Claims (10)

1. Dispositif pour le décalage vers le haut des pentures de battants pivotants, en particulier de volets pour fenêtres et portes, muni d'une unité d'écartement disposée sur un boulon de fixation de penture (3), constituée par une douille de décalage cylindrique (4) munie d'une rampe annulaire (7) entourant le boulon de fixation, ainsi que par une rampe annulaire (12, 12') attribuée au coussinet de la penture (2) du côté du battant pivotant, qui est réalisée de manière complémentaire à la rampe annulaire de la douille de décalage, les deux rampes annulaires (7 ; 12, 12') pouvant venir s'encliqueter réciproquement dans différentes positions relatives à l'intervention de la torsion de la douille de décalage, caractérisé en ce que, la rampe annulaire de la douille de décalage (4) est réalisée en de rampe annulaire externe (7) dans la partie inférieure de la douille de décalage (4), en ce que la rampe annulaire attribuée à la penture (2) du côté du battant pivotant est réalisée en forme de rampe annulaire interne (12, 12') prévue contre la paroi interne du coussinet entourant la douille de décalage (4) et conçue de manière complémentaire à la rampe annulaire externe (7), et en ce que la douille de décalage (4) est munie de surfaces de prise destinées à un organe de commande.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, la rampe annulaire externe (7) et la rampe annulaire interne (12, 12') présentent, chaque fois, une surface de rampe montante s'étendant sur environ 90° à 350°, de préférence environ 180°C, munie d'éléments de crans d'arrêt d'appui et de contre-crans d'arrêt (9, 14) s'emboîtant l'un dans l'autre, de même que, chaque fois, un plateau de rampes annulaires externes ou internes (8, 13) adjacent à ces éléments.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, les éléments de crans d'arrêt d'appui et de contre-crans d'arrêt (9 ; 14, 14') sont constitués par des dentures venant s'engrener mécaniquement les unes dans les autres munies de flancs s'étendant, en particulier, alternativement verticalement et en biais.

Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, pour l'utilisation dans le cadre de butée gauche ou droite, dans la moitié supérieure et inférieure du coussinet de la penture du côté du battant pivotant, on prévoit des rampes annulaires internes (12, 12') et des plateaux de rampes internes (13, 13') identiques, quoique disposés de façon spéculaire.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, la douille de décalage (4) présente un espace (6) en cul-de-sac pour que vienne s'y loger le boulon respectif (3), ainsi qu'un collet de support (5) du côté du fond, et en ce que la surface de prise destinée à un organe de commande est réalisée du côté de la tête, pour l'engrènement d'un organe de commande, en particulier, en forme de fente transversale (10).
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, entre les plans de base des rampes annulaires (7 ; 12, 12') et le collet de support (5) ou l'extrémité respective du coussinet, on prévoit des sections de cylindre (15; 16, 16') venant s'engrener en concordance géométrique l'une dans l'autre, ces sections présentant, en particulier, des longueurs axiales égales.
7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, la penture (2) du côté du battant pivotant est munie d'une douille interne (11) de penture de volet qui présente les rampes annulaires internes (12, 12') et les plateaux de rampes internes (13, 13').
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, la douille de décalage (4) et le manchon interne (11) de penture de volet sont constitués d'une matière synthétique à haute résistance.
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, la penture (2) du côté du battant pivotant et le manchon interne (11) de penture de volet sont réalisés en une seule pièce.
10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en te que, les surfaces de prise destinées à un organe de commande sont réalisées du côté du fond en forme d'hexagone, à la périphérie du collet de support (5) de la douille de décalage (4).
