Abstract

Ein flexibles Profil (10) besteht aus mehreren aufeinanderfolgenden Gliedern (12, 14), die über Verbindungsbereiche miteinander gekoppelt sind. Zur Vermeidung einer allzu großen Flexibilität ohne den Nachteil eingeschränkter Formgebungsmöglichkeiten, wird vorgeschlagen, benachbarte Glieder (12, 14) über ein Verbindungselement (16) zu verbinden, das über eine erste Biegekante (32) mit einem benachbarten Glied (12) und über eine zweite, mit der ersten Biegekante (32) wenigstens im linear ausgerichteten Zustand des Profils fluchtende Biegekante (34) mit dem anderen benachbarten Glied (14) verbunden ist. Die beiden Biegekanten (32, 34) sind in Längsrichtung des Profils ausgerichtet und das Verbindungselement (16) weist eine zu den vorgenannten Biegekanten (32, 34) senkrecht ausgerichtete dritte Biegekante (36) auf. Das flexible Profil eignet sich für den Innenausbau, beispielsweise zum Aufbau von Trennwänden und Kabelkanälen.
