Abstract

A mobile container system for providing rooms for human occupancy having flat plate wall elements, each having a polyurethane foam core coated with aluminum or glass fibers. The walls are arranged into cube-like structures, and the cubic structures may be joined together. Each wall edge has a joint fastened on it with a projection extending outward from the edge with an arrow shaft and arrow head shape cross-section. The arrow head shape is thicker than the shaft. Angles are provided to interlock the wall elements by the projections. The angles have sockets conforming in shape to the projections. The walls of the socket may be pushed apart by turning an oval-shaped member lying therebetween to allow the arrow head to pass between the walls and into an accommodating area of the socket.

Description

Arbeitsräumen, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a mobile container system for creating living and working or working spaces, according to the preamble of claim 1.

A container system of this type is known from DE-A-3 023 972.

There are many needs in which living and working spaces or the like are needed at short notice. One example is disaster relief. In such cases, in addition to medical care rooms, operating rooms, living rooms and bedrooms for emergency personnel, kitchen storage rooms for food and other commodities, office rooms or the like are required. So far, the use of mobile, i.e. mobile or transportable with the help of suitable means of transport, room complexes or the use of tent-like aids. Since the speed of readiness for action is important in the event of a disaster, the mobile facilities are often unusable because the access routes are often unusable; the facilities that can be transported by airplanes need landing possibilities, which are often not available either, so that ultimately relatively primitive initial facilities are used, the transportation of which is possible with the aid of helicopters. Another complication is that the disaster response must cope with all possible climatic conditions. This means that the relief facilities have to withstand arctic cold, snowstorms as well as tropical sultry and downpour as well as the heat in desert areas. After all, they have to be largely independent of the quality of the ground, because the presence of flat terrain that is dry and solid is the rare exception.

It is obvious that, in such cases, tents and similar light primary aids do a good job, but are unlikely to be satisfactory to do justice to the climatic conditions or those of the subsoil.

There are dismantled and reassembled facilities in lightweight design that are transportable in a package, but their assembly and creation usually require a lot of time and the use of a large number of auxiliary personnel, often trained personnel, so that these aids are immediately available can't be said.

Such mountable room systems are usually pre-planned and prefabricated, i.e. fixed in its final form. On the one hand, this restricts the type of space required, which varies from disaster to disaster, and also prevents it from being installed anywhere; because the given shape of the space requires a suitable surface.

However, the field of application of the mobile container systems mentioned at the beginning is not limited to a disaster, but also extends to a variety of other areas. So z.ß. Depending on the season, larger numbers of rooms are temporarily required in tourism for certain cases. For large events, accommodation and supply rooms, office space for congresses or conference management or the like. needed, which must be created at short notice and then removed again.

In this known embodiment, plate-shaped wall elements are releasably joined together by pressing elements at edge sections inclined at 45 degrees to the plate plane. The mutual connection of the plates is very time-consuming and requires suitable tools; because the pressure elements are screws with nuts that have to be inserted through holes and tightened or loosened when disassembling. When it comes to creating emergency shelter quickly in emergency situations, possibly on poor, uneven or flexible ground, in bad weather, etc., this kit has to fail because the threading of screws into holes, the fitting of nuts, the tightening of them under such conditions is very difficult.

Panel-shaped lightweight components with a foam core, a particularly load-bearing, solid base plate and light metal extruded profiles as corner posts form the essential components, with an extremely high effort being made on seals. Interlocking V-shaped cross-section parts join the walls, base and lid. Last and final cohesion is created by an end wall, which can be inserted with complicated measures, such as lifting the lid or roof, etc., and is then finally fixed by means of locking elements that can be rotated from the outside.

This cargo container, too, although it can be assembled and disassembled, can only be handled if there is a firm, level surface and there are no extremely unfavorable weather conditions; it is not designed for such situations. Therefore, and also because its final shape is designed to be unchangeable, this freight container is unsuitable for situations of the type mentioned at the beginning.

Here, plate-shaped components are connected by means of angular profiles that reach into the plate edges according to the tongue and groove principle. The essential thing is that the angular profiles on the Ends have U-shaped anchors and that these anchors are held by means of flexible ropes on tensioning elements, which exert tension on the ropes and thus on the angle profiles by means of screws. This is to hold the plates together. With this procedure, however, only a tension in the longitudinal direction of the plate edges and angle profiles can be generated. Plate forces that result from their loading also act to a considerable extent at right angles to these tensile stresses. The result of this is that in the area of the centers of the angle profiles, relatively small forces are sufficient to generate play, etc.; unless the plate edges and angle profiles were made extremely stiff and stable, ie disadvantageously heavy. This type of connection is impractical for the exceptional situations that have already been cited several times; because under such conditions it is neither possible to hang ropes, nor is it easy to operate the tensioning screws. Tools are again required and assembly is difficult and time consuming.

An den Flanken sind flache Ausnehmungen, in denen Blattfedern aufgenommen sind, die in Richtung Spitze in den Ausnehmungen eingesteckt sind.US-A-3 310 917 discloses a system which is advantageous in terms of assembly and can be used to assemble plate components into living spaces. The plate edges have recessed metal profiles with triangular cross sections and an open, cross-sectionally arrow-shaped cavity. The metal connecting profiles are flat and bevelled at the ends of the cross-section. On the flanks are flat recesses, in which leaf springs are accommodated, which are inserted in the recesses in the direction of the tip.

With this design, it is sufficient to insert the connecting profiles into the edge profiles. The leaf springs lay flat in the recesses, but spread outwards in the end position. In this way, the connecting profiles snap into the edge profiles, so to speak, "resiliently". It is easy and without the help of tools to assemble panels into residential units. With this advantage, however, the serious disadvantage must be paid that the connection once established is not releasable. Even using force to break the leaf springs does not break the connection. Instead, with the destruction of the panels, tearing out the edge profiles, etc. be counted so that reuse is excluded.

For emergency and catastrophe situations, none of the cited documents offer a solution for building accommodation spaces made of plate-shaped components in a combination that can be varied, easily and quickly set up and dismantled again.

The invention has for its object to provide a mobile container system of the type mentioned for such purposes, which is lightweight, can be assembled with the help of two workers within a very short time and can be combined starting from a basic element to any spatial structure.

To solve this problem, the aforementioned mobile container system is characterized according to the invention in that the wall elements are designed as flat plates, that the connecting elements are designed as GRP or aluminum extruded profiles, preferably multi-chamber hollow profiles, with an edge profile with a U-shaped Cross-section sealing, mechanically firm and captive is placed on all four edges of the sandwich panels and has an arrow-shaped projection pointing away from the edge in the plane of the plate with an arrow shaft tapered towards the arrow head, a corner profile has two receiving openings running at right angles to each other, which are delimited by resiliently deflectable profile webs , the course and shape of which corresponds to the arrow-shaped projection with a precise fit, an out-of-round, preferably oval spreading shaft which is rotatably mounted at the upper and lower end of the corner profile and at least at one end with an externally accessible actuating Vi is provided with hexagon or hexagon, runs between the ends of the two profile webs delimiting a receiving opening and keeps the profile webs so far apart from each other when the oval is rotated transversely to the length of the receiving opening that the triangular arrowhead widened at its base can be inserted between the profile webs, wherein the corner profile has the two symmetrical to the corner angle means in the longitudinal direction of the profile and spaced support legs.

It is also advantageous that two or more cubes can be joined together to form linear, star-shaped or angular units, that the sandwich panels on adjacent sides of the cubes are removed and the open ends of the corner profiles are closed and firmly connected to one another by means of a clamp profile, which one U-cross-section and two in shape and size of the arrow-shaped projection of the edge profiles, which engages in the ends of the corner profiles and protrudes on the inside of the back of the clip profile, while horizontally running sandwich panels of the floor pointing towards one another with their edge profiles and possibly of the roof are continuously and tightly connected to one another by means of an adaptation profile, which has edge cross-sections that are the same as the shape of the corners of the corner profiles, for receiving the edge profiles.

In the characterizing part of claim 1, a mobile container system is disclosed, which can be assembled into a cube-shaped space in a very short time. Since the sandwich elements, which form the individual boundary surfaces of the room, already contain doors, windows, etc., the room in question can be used or lived in immediately after assembly. Due to the lightweight construction, the sandwich panels, which weigh less than 49 kg or a maximum of 49 kg, can be comfortably handled by two people. Due to the sandwich construction, the core of which is made of rigid polyurethane foam, while the outer cover layers consist of either 1.5 mm thick aluminum or corresponding plastic sheets, they have excellent thermal insulation properties, ie the thermal insulation value is less than 0.5 w / sqm. This means that the cube or the room is weather and temperature resistant in any climatic zone, in particular also temperature insulated. The profiles mentioned are used for assembly. The triangular widened tip of the arrow-shaped projections snaps behind the shape-matched profile inner webs of the angles or corner profiles, which are spread by means of the non-circular shaft, and creates a positive and non-positive connection, which, if necessary, can be made not only moisture-proof but also gas-tight by interposing elastic seals can. Buildings or rooms that are created in this way can be decontaminated easily and reliably in the event of chemical disasters or during such operations after disassembly, because plastic or aluminum is resistant and can be treated with decontamination agents. The leveling of the floor into the horizontal position only requires that appropriate supports are attached to the outer support legs, which then, for. B, by means of screw spindles, hydraulically or the like. Adjusted so far that the horizontal position of the floor results. If a space created in this way is to be transported, carrying or loading gear can be screwed onto the upper ends of the supporting legs and the entire cube can be transported by means of a helicopter, in particular because of its light weight.

It is important that the sandwich panels have dimensions of 2440 x 2440 mm and can therefore be loaded into any standard container that is used in transportation. The inventive mobile container system according to claim 1 can, for. B. disassembled in a standard container to a nearby location, assembled there and then followed by a helicopter or the like. A short distance to the site.

Of particular importance, however, is the further development according to claim 2, according to which the cube according to claim 1 is arbitrary, i.e. Varies from application to application, can be combined with other cubes to form systems of any structure. There are simply those sandwich panels that collide laterally when they are joined together, left out or removed, the open ends of the corner profiles then closed and firmly connected by clip profiles, the floor and roof panels combined by means of adaptation profiles. This means that with the help of the further development according to claim 2, the solution to the problem on which the invention is based is completed, functional changes as well as localized ones of the created spaces can be made as desired.

It is of particular importance according to claim 3 that the corner profiles between the ends or legs optionally arcuate and inside with a relatively small radius of curvature or at an angle of 45 ° to the corners are straight and have in the straight or arcuate area several, delimiting chambers, and that the chambers receive supply and disposal lines and / or pipes foamed.

The corner profiles according to claim 3, which have an arcuate course, are preferably used for vertically running edges of the cube, because they allow utilization inside the corners, while the straight, oblique course can be more advantageous for roof integration. It is also of particular importance that the chambers contain all supply and disposal lines and / or pipes foamed in, so that only the necessary supply and disposal units have to be connected to the finished cubes from the outside in order to supply the interior with electricity, water, To supply gas, etc. The foaming of the corresponding lines or pipes into the chambers prevents the formation of cold bridges.

It when the cube corners are closed by corner shells, which consist of an outer and an inner shell, is particularly advantageous, the outer shell being adapted to the optionally arched or linear profile of the corner profiles by two corresponding embodiments and an inward-pointing holder -, Clamping or threaded bolt, and rests on the corner profile by means of elastic seals, while the inner shell is adapted to the inside of the corner profiles and provides a connection panel with a hole for the bolt of the outer shell and by means of a clamping lever, nut or the like the outer shell is connectable, the connection panel being equipped with distinctive sockets and connection devices which are connected to the supply and disposal lines or pipes in the chambers of the corner profiles.

Due to the unmistakable nature of the connection devices, sockets or the like, and possibly also the possibility of installing monitoring, measuring and switching devices in the panel, each cube has its own supply, which is already ready for installation and which can be used by everyone Needs when needed.

In the adaptation profile according to claim 5 is a to avoid an empty space Middle area is provided, which is stiffened by webs and is therefore divided into chambers, the chambers can be foamed to avoid cold or heat bridges.

An alternative embodiment is that the adaptation profile consists of at least three partial profiles, the two edge cross-sections being independent and each having two inlet ends open in the opposite direction for an arrow-shaped projection, while a third center piece has two arrow-shaped projections formed laterally in the opposite direction and a central part , which is hollow and is set up for receiving or for mounting height-adjustable supports.

This alternative version is particularly suitable for the floor, because it is possible to set up additional supports at any point in order to absorb the floor load evenly, especially when heavy equipment or devices are installed in the cube. The aforementioned embodiment is particularly suitable for the roof panels.

The adaptation profiles replace the angle or corner profiles in the roof and floor areas and in this way prevent ends of the corner profiles projecting upwards from below as a step or obstacle in the floor area.

The drawings show the details of a mobile container system for creating living, utility and work spaces. Basic elements are acc. Fig. 1 square sandwich panels 1, which have a rigid polyurethane foam core and outer layers of glass fiber plastic or 1.5 mm thick aluminum and their use according to either already with doors 2, windows 3, roof openings 4, which if necessary. With aerators, not shown are equipped. These, a total of six, sandwich panels 1 can be assembled with the aid of edge profiles 5, corner profiles 6 and corner shells 7 to form a cube 8, which is shown in FIG. 1 below.

B. medizinische Behandlungseinheiten (gem. Fig. 2 im Grundriß wiedergegeben). Fig. 3 unverlierbar fest versehen. Using additional profiles to be mentioned, room systems of any shape can be created by omitting sandwich panels, such as B. medical treatment units (shown in FIG. 2 in plan). An entrance and office room, an examination and treatment room, an emergency operation room as well as an examination and treatment room, an X-ray room and a laboratory room, each consisting of a cube 8, are combined to form a unit. In order to be able to easily assemble the cube itself, the edges of the sandwich panels 1 with edge profiles 5 according to FIG. Fig. 3 captively fixed. These edge profiles 5 consist of a U-shaped cross-sectional part which is captively connected to all edges of the sandwich panels 1 and is airtight and watertight and which surrounds the sandwich panel 1 with its U-shaped part. It can be glued, welded, cold-welded, screwed and riveted, whereby the individual connection methods can also be combined. On the face side, the edge profile 5 has an arrow-shaped projection 9 which has a shaft 10 which tapers towards the tip and a triangular tip 11 which is widened at the base relative to the shaft. All of the profiles already mentioned can be designed as extruded profiles made of light metal or aluminum or, if the shape permits, of glass fiber plastic.

Fig. 4 shows a corner profile 6, the arcuate in full lines and indicated in dash-dotted lines, the straight, oblique design. The corner profile 6 has two receiving openings 12 which run at right angles to one another and are delimited by resiliently deflectable profile webs 13, the shape and shape of which corresponds to the arrow-shaped projection 9 of the edge profile 5 with precise shape and dimensions. In the end region of these profile webs 13 there is a running in the longitudinal direction of the corner profile 6, above and below rotatably mounted, in cross-section circular spreader shaft 14, which carries at least one of its ends from the outside, i.e. through the wall by means of a slot 15 actuating square or hexagon 16, with the bearing of the rotatable ends of the spreader shaft 14 in the end of the corner profile 6 a guide block 17 is inserted in each case. By turning the actuating square or hexagon 16, the profile webs 13 can be spread apart from one another as shown on the right in FIG. 5, so that the arrow-shaped projection 9 can be inserted into the opening 12. After turning the expansion shaft 14 back, the situation as shown on the left in FIG. 5 is reached, ie the arrow-shaped projection 9 is held in the corner profile 6 in a positive and non-positive manner, but it can be removed again for assembly purposes by renewed expansion or rotation of the expansion shaft 14.

In the presentation acc. 4, the area between the open ends 12 of the corner profile 6 is designed in an arc shape, the inner radius of curvature being very small compared to the outer radius of curvature. Internally molded tabs, hooks 18 or the like can be used to fasten interior items. The small inner radius allows the full use of the space of the cube 8. The outline is shown in FIG. 10, which indicates an alternative configuration of the corner profile 6, in which profile walls are provided at an angle of 45 degrees instead of the arches. In both embodiments, this area is divided by a plurality of webs 19 into chambers 20 which, for. B. Fig. 10, supply and disposal lines and pipes 21 foamed.

The outer curvature or outer surface of the corner profile is provided with two support legs 22 which are spaced apart from one another and parallel to the central radius or to the center of the angle and which have holes 23 prepared at suitable intervals or at least at the top and bottom. At this support leg z. B. screwed to FIG. 7 support hook 24 to enable a helicopter transport, while supports 25 can be mounted at the lower end, which allow a telescopic height compensation of the bottom surface of the cube 8.

Fig. 13 eignet sich bevorzugt für Dachbereiche. Eine Alternativausführung zeigt das Adaptionsprofil 28 gem. Fig. 14, das aus drei Teilprofilen besteht. To systems according to Fig. 2 to come, sandwich panels 1, which are not required when juxtaposing the cubes 8, are omitted and the iot properly running corner profiles 6 are connected to the open inner ends by a clamp profile 26 (FIGS. 11 and 12). The bracket profile 26 is essentially U-shaped in cross-section, its U-legs 27 laying on the outside against the walls of the corner profiles 6, and it has two spaced-apart arrow-shaped projections 9, which correspond exactly to the design of the edge profiles 5 and how these in the recesses 12 are mounted so that the two corner profiles 6 are tightly connected to one another to form a fixed unit. In the floor and roof area, or at least in the floor area, this solution of connecting adjacent cubes 8 is unsuitable because the upstanding ends of the corner profiles 6 would represent steps or elevations. Therefore, adaptation profiles 28 are provided for this purpose, the execution according to 13 has edge regions 29 which correspond to the ends of the corner profiles 6 and has a central part 30 which consists of a plurality of chambers 32 separated by webs 31. These chambers can be foamed for thermal insulation. The execution acc. 13 is preferably suitable for roof areas. The adaptation profile 28 according to FIG. Fig. 14, which consists of three sub-profiles. Two mutually identical edge cross-sections 33 are identical to the ends of the corner profiles, the openings being opposite each other and in alignment with one another. In this way, a center piece 34 equipped with arrow-shaped projections 9 can be interposed as a third profile part, which, for. B. by built-in or attached support devices 35 to support the weight absorption of the ground.

As already mentioned, the corner shells 7 are in two parts and consist of an inner shell 36 and an outer shell 37. The inner shell 36 carries a panel 38 which is equipped with numerous connection devices 39 which are unmistakable to one another and to the supply and disposal lines and pipes 21 are connected in the corner profile 6. The outer shell 37 is placed on the corner profiles that abut one another by means of elastic seals (not shown); it carries a retaining bolt 40 which, for. B. is provided with a thread which protrudes through a hole 41 in the panel 38, so that the two shells 36, 37 can be pulled firmly against one another by means of a tensioning lever or nut and not only fit tightly but also firmly.

The connection of the connection devices 39 with the supply and disposal lines and pipes 21 can be made by quick couplings, not shown, so that the assembly can be carried out in minutes. Plastic, light metal or the like is suitable as the material for the corner shells 7.
