Die Scheiben weisen im unteren Bereich einen undurchsichtigen Bereich 2a und einen entsprechenden oberen undurchsichtigen Bereich 2b auf. Die undurchsichtigen Bereiche können in den durchsichtigen Scheiben so hergestellt werden, daß auf die Außenseite der Scheibe entsprechende, vorzugsweise farbige Schichten aufgebracht werden. Auch kann im oberen nicht durchsichtigen Bereich dem Vitrine, die keine Abdekkung aufweist, das Licht der externen Lichtquelle durch ein Lichtstreuraster gestreut werden, welches lediglich mittels einer Staubschutzscheibe abgedeckt ist.
