Abstract

Durch eine zu einer Koordinaten-Schneidmaschine (1) gehoerenden Mustervorlagen-Identifizierungsvorrichtung (4) wird eine optosensorische Lageerkennung und Identifizierung jeder an beliebiger Stelle auf dem Schneidgut (5) abgelegten Mustervorlage (3) ermoeglicht und nachfolgend wird aus dem auf einem Arbeitstisch (33) der Koordinaten-­ Schneidmaschine (1) ausgebreiteten Schneidgut (5) automatisch ein Teil 2 ausgeschnitten, das der Mustervorlage (3) deckungsgleich ist. Fuer die Lageerkennung und Identifizierung ist jede Mustervorlage (3) mit einer individuellen Kodierung versehen, die aus wenigstens zwei Loechern (7) mit unterschiedlichen Durchmessern bzw. aus wenigstens zwei Flaechen (37) mit unterschiedlichen Flaecheninhalten besteht. Die zur Oberseite (10) der Mustervorlage (3) kontrastierenden Kodierungsmarken werden von einer elektronischen Kamera (11) erfasst und das Bild der Erkennungsflaeche (31) zeilenweise zerlegt. Die Videosignale werden einem digitalen Bildspeicher (12) und einem Bilddekodierungssystem (13) zur Analysierung und Berechnung von Koordinatendaten zugefuehrt.
