-C- entraine à son tour grâce à la chaine sans fin son mouvement vers le pignon -A- de l'élément supérieur et ainsi de suite. Une entretoise (5) aura pour but de réunir les deux joues paralléles (1b et 1c) et ainsi de suite pour chaque élément. - La Fig. 3-représente un élément (1) identique dont les joues ont été remplacées par un tube (6) central terminé par un étrier (7) et dont les pignons -A_B_C_D_ se trouvent placés extérieurement au tube (6) qui lui aussi, pourrait être protégé par deux joues légères.
- Les Axes de pignons transversent d'une part l'étrier (7) et d'autre part, la base du tube (6) permettant ainsi à chaque élément de pouvoir pivoter afin d'obtenir l'inclinaison désirée (Voir Fig. 4) les pointillés indiquent l'entrainement du mouvement d'un élément à l'autre et ainsi de suite.
- La Fig. 4-montre dans l'ensemble, vu de côté - l'installation générale de' l'appareil de réadaptation proprement dit, montrant en (I) les éléments dont le dernier recevra en (8) le dispositif représenté par les Fig. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 et 10, ayant pour but de permettre la rééducation des doigts, par exemple, dispositif qui sera placé par emboitement amovible sur l'axe (8) de l'élément (1) ou selon le cas et l'endroit, un dispositif de rééducation des membres supérieurs et inférieurs, sur les axes (3) des autres éléments.

- The pinion axes cross on the one hand the stirrup (7) and on the other hand, the base of the tube (6) thus allowing each element to be able to pivot in order to obtain the desired inclination (See Fig. 4) the dotted lines indicate the movement of the movement from one element to another and so on.

- La Fig. 6-montre, vu de profil, ce support (26), support montrant en (29) la tirette réunissant les deux parties articulées.
- La Fig. 7-montre à plus petite échelle et de côté l'ensemble des repose-doigts (26); cet ensemble ou chassis (31) s'emboîte sur l'axe (8) et sera incliné selon le cas grâce à la partie mobile (32) qui sera bloquée en (33) au travers de la lumière (32) (représentée Fig. 8).
- La Fig. 8-représente vu de profil, le mécanisme d'inclinaison de l'ensemble des repose-doigts.
- La Fig. 9-représente schématiquement, vu de côté, le mécanisme des doigts tenus rigides sur leur support (26). Le réglage des cames (27) se pratique au moyen d'un tournevis en (30), ce qui permet le réglage des repose-doigts. La tirette (29) réunit la partie mobile (26b) tandis que la partie (26) du support est fixe. En (41) axe. En (2), axe de pivotement de la partie (26b) du support En 37, vis de réglage.
