Claims (6)

1. Vorrichtung zum Behandeln der Oberfläche eines Gegenstandes durch Einwirkung von festen Teilchen aufweisend:
- einen Behälter (1), der eine zur Horizontalen geneigte Symmetrieachse hat, um die er sich drehen kann, wobei der Behälter eine Menge an festen Teilchen aufnehmen kann, die den Behälter um mehr als die Hälfte seines Volumens ausfüllt, und wobei der Behälter an seinem oberen axialen Ende eine Öffnung (18) mit ausreichender Größe aufweist, um den Durchgang eines zu behandelnden Gegenstandes zuzulassen, wobei die Öffnung von einer Manschette (19) umgeben ist, die vorgesehen ist, um die Teilchen zurückzuhalten,
- einen Träger (7, 9,12), der den zu behandelnden Gegenstand (8) in einer im Inneren des Behälters genau festgelegten Arbeitslage haltert.
- Einrichtungen, um den Behälter um seine Achse in Drehung zu versetzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
- Einrichtungen (11) zum Bewegen des Gegenstandes zwischen der bereits erwähnten Arbeitslage und einer Lade- und Entladelage, in welcher sich der Gegenstand außerhalb der Masse der Teilchen befindet, ermöglichen, den Gegenstand aus der Lade- und Entladelage während der Drehung des Behälters um seine Achse in die Arbeitslage zu bringen und zu diesem Zweck eine Tragsäule (7) aufweisen, die die gleiche Achse wie der Behälter hat, den Boden des Behälters durchdringt und in axialer Richtung quer zum Boden des Behälters hin. und herbewegbar ist, wobei die Tragsäule Einrichtungen (5, 10) zum Festklemmen des Gegenstandes aufweist und die Einrichtungen (11) zum Bewegen des Gegenstandes an der anderen Seite des Bodens des Behälters im Hinblick auf die Einrichtungen (5, 10) zum Festklemmen angeordnet sind,
- daß die Einrichtungen zum Drehen des Behälters so gestaltet sind, um diesen mit einer solchen Geschwindigkeit zu drehen, so daß die durch die Wand des Behälters mitgeführten festen Teilchen regenfallartig auf den Gegenstand in seiner Arbeitslage, aber auch während seiner Verschiebung durch die Einrichtungen zum Bewegen herabfallen.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse des Behälters um etwa 30° im Hinblick auf die Horizontale geneigt ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zum Bewegen des Gegenstandes eine Gewindestange (11) aufweisen, die längs der Achse des Behälters angeordnet ist und längs dieser Achse zwischen der Tragsäule (7) und einem festen Punkt wirkt, um den Träger zu bewegen.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weiterhin Mittel vorgesehen sind, um dem Gegenstand Schwingbewegungen zu erteilen.
5. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Übertragen von Schwingbewegungen zwischen der Gewindestange (11) der Tragsäule (7) angeordnet sind.
6. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Übertragung von Schwingbewegungen auf den Gegenstand Mittel sind, um auf das Arbeitsmittel der Gewindestange (11) periodische Impulse aufzudrücken.
