Bei Werkzeugmaschinen wie Pressen, Stanzen und Scheren wird das zu verarbeitende Material in Form eines bandförmigen Bleches zugeführt, das vom Hersteller überwiegend in aufgerolltem Zustand angeliefert wird. Dadurch verbleibt das Blechband über einen oft längeren Zeitraum im stark gebogenen Zustand, wobei die jeweilige Krümmung des Bandes im Inneren der Rolle besonders hoch ist und von dort bis zum äußeren Rand bis zu einem bestimmten Wert abnimmt. Bevor das Band zur Verarbeitung in die Werkzeugmaschine eingebracht wird, sind die unterschiedlichen Krümmungen und Unregelmäßigkeiten im Band zu beseitigen. Im Stande der Technik werden hierzu Richtmaschinen verwendet, bei denen das Blechband entlang einer Richtstrecke zwischen oberhalb und unterhalb sowie gegeneinander versetzt angeordneten Richtwalzen hindurchgeführt wird, so daß es eine Ausrichtung, in der überwiegenden Zahl der Fälle in den ebenen Zustand, erfährt. Dabei ändert sich der Krümmungsgrad des Bandes am Einlauf der Richtmaschine in dem Sinne, daß mit zunehmender Ablauflänge auch die Krümmung zunimmt. Je nach Anzahl der Richtwalzen kommt es während des Durchlaufes des Bandes zu einer entsprechenden Folge von Richtvorgängen. Um ein und die selbe Richtmaschine an verschiedene Materialstärken anpassen zu können, ist einer der Walzenstühle, aus Gründen der einfacheren baulichen Realisierung in der Regel der obere, verstellbar angeordnet, was besagt, daß sowohl eine Verschiebung des Walzenstuhles unter Beibehaltung der parallelen Anordnung der Richtwalzen als auch ein Verkanten derselben also eine Änderung des lichten Querschnittes entlang der Richtstrecke möglich ist. Häufig ist wünschenswert, daß das Blechband nicht im ebenen Zustand sondern mit einer gewissen Vorkrümmung nach oben oder unten der Bearbeitungsmaschine zugeführt wird. Hierdurch kann beispielsweise das Einziehen und Einfädeln in das Werkzeug selbst erleichtert werden oder es können beim Pressen oder Stanzen auftretende Verspannungen des Werkstückes durch entsprechend gegenläufige Vorspannung zur Erlangung eines ebenen Endprodukts ausgeglichen werden.In the case of machine tools such as presses, punches and scissors, the material to be processed is fed in the form of a strip-like sheet, which the manufacturer mainly supplies in a rolled-up state. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß dadurch, daß die in Transportrichtung gesehen letzte Richt walze in Bezug auf die durch die übrigen Richtwalzen des gleichen Walzenstuhls definierte, gemeinsame innere Tangentialebene nach außen zu versetzt befestigt ist. Bei den aus dem Stande der Tecknik bekannten Rollenrichtmaschinen sind die Richtwalzen eines Walzenstuhles derart angebracht, daß sie zur Seite der Richtstrecke hin eine allen Walzen gemeinsame Tangentialebene aufspannen, durch die in etwa die Begrenzung der Richtstrecke definiert wird. Der Kerngedanke der Erfindung ist nun, daß in Abweichung hiervon die letzte Richtwalze nach außen zu versetzt ist, so daß sich der Querschnitt in diesem Bereich vergrößert. Durch die versetzte Anordnung der Richtwalzen des oberen und unteren Walzenstuhles ist die letzte, verschobene Richtwalze eindeutig definiert. Im allgemeinsten Fall kann die zu versetzende Richtwalze sowohl am oberen als auch unteren Walzenstuhl befestigt sein. Zur Klarstellung ist festzuhalten, daß im Sinne der Erfindung den Richtwalzen der Rollenrichtmaschine nicht die Einzugs- oder Auszugsrollen zuzurechnen sind. Durch die entsprechende Anordnung befindet sich zwischen der letzten erfindungsgemäß nach außen versetzten Richtwalze und der am gleichen Walzenstuhl unmittelbar davor angeordneten die am gegenüberliegenden Walzenstuhl befindliche Richtwalze, welche gleichzeitig die letzte dieses Stuhles, jedoch nicht die der gesamten Vorrichtung darstellt. Diese letzte Richtwalze läßt sich durch die Verstellung eines der beiden Walzenstühle auf die beiden gegenüberliegend angeordneten Richtwalzen, von den eine versetzt ist, zu bewegen, was zur Folge hat, daß das die Richtmaschine verlaßende Band eine Krümmung in Richtung auf den durch diese Richtwalze definierten Walzenstuhl zu erfährt. Die soeben beschriebene Vorgehensweise zum Erhalt einer bestimmten Krümmung des durchlaufenden Bandes läßt sich vom Prinzip her auch bei den heute schon aus dem Stande der Tecknik geläufigen Richtmaschinen vornehmen. Jedoch kann auf diese Art und Weise nur die Krümmung des austretenden Bandes nach einer Richtung vorgenommen werden. Entscheidend ist, daß durch den erfindungsgemäßen Vorschlag des Verschiebens der letzten Richtwalze nach außen zu erstmalig die Möglichkeit zum Erhalt einer Krümmung in die Gegenrichtung eröffnet wird. Diese erhält man, wenn man den verstellbaren Walzenstuhl so bewegt, daß die soeben beschriebene Richtwalze - das ist die vorletzte Walze der gesamten Richtmaschine - entgegengesetzt zur soeben beschriebenen Richtung bewegt wird. Die Krümmung des austretenden Bleches in Richtung auf die versetzte Walze zu ist dann um so größer, je weiter sich die am gegenüberliegenden Walzenstuhl befestigte letzte Richtwalze, also die vorletzte Walze der gesamten Maschine, nach außen zu also von der Richtstrecke weg befindet. Die erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagene Rollenrichtmaschine erlaubt durch die an sich bekannte und bereits vorhandene Verstellung eines einzigen Walzenstuhles die Krümmung des aus der Maschine austretenden Bandes in beide Richtungen aus der durch die Richtstrecke definierten Ebene heraus vorzunehmen und in ihrer Stärke zu beeinflußen. Darüber hinaus ist als weiterer Vorteil anzusehen, daß dies durch eine nur geringfügige Veränderung und einfache bauliche Maßnahme an den bereits bekannten Richtmaschinen durchgeführt und realisiert werden kann. In der Zeichnung ist die bereits verschobene Richtwalze 6 in durchgezogener und in ihrer Normallage in gestrichelter Linienführung angegeben. Je tiefer die Position der Richtwalze 4 ist um so mehr erhält das aus der Richtmaschine austretende Band 8 eine Krümmung nach oben. Claims (3)

1. Roller flattening machine having a flattening section along which the flattening rolls are disposed mutually staggered both above and below, and in which the rolls above the flattening section (3, 4) are fastened in an upper, and those below (5, 6) in a lower roll frame, of which at least one is adjustable, wherein the last aligning roll (6), viewed in the transport direction, is fastened displaced outwardly with respect to the common inner tangential plane (12) defined by the other flattening rolls (5) of the same roll frame (2).
2. Roller flattening machine according to Claim 1 wherein said last lower flattening roll (6) is displaced.
3. Roller flattening machine according to Claim 1 or 2 wherein the last flattening roll (6) is displaceable in an arcuate manner from the normal position.
