the invention with a mounting rail mentioned at the outset in that it is used for curved suspended ceilings to bend in its rail means partly has uniformly dimensioned, equally spaced incisions at a distance from one of the rail edges for attaching a spreading tool and / or corrugations causing compression in the longitudinal direction and additionally between adjacent incisions, between incisions and the rail ends and / or in addition to corrugations each with at least one is provided parallel to the incisions through opening for anchoring coupling elements, securing elements or hanger elements.

Support rails of the relevant type are made of thin sheet metal and largely maintain their stability through their profiling and design as a U-rail or T-rail. The low wall thickness of the mounting rails does not allow the rails to be bent in the rolling process, as is the case, for example, with metal pipes with a larger wall thickness, but rather to avoid tearing of the rails during the bending process, incisions in widening zones and / or corrugations causing a shortening of the rails in compression zones of the bends Rails are provided. The exact same dimensioning of the incisions and / or the corrugations ensures that predeterminable bending radii can be maintained when using spreading tools or also when using bending rollers. The through openings in the mounting rails allow, inter alia, the arrangement of securing rails and other securing devices, with which it is achieved that the mounting rail retains its predetermined bend even under increased load and does not deform or reshape.

The support rail designed according to the invention has the advantage that it can be given an individually desired curvature on the spot. However, the mounting rails can also be prefabricated with a predetermined curvature and, for example, be assembled from individual shorter and pre-curved or individually curvable sections, each section in the middle part of the rail then being provided with a plug-in projection at one end and with a plug-in opening suitable for the plug-in projection at the other end and through openings in the plug-in area enable the introduction of coupling members, in particular coupling pins.

In the case of the support rails, which are preferably provided with bend incisions, the bend incisions can also consist, in sections, of individual partial incisions which, when spreading by means of a spreading tool, permit an expanded metal-like deformation of the relevant wall areas, with this deformation at the same time securing the spreading position of the support rail. In the case of U-shaped support rails, an inclined guide of the bending incisions in the U-base can ensure that these support rails can also pass through a bending roller device without the rollers spreading apart the rails at the incision points.

The self-bending of the mounting rails by the handyman can be facilitated by special spreading tools which, according to the invention, have a spreading end which can be inserted into a bending incision and have a predetermined width and / or predetermined angular position with respect to a subsequent tool shank, so that the achievable spreading effect is fixed at a predetermined spreading angle. Such one The expanding tool can have a shaft formed on both sides with an expanding end, wherein the expanding ends can have different widths and / or different angular positions. A certain spreading angle can also be achieved by limiting the attack movement of such a spreading tool by means of a preferably adjustable and releasable stop.

The curved support rails according to the invention can still be anchored to a building ceiling by means of hanger elements in an additional stiffening effect on the curved support rails. According to the invention, the hanger elements can be designed as hanging rails which are known per se, but which, at least at one end, are provided with a wide coupling part which is intended to bear against the mounting rail and which has at least one row of holes which is arranged on an arc of a circle. These hanger elements can be connected to the support rail and / or also to other hanger elements at a predetermined angular position by inserting several, at least two coupling pins into aligned openings of the hanger element and support rail at the coupling points, i.e. an articulated coupling point is avoided. U-shaped clips can also be used as securing or combined securing and coupling elements, the legs of which can be inserted into openings in the mounting rail. A set spread position of a mounting rail can also be secured by means of plug-in wedges of a predetermined pitch that can be inserted into the bending incisions.

Exemplary embodiments of support rails designed according to the invention for curved suspended ceilings and their accessories are explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 shows an assembled from lined up and mutually jointed profile boards 11 curved ceiling 10 with its supporting structure, which has spaced-apart curved supporting rails 15, the hanging elements 12, 13 and 14 on the ceiling 16 and on the side walls 17 one Are anchored in the room. The profile boards 11 are fastened to the mounting rails 15 in a known manner by means of clips 18, one of which can be seen in FIG. 3.

Die Fig. 2 bis 7 zeigen verschiedene Ausführungsformen von Tragschienen, die zur Verankerung der Clipse 18 alle mit nach außen abstehenden Schienenrändern 19 versehen sind.2 to 7 show different embodiments of mounting rails, all of which are provided with rail edges 19 projecting outwards for anchoring the clips 18.

It is provided at regular intervals with bending incisions 20 which run transversely to its longitudinal direction and extend over the U base 15.1 and over part of the two U-legs 15.2 of the mounting rail 15 extend. The carrier rail 15 according to FIG. 3 can be spread out at these bending incisions 20 in order to achieve a curved carrier rail. The support rail 15 is provided with through-openings 21 and 22 in the area of the U base 15.1 and in the area of the U legs 15.2 between the bending incisions 20 arranged at uniform intervals.

Fig. 4 shows a mounting rail 25 with a known T-profile, which is bent from a sheet metal strip and in which the T-web 25.1 forming the mounting rail middle part is formed by two sheet metal parts which are largely opposite one another. Here, the bend incisions 20 are formed in the T-web 25.1, which is also provided with through openings 22 between the individual bend incisions 20. In the immediate vicinity of the bending incisions, further through openings 23 are provided for inserting securing clips, which are described in connection with FIG. 7.

At the left end of the mounting rail section is a small bending incision 20, as in the embodiment according to FIGS. 2 and 3, formed on both sides in the U-legs 15.2 Through openings 23 provided, shown. In the middle and at the right end of the mounting rail section, however, bending incisions 20.1 and 20.2 are shown, which are shown in the U-legs 15.2 of the mounting rail 15 are divided into individual incision sections 24. During the spreading of the incisions 20.1 and 20.2, these individual incision sections 24 result in a deformation of the wall areas lying between them, similar to the production of expanded metal, and the resulting wall deformation in turn causes a stabilization of the mounting rail 15 at the spreading points to secure the spreading.

In order to achieve a precisely determined spreading and thus a desired predetermined curvature of the mounting rail 15, spreading tools shown in FIGS. 6, 8, 9 and 10 are used. 6 shows a spreading tool 26 with a web-like shank 27 which is bent at right angles at both ends and is formed in the bent part as a spreading end 28 and 29 with a precisely predetermined width dimension. The spreading end 28 is kept relatively narrow. It can be inserted into a widened middle part 30 of the bending incisions 20, 20.1 or 20.2. By rotating the shaft 27 of the spreading tool 26 by 90 °, a spreading is achieved by a spreading angle which is precisely predetermined by the width of the spreading end 28. The spreading end 29 of the spreading tool 26 is kept wider. With this spreading end, a larger spreading angle is achieved when the attached spreading tool 26 is rotated, as shown in FIG. 6 on the bending incision 20.2.

Fig. 7 zeigt weitere mögliche Ausbildungsformen der Biege-Einschnitte 20.The spreading angles set on the bending incisions 20 can be secured by means of organs shown in FIG. 7. These can be wedges 31 or 32 bent from sheet metal sections with suitable wedge angles, or clips 33 and 34 or brackets 35, 36 of different widths or lengths. The clamps 33 and 34 can be inserted into the slot-shaped through openings 23.1 shown in FIG. 7, which are formed on both sides of a bending incision in the U-legs 15.2 of the U-shaped mounting rail. After the bending incisions 20 have been spread open, the clamps 35 and 36 can be inserted into slot-shaped recesses 37 which are formed in the U-base 15.1 of the mounting rail 15. 7 shows further possible forms of formation of the bending incisions 20.

Eine solche Ausführungsform eines Biegewerkzeuges ist in Fig. 9 dargestellt.8 shows an expansion tool 38 attached to a support rail 15. The two expansion ends 39 and 40 are arranged at different angles to the shaft 41 of the expansion tool 38 and thus, when the shaft 41 is pressed down against the U-base of the support rail 15, spreads of different strengths Incisions 20. On the shaft 41 a stop 42 is slidably mounted, which - depending on its position on the shaft 41 - limits the leverage of the expanding tool 38 to a greater or lesser extent and thus results in different spreading angles at the locations of the bending incisions 20. Instead of a displaceable stop 42, an expanding tool 38.1 can be provided at fixed points on its shaft 41 with threaded bores 43, into which screws 44 acting as stops can be used, which limit the leverage of the expanding tool 38.1 to different extents. Such an embodiment of a bending tool is shown in FIG. 9.

Fig. 10 shows a pliers-shaped expanding tool 45 with two articulated levers 46 and 47, one end of which is designed as an expanding end 48, which when the two legs 46 and 47 move against one another, a support rail 15 is spread open when inserted into a bending incision 20 Spreading ends 48 causes. Here the achievable spreading angle can be set by means of an adjusting screw 49.

Durch die Koppelung mittels zweier Nägel 54.1 kann eine bestimmte Winkelstellung der Hänger-Elemente 12 zur Tragschiene 15 festgelegt werden, wie dies aus Fig. 17 ersichtlich ist.11 and 12 show a hanger element 12 connected to a support rail 15 with a U-shaped cross section, with which the support rail 15 is coupled to a hanger rail 13. The hanger element 12 and the hanger rail 13 are each provided in their U-legs with a series of holes 52 and 53 which can be brought into alignment with one another and through which simple nails 54 can be inserted as connecting elements. The hanger element 12 is additionally provided on at least one of its two ends in the U-legs with a row of holes 51 arranged on a circular arc, the distances of the holes of the row of holes 51 from a hole of the row of holes 52 to the mutual distance from through openings 22 Support rail 15 are matched. The mounting rail 15 is fastened to the hanger element 12 by means of two nails 54.1, one of which is inserted through a hole in the row of holes 52 of the hanger element 12 and through a passage opening 22, while the other nail 54.1 is inserted in a hole in the arched row of holes 51 and a through opening 22 of the mounting rail 15 is inserted. By coupling by means of two nails 54.1 can a certain angular position of the hanger elements 12 relative to the mounting rail 15 can be determined, as can be seen from FIG. 17.

Fig. 14 zeigt auch ein Hänger-Element 12, das unter einer festgelegten Winkelstellung mit der Tragschiene 56 verbunden und durch die Kupplungsstifte 54.1 in dieser Stellung gesichert ist.FIG. 13 shows the connection point between two sections 55 of a support rail 56 composed of a plurality of curved sections 55. These can be U-shaped or T-shaped support rails. At one end of the mounting rail sections 55, its middle part is provided with a plug-in projection 57 which has no laterally projecting edges 19 and which fits into a plug-in opening formed at the other end of section 55. After the projection 57 has been inserted into the matching plug-in opening (not designated) of the subsequent mounting rail section 55, U-shaped bridge parts 58 are pushed over the connection point, which are provided with through openings 59 which can be brought into alignment with through openings 22 of the mounting rail sections 55, so that coupling pins 60 can be inserted. 14 can also be designed as bridge parts 58.1 provided with an incision 20.3, which can be arranged at the incision points 20 on a support rail 15 for reinforcement or bending protection. 14 also shows a hanger element 12 which is connected to the mounting rail 56 at a fixed angular position and is secured in this position by the coupling pins 54.1.

Die kreisbogenförmig angeordnete Lochreihe 62 erlaubt wiederum die bereits in Verbindung mit den Fig. 11 und 14 beschriebene Festlegung einer gewünschten oder erforderlichen Winkelstellung des Hänger-Elementes 61 zu einer Tragschiene 15, 25 oder 56.Fig. 15 shows another hanger element 61 in the form of a connecting plate, at the end of which a row of holes 62 is formed on a circle around a center hole 63, while the other end of the hanger element 61 is U-shaped in a known manner to encircle one Hanger rail 13 is formed. The row of holes 62 arranged in a circular arc in turn allows the desired or required angular position of the hanger element 61 with respect to a mounting rail 15, 25 or 56, which has already been described in connection with FIGS. 11 and 14.

Auch in seiner U-Basis 64 sind Löcher 65 ausgebildet.FIG. 16 shows a hanger element 12.1, which is designed similarly to the hanger element 12 shown in FIGS. 11 and 14. It has holes 55 arranged on a circular arc at both ends of its U-legs which are rounded on one side and each has an associated center hole 63. Holes 65 are also formed in its U-base 64.

Fig. 17 shows on a curved support rail 15 engaging hanger elements 12, one of which is arranged as a transverse stiffening web between a suspension rail 13 and the curved support rail 15 in the transverse position and in this position relative to the support rail is in turn secured with two coupling pins 54.1. Instead of hanger elements 12, hanger elements 61 according to FIG. 15 could also be used here.

Die Riffelungen 67, 68 erlauben ein Stauchen der Tragschiene 70 und dadurch eine genaue und kontinuierliche Biegung der Tragschiene 70.18 shows a section of a mounting rail 15, the bending incisions 66 of which are arrow-shaped in the U-base 15.1 and thus run obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the rail, as a result of which the mounting rail 15 can preferably be processed in a bending device provided with bending rollers, as is also the case in FIG. 19 support rail 70 shown. The support rail 70 has no bending incisions, but corrugations 67 in the rail edges 19 and a corrugation 68 in the U-legs 70.2 of the U-rail. The individual beads of the corrugation 68 extend from the rails edges 19 from different distances into the U-leg 70.2. The corrugations 67, 68 allow the mounting rail 70 to be compressed and thereby an exact and continuous bending of the mounting rail 70.
