Gattungsgemäße Kraftfahrzeugtürverschlüsse sind im Stand der Technik hinreichend bekannt, z.B. aus der DE-A 2 320 351. Auch die Anmelderin verwendet derart gestaltete Einrichtungen zum Verschließen der seitlichen Fahrzeugtüren. Insbesondere zum Zwecke der Geräuschdämpfung beim Zusammenwirken der Bauteile Gabelfalle, Sperrklinke und Schließbolzen während des Schließvorganges weist die Gabelfalle über nahezu ihre gesamte Oberfläche eine Kunststoffbeschichtung auf, die aber auch entsprechende Festigkeitseigenschaften aufweisen muß, damit die ordnungsgemäße Verriegelung der Tür sichergestellt ist.Generic motor vehicle door locks are well known in the art, e.g. from DE-A 2 320 351. Dabei ist nicht nur eine sichere Verriegelung in Schließrichtung gefordert, sondern es ist auch erforderlich, daß die Verbindung Gabelfalle/Schließbolzen auch senkrecht darauf gerichtete Kräfte aufnehmen kann. Diese können insbesondere infolge eines die Fahrzeugtür verformenden, seitlichen Zusammenstoßes auftreten. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird ein Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluß vorgeschlagen, wie er den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1 entnommen werden kann. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Vorgehensweise ist stets erreicht, daß die auftretenden Kräfte von metallischen Bereichen der Drehfalle aufgenommen werden können. Dies gilt in vorteilhafter Weise sowohl in der sogenannten Vorraststellung als auch in der eigentlichen Hauptraststellung. Die geräuschdämpfende Wirkung wird in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt, da gerade durch die leicht bauchig ausgebildeten Abschnitte der Beschichtungsmasse im Bereich der Gabelöffnung ein unmittelbar rein metallischer Kontakt zwischen Schließbolzen und Drehfalle sicher verhindert wird. Es ist durch die Vorgehensweise gemäß der Erfindung nun auch die Möglichkeit gegeben, für die Beschichtung einen Werkstoff mit etwas geringeren Festigkeitseigenschaften und somit höheren Geräuschdämpfungseigenschaften als im Stand der Technik üblich zu wählen.To solve this problem, a motor vehicle door lock is proposed, as can be found in the features of claim 1. Der in Figur 1 dargestellte Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluß weist als im Rahmen der Erfindung wesentliche Bauteile eine Sperrklinke (1), einen Schließbolzen (2) sowie eine, im wesentlichen aus Vorrastschenkel (3) und Hauptrastschenkel (4) bestehende Gabelfalle (5) auf. Sperrklinke (1) und Gabelfalle (5) sind dabei Bestandteile eines an der Fahrzeugtür sich befindenden Türverschlußgehäuses (30) und werden beim Bewegen der Fahrzeugtür entsprechend mitbewegt. Der Schließbolzen (2) selbst, der außerdem einen Schließbolzenkopf (6) (Figur 2) aufweist, ist an der Fahrzeugkarosserie, beispielsweise am Türholm (29) befestigt. Beim Bewegen von Fahrzeugtür mit Türverschlußgehäuse (30) in Schließrichtung (Pfeil 7) greift der Schließbolzen (2) in eine Gabelöffnung (8) der Gabelfalle (5) ein und dreht dabei letztere entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn und gegen die Federkraft einer Rückstellfeder (32) um ihre Drehachse (9). Die Gabelfalle (5) war zuvor in einer Stellung (strichpunktiert dargestellt), in der die Gabelöffnung (8) entsprechend einer Gehäuseöffnung (31) des Türverschlußgehäuses (30) gerichtet war, und so den Schließbolzen (2) aufnehmen konnte. In einer sogenannten "Vorraststellung" kann die durch eine Feder (10) belastete Sperrklinke (1) hinter dem Vorrastschenkel (3) einfallen und dadurch bereits jetzt ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen der Fahrzeugtür verhindern. Wird letztere weiter in Schließrichtung bewegt und damit die Gabelfalle (5) weiter um ihre Drehachse (9) gedreht, so kann letztendlich die Sperrklinke (1) hinter dem Hauptrastschenkel (4) einfallen, so daß die endgültige Schließstellung erreicht ist.
