Definitions
- the invention relates to a -. Box-like container according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a container is known from GB-A-2 129 777.
- the container consists of a film that is naturally quite elastic. Due to the roof-shaped fold in the two side walls, which can be folded inwards, the entire container is very unstable. This cannot be prevented by the slider in the side walls, which covers the fold. The side walls have an inward tendency due to this folding. This inward hanging interferes with the filling, at least when the container is empty. You practically need a second hand to hold the side wall vertically.
- the object of the invention is to provide a container according to the preamble of claim 1 which has good inherent stability, is easy to fold and the side and end walls of which automatically remain approximately vertical for loading.
- a further improvement in the stability of the end walls is achieved by the special design of the handle part with a support surface and latching hook. Locking or unlocking takes place automatically when the movement is obvious via the handle parts.
- closure parts are arranged on the bottom at the front end, which enable compact storage of the container and at the same time serve as anti-slip elements.
- the blank 1 for the finished container 2 is divided into the bottom 3, the end walls 4 and 5, the side walls 6 and 7, the side wall overlaps 8 and 9 from the end wall blanks 4 and 5 and the remaining surfaces 10, 11, 12 and 13 from the Sidewall cuts 6 and 7.
- the bottom 3 is marked by four punched holes 14.
- the side wall overlaps 8 and 9 are separated from the side walls 6 and 7 and the remaining surfaces 10 to 13 by an incision 15, which is in each case up to the punched hole 14.
- the remaining surfaces 10 and 11 and 12 and 13 are also separated by a short incision 16.
- This incision 16 runs up to a film hinge 17, which forms the boundary of the side wall.
- the incision 16 continues in a further film hinge 18 and merges into a wide film hinge 19 in the bottom.
- the bottom 3 is separated from the end walls 4 and 5 and the side walls 6 and 7 by a film hinge ring 20 running from hole punch 14 to hole punch 14.
- the side wall overlaps 8 and 9 are separated from the end walls 4 and 5 by a film hinge 21.
- the end walls 4 and 5 are each provided with a roof-shaped fold 22.
- film hinge can and must be replaced by folding depending on the choice of material. This is because it is possible to produce this blank from pure film material, but it is particularly advantageous to use an extruded hollow chamber profile as the material in order to increase the rigidity of the container to be folded therefrom. Pure polypropylene or a copolymer made of polypropylene and polyethylene are suitable as plastics.
- the container 2 is now created by folding up the side walls 6 and 7, then the end walls 4 and 5 are folded up and the side wall overlaps 8 and 9 are applied to the side walls 6 and 7; the remaining areas 10 to 13 are then turned over and riveted together via the never indicated in the cut 1 die-cutting 23.
- the individual parts could also be welded together.
- the end wall height 24 may have a maximum of half 25 of the floor width.
- the length 26 of the side wall overlap may in turn measure a maximum of half 27 of the floor length.
- the end wall 4, 5 is each provided with a handle opening 29.
- the handle openings 29 have small bulges 30 through which the fastening pins 31 of the handle part are inserted. These fastening pins are pressed into a counterpart 32, whereby a grip shell 33 is created.
- the grip shell 33 is thus frictionally connected to the respective end wall 4, 5.
- a support surface 34 is molded onto the grip part 28. This support surface 34 covers the roof-shaped end 35 of the fold 22. Furthermore, two latching hooks 36, which can be hooked into openings 37 in the end walls 4, 5, are formed on the support surface 34.
- the support surfaces 34 are provided on the inside of the end wall 4, 5, so that when the container is opened by pulling outwards, the locking takes place via the locking hooks 36 in the openings 37.
- the container is folded up, it is only necessary to push the handle scales inward, as a result of which the latching or locking is released.
- closure part 38 and 39 are attached to the bottom 3 at the front end.
- closure parts 38, 39 are of an angular design, one leg 40 being fastened to the base 3, while the leg 41 is provided on the part 38 with a bore 42 and the leg 43 on the part 39 is provided with an obliquely cut locking cylinder 44.
- Figure 6 shows the container in the folded state, the closure parts 38 and 39 being shown in section.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a -. Box-like container according to the preamble of
Such a container is known from GB-A-2 129 777. The container consists of a film that is naturally quite elastic.
The object of the invention is to provide a container according to the preamble of
This is achieved with the characterizing features of
Beim Zuschnitt fällt, abgesehen von den Lochausstanzungen, kein Verschnitt an.Further embodiments of the invention can be found in the subclaims. The special geometric design of the blank creates an optimal synthesis in terms of load capacity, rigidity of the side walls and material consumption. Apart from the punched holes, there is no waste when cutting.
A further improvement in the stability of the end walls is achieved by the special design of the handle part with a support surface and latching hook. Locking or unlocking takes place automatically when the movement is obvious via the handle parts.
Finally, closure parts are arranged on the bottom at the front end, which enable compact storage of the container and at the same time serve as anti-slip elements.
An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawings.

- FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the finished container,
- FIG. 3 shows a detail section according to 111 in FIG. 2,
- FIG. 4 shows a view in the direction IV in FIG. 3.
- Figure 5 a and 5 b, the two closure parts and
- Figure 6 shows the closure parts with the container folded in section.
The blank 1 for the finished
The
To the . Attaching a
Since the container has a material-related internal tension after being folded, as a result of which there is a tendency to open itself, at least one
