Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest maszyna do cięcia materiałów, zwłaszcza tkanin, mająca ramę, do której przymocowany jest stół odbierający, na którym umieszczona jest przesuwna belka z zespołem chwytającym utworzonym z uchylnie zamocowanego łapacza tkaniny, a do ramy od strony wejściowej maszyny zamocowane są obrotowo umieszczone wałki podające stanowiące podajnik materiału przeznaczonego do cięcia, przy czym maszyna posiada pulpit operatorski dotykowy oraz dwie belki dociskowe, które wykonują ruch pionowy góra-dół w wyniku działania połączonych z nimi siłowników, jak również wyposażona jest w noże tnące do cięcia poprzecznego - odcinania tkaniny. Maszyna charakteryzuje się tym, że oprócz noży tnących do cięcia poprzecznego tkaniny posiada noże tnące (12) do cięcia wzdłużnego tkaniny, o regulowanym rozstawie pomiędzy nimi oraz ma przesuwny chwytak (20) z zabierakiem stożkowym (20a) poruszający się w prowadnicy (23) z tyłu za nożami tnącymi (12), przy czym noże tnące (12) są przesuwne wzdłuż maszyny oraz wykonują ruchy góra-dół za pomocą siłowników (22) i są rozstawiane automatycznie na zadane szerokości cięcia przez przesuwny chwytak (20) z zabierakiem stożkowym (20a).The subject of the application is a machine for cutting materials, in particular fabrics, having a frame to which a receiving table is attached, on which a sliding beam is placed with a gripping unit formed of a pivotally mounted cloth catcher, and rotatably arranged feed rollers are attached to the frame from the entrance side of the machine constituting a feeder of the material to be cut, the machine has a touch control panel and two pressure beams that perform a vertical up-down movement as a result of the operation of actuators connected to them, and is also equipped with cutting knives for cross-cutting - cutting the fabric. The machine is characterized by the fact that, in addition to the cutting knives for cross-cutting the fabric, it has cutting knives (12) for longitudinal cutting of the fabric, with an adjustable spacing between them and a sliding gripper (20) with a conical driver (20a) moving in a guide (23) with behind the cutting knives (12), the cutting knives (12) are movable along the machine and perform up-down movements using actuators (22) and are automatically set to the desired cutting widths by a sliding gripper (20) with a conical driver (20a ).
