Ein Vitrinenboden 8 ist beispielsweise einfach auf Befestigungselemente 3 aufgelegt und leicht entfernbar. Eine Abdeckplatte 7 befindet sich innerhalb der Vitrine, so daß unschöne Kanten einer solchen Abdeckplatte nicht mehr sichtbar sind. Unterhalb der Abdeckplatte sind ein Lichtraster 4, eine Staubschutzplatte 5 und Lichtquellen 6 über Befestigungselemente sowohl an den Glasscheiben 2 als auch beispielsweise an der Abdeckplatte 7 befestigbar. Darüber hinaus können in den undurchsichtigen Bereichen 2a und 2b zahlreiche andere Zusatzeinrichtungen ohne hohen technischen Aufwand und preisgünstig montiert werden. Auch kann im oberen nicht durchsichtigen Bereich der Vitrine, die keine Abdeckung aufweist, das Licht der externen Lichtquelle durch ein Lichtstreuraster gestreut werden, welches lediglich mittels einer Staubschutzscheibe abgedeckt ist.
