This device is completely transformable to the size of the disabled can be adjusted to his liking if he is in bed, in his bed or his small car, it is governed at his height and the ease of the patient to rehabilitate.

This device is characterized by the fact that it makes it possible to bring to work the movement allowing the rehabilitation of the fingers or feet or even both at the same time. It works either manually or actuated by a small electric motor (2) with reduction which ensures the articulation movement up to the end of the elements (1). As far as the feet are concerned, the device consists either of a crank, or by electric drive. The crank and the toe clip will be placed on the axes (3) of the element (9 for example). These articulated elements allow the usable movement to be placed anywhere without having to move the device.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment shown and described and to the drawings a mexé by way of example, schematic, indicative and non-limiting being subject to many variants of embodiments and applications, as an industrial product new.
  • Fig. 1-represents, seen in plan, an element (1) provided with two pinions BB- of drive integral with an endless chain (15).
  • Fig. 2-represents seen in profile in section, the same element comprising the two cheeks (1b and 1c) of protection; a toothed pinion at each end of this element receives its movement by means of the pinion -A which which is integral with the axis (3) in turn transmits, by its pinion -B- and the endless chain (15), its movement with the pinion -B- integral with the axis (3) which, engaged with the pinion
-C- in turn causes the endless chain to move towards the pinion -A- of the upper element and so on. The purpose of a spacer (5) is to join the two parallel cheeks (1b and 1c) and so on for each element.
  • Fig. 3-represents an identical element (1) whose cheeks have been replaced by a central tube (6) terminated by a stirrup (7) and whose pinions -A_B_C_D_ are placed outside the tube (6) which, too, could be protected by two light cheeks.
  • The pinion axes cross on the one hand the stirrup (7) and on the other hand, the base of the tube (6) thus allowing each element to be able to pivot in order to obtain the desired inclination (See Fig. 4) the dotted lines indicate the movement of the movement from one element to another and so on.
  • Fig. 4-shows as a whole, seen from the side - the general installation of the rehabilitation apparatus proper, showing in (I) the elements of which the last will receive in (8) the device represented by FIGS. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, intended to allow the rehabilitation of the fingers, for example, device which will be placed by removable interlocking on the axis (8) of the element (1) or as the case may be and the place, a device for rehabilitating the upper and lower limbs, on the axes (3) of the other elements.
