Claims (12)

1. Dispositif pour l'ouverture des portes et/ou pour l'orientation et le bloc des lamelles de persiennes et semblables, comprenant un métier métallique constitué par deux montants (1) et par deux traverses (2), chaque montant en présentant un respectif guide de glissement vertical (4) et une correspondante place (5) située derrière, et de lamelles (6) interposées entre lesdits montants et orientables angulairement, et comprenant une base (29) pour une poignée (28) qui peut être actionnée dans le sens giratoire, applicable à un montant (1) dans lequel de fissures verticales parallèles (32 et 49) sont prévues, pour le passage d'organes aptes à occuper respectivement une tige de bloc (41 et 42) de la porte de la persienne, caractérisé en ce qu'il prévoit de respectives plaques rectangulaires, constituées par éléments modulaires (10), qui peuvent être introduits dans les guides de glissement (4) qui sont opposés dans les deux montants, pourobliger chaque lamelle (6) au moyen d'un tiroir (12) présentant d'un côté une saillie (13) s'insérant à pression dans une cavité intérieure (7) de la lamelle et de l'autre un tourillon
(14) traversant un correspondant trou passant (11) de la plaque (10), dans ladite place (5) du montant
(1) sur lequel est appliquée une poignée (28); un couple de tiges de mouvement verticaux (16 et 17) tenues parallèles entre eux par de disques (23) ayant chacun un élément tubulaire (24) destiné à recevoir et bloquer la pièce du tourillon (14) du tiroir (12) sortant de ladite plaque (10), en étant prévus de moyens pour mouvementer au moins une desdites tiges (16 et 17) et moyens de même pour bloquer les lamelles dans plusieures positions angulaires différentes, qu'il est fourni d'une série de trois plaquettes métalliques (55, 56 et 63), la première et la deuxième en portant sur le même côté et sur les extrémités opposées de respectives ailettes (57 et 58) pour le mouvement des tiges de bloc respectivement (42 et 41), la troisième en portant au contraire sur le côté opposé par rapport à les précédentes une ailette profilée (65) pour le mouvement de ladite tige (18) de réglage de l'orientation des lamelles (6), lesdites plaquettes, qui après le montage résultent approchées entr'eux, en déterminant une épaisseur globale égale à la profondeur d'un siège rectangulaire (54) prévu dans la base (29) pour la poignée (28) dans laquelle elles logent, une ultérieure plaquette (66 our 66') en matériel plastique en étant prévue pour être utilisée en combinaison à la troisième lamelle (63) ou à lesdite première et deuxième lamelles (55 et 56) pour obtenir. respectivement le mouvement seulement de la tige (18) ou le mouvement seulement des tiges de bloc (41 et 42), en étant enfin prévus moyens pour transformer le mouvement rotatoire de la poignée (28) en mouvement de translation desdites plaquettes.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque tourillon (14) présente en périphérie de rainures longitudinales (15), qui peuvent être engagées par de nervures complémentaires (25) portées intérieurement par les éléments tubulaires (24) desdits disques (23), chaque disque (23) en présentant, pour garder parallèlement entr'elles les tiges (16 et 17), sur le même côté de l'élément tubulaire (24), en positions diamétralement opposées, deux piquets (26) qui s'appliquent dans de trous rectangulaires (21) prévus par couples sur lesdites tiges (16, 17).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1 dans lequel lesdites tiges (16 et 17) sont constituées par de éléments modulaires (18) ayant à les extrémités respectives de moyens d'engagement réciproque constitués respectivement de dents (19) et de sièges (20), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la tige (16) reçoit un mouvement vertical alternatif par un crochet (31) introduit dans le trou central (22) dans un des ses éléments modulaires (18), ledit crochet (31) en étant porté par une plaquette (30) introduite dans la poignée (27) et qui peut être transférée verticalement par une poignée (28).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de blocage desdites la melles (6) dans plusieures positions angulaires différentes sont constitués par un piquet fixe (36) porté par ladite poignée (28) et constamment tenu dans une boutonnière (33) tirée dans ladite plaquette (30) et par un piquet rétractile (37), celui-ci aussi engagé à la poignée (28) et qui peut alternativement occuper ladite boutonnière (33) de ladite plaquette (30) ou un des deux trous (34, 35) prévus surla même plaquette (30) sur de parties opposées par rapport à la boutonnière (33), ledit piquet rétractile (37) en étant retiré en agissant sur un levier de commande (39) prévu au-dessous de la poignée (28) en contraste avec un ressort de pression (38).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (28) présente un moyen (50) logé dans un siège cylindrique (51) de la base (29), lesdits moyens pour transformer le mouvement rotatoire de la poignée.(28) en mouvement de translation desdites plaquettes (55, 56, 63, 66 et 66') en étant constitués par un couple de cliquets (36 et 37) placés en positions diamétralement opposées sur ledit moyen (50) et s'engageant dans de opportunes boutonnières prévues dans lesdites plaquettes, la longueur du cliquet (36) en étant à peu près égale à l'épaisseur d'une des trois plaquettes métalliques (55, 56, 63), tandis que la longueur dudit cliquet (37) en étant environ égale à l'épaisseur globale desdites trois plaquettes métalliques.

Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 5, caractérisé en ce qu'en utilisant les trois plaquettes métalliques (55, 56 et 63), la plaquette (63) est solidairement engagée à la plaquette (56) par l'ailette (65) passant dans un trou rectangulaire (62) de la plaquette (56), le mouvement de la plaquette (55) en se produisant au moyen dudit cliquet (36) qui s'engage dans une boutonnière horizontale (59) prévue dans elle, tandis que le mouvement des plaquettes solidaires (63 et 56) en se produisant au moyens du cliquet (37) qui traverse une boutonnière courbe (60) de la plaquette (55) et s'engage dans de boutonnières horizontales alignées (64 et 61) prévues respectivement dans les plaquettes (63 et 56), tout cela en sorte que la rotation de la poignée (28) dans un sens ou dans l'autre provoque de mouvements de renvoi ou d'approche réciproque entre la plaquette (55) et les deux plaquettes solidaires (63 et 56).
7. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 5, caractérisé en ce qu'en utilisant seulement la plaquette (63) en même temps que la plaquette en matériel plastique (66), pour le mouvement seulement de la tige (18) pour le réglage des lamelles (6), l'effet du cliquet (36) vient annulé au moyen de petits parois latéraux (67) prévus sur la plaquette (66), entre lesquels la plaquette (63) vient emboîtée et tenue espacée du cliquet (36).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaquette en matériel plastique (66'), utilisée en combinaison avec les plaquettes métalliques (55 et 56) pour le mouvement seulement des tiges de bloc (41 et 42), fait exclusivement fonction d'épaisseur et est obtenue par ladite plaquette (66) en trancheant lesdits petits parois latéraux (67).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement à lesdits tiges de bloc (41 et 42) vient donné respectivement par les ailettes (58 et 57) des plaquettes (56 et 55), que s'engagent respectivement dans de boucles (46 et 47) prévues latéralement à de respectifs petits blocs terminaux (44 et 45) fixés à les tiges (41 et 42), tandis que le mouvement à la tige (18) pour le réglage des lamelles vient donné par l'ailette façonnée (65) de la plaquette (63), que se engage dans un trou rectangulaire (21) prévu sur la tige (18).
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en périphérie audit moyeu (50) de la poignée (28) sont prévues par intervalles réguliers de nervures (52) que s'engagent dans de correspondantes rainures (53) prévues dans le siège cylindrique (51) et la base (29) pour déterminer de points d'arrêt pendant la rotation de ia poignée. Tout cela essentiellement comme décrit et illustré et pour les buts spécifiés.
