Description
- L'invention concerne un saupoudreur, notamment pour produits pulvérulents ou granulaires comprenant un récipient pour le produit, une fermeture percée d'orifices et, sous la fermeture, une plaque présentant un réseau d'ouvertures définies par des ailettes relevées du côté du récipient et solidaires de ladite plaque.
- Il existe déjà de nombreux systèmes de saupoudrage. Le brevet FR 2 275 378 concerne notamment un saupoudreur avec un système de percussion pour éviter que les fentes du couvercle ne se bouchent. Ce système est d'une part relativement sophistiqué et donc onéreux et d'autre part, se prête bien à la distribution de produits tels que sucre et sel, mais est insatisfaisant pour la distribution de produits granulaires à forte teneur en graisse.
- Le brevet US 1 744 952 concerne une salière utilisée pour réduire sous forme granulaire un bâton de sel à l'aide d'un grattoir. Ce dispositif ne permet pas la distribution de produits granulaires à forte teneur en graisse. Le brevet DE 206 845 concerne également une salière dans laquelle sont disposés des billes entre la fermeture percée d'orifices et la plaque avec ouvertures pour éviter l'agglomération du sel sous l'effet de l'humidité. Ce dispositif est complexe et d'un coût assez élevé.
- Le saupoudreur, objet de la présente invention, permet une bonne distribution des produits granulaires gras et il est basé sur une conception bon marché.
- Selon l'invention, ce but est atteint dans un saupoudreur du type précité présentant la caractéristique figurant dans la partie caractérisante de la revendication 1. Par orifices, on entend des ouvertures dans la fermeture qui ont une forme et une dimension adaptée à chaque produit spécifique. Par ailettes on entend qu'on a découpé sur la plaque des éléments restant solidaires de ladite plaque et qu'on dégage ensuite tous ces éléments hors du plan de ladite plaque du côté du récipient, ces éléments formant ainsi des ouvertures et permettant un passage au travers de ladite plaque du produit de manière à ce qu'il arrive aux orifices de la fermeture. Il est bien entendu que cette fermeture peut être protégée par un couvercle ou tout autre système de protection. La plaque est réalisée soit dans un matériau métallique, soit dans une matière plastique.
- Selon une première forme de réalisation, la plaque est disposée entre le haut du corps du récipient et la fermeture, laissant une distance de l'ordre du centimètre avec la plaque. Cette plaque est alors amovible, peut être mise en place en cas de nécessité et facilite un éventuel nettoyage. Elle est fermement tenue en place par la fermeture et le récipient.
- Selon une seconde forme de réalisation, la plaque est solidaire du couvercle et distante des orifices d'une distance de l'ordre du centimètre.
- La plaque prend la forme du récipient, c'est-à-dire qu'elle peut être circulaire, carrée, rectangulaire, ovale ou toute autre forme géométrique permettant une préhension de la part de l'utilisateur. Quelle que soit la forme, les ailettes sont en général réparties uniformément par exemple en forme de rosace et elles ont de préférence sensiblement la forme de trapèze, de triangle, de demi-cercle, de demi-ellipse ou toute autre forme compatible.
- Le nombre d'ailettes n'est pas critique et elles peuvent être disposées aussi bien dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre que dans le sens contraire.
- La fermeture est solidaire du corps du récipient soit en force, soit par vissage, soit par un système à baïonnettes.
- La suite de la description est faite en référence aux dessins sur lesquels:
- Fig. 1 est une vue de côté du saupoudreur selon la forme de réalisation et
- Fig. 2 est une vue de dessous de la plaque.
- Le récipient 1 contient la matière 2 à saupoudrer. Il est surmonté par une fermeture 3 comportant des orifices 4 et des ailettes 5. Ces ailettes sont pratiquées à partir d'un disque 6 en matière plastique identique à celle de la fermeture 3 et solidaire de celle-ci. Le couvercle 9 sert à protéger le produit pendant qu'on ne s'en sert pas.
- On se sert du saupoudreur de manière classique, à savoir on engage en force la fermeture 3 sur le corps du récipient 1 et on renverse l'ensemble pour saupoudrer. La masse de produit 2 ne va pas former masse directement contre les orifices 4, par contre va s'engager par les ouvertures 7 grâce aux dégagements des ailettes 5 pour arriver ainsi sur lesdits orifices 4. La chambre 8 ainsi formée au niveau de la tête de distribution assure au produit une bonne répartition et évite le bouchage des orifices 4.
- On dispose ainsi d'un saupoudreur très efficace, bon marché, de maniement très simple permettant un saupoudrage pour tout type de produit, surtout des produits à forte teneur en graisse, tels que condiments, bouillons et des produits à base de sucre et de graisse.
