Nachteilig hieran ist die durch die zusätzliche Wochenmarkierung entstehende Unübersichtlichkeit. Darüber hinaus kann es vorkommen, daß der Betrachter sich beim Ablesen der Markierung versieht und die Tages- mit der Wochenmarkierung vertauscht. Es sind zwar Lösungen bekannt, bei dem die hinter die Rückseite des Kalenders umgelegten freien Enden des Sichtstreifens durch ein Gummi oder dgl. verbunden sind, um eine ausreichende Klemmkraft zu erzeugen. Durch die Tönung, die derart ausgebildet ist, daß die vom Sichtstreifen überdeckten Tagesziffern noch erkennbar sind, wird nicht nur eine einzelne Ziffern, nämlich die Wochenziffer gemäß der bekannten Wochenmarkierung, sondern vielmehr eine Mehrzahl von Tagesziffern, mindestens die der Werktage der aktuelle Woche farblich hervorgehoben. Alternativ können auch alle Ziffern, das heißt Tagesziffern und Wochenziffern der aktuellen Woche durch den erfindungsgemäß getönten Sichtstreifen hervorgehoben werden. In diesem Falle ist zweckmäßigerweise der Sichtstreifen über die gesamte Breite des (mittleren) Monatsblatt eingefärbt. Insbesondere bei einem Kalender dessen aufrechten Seitenränder des Kalenderrückens bündig mit den Seitenrändern der Monatsblätter abschließen, kann der gesamte Sichtstreifen eingefärbt sein. Sie sind hinsichtlich ihrer Breite und ihrer Anordnung derart auf die Ränder 36 verteilt, daß die Haltezungen 34 des Sichtstreifens 29 zwischen jeweils zwei Vorsprüngen 37 formschlüssig über der jeweils aktuellen Woche gehalten werden.
