  • La présente invention concerne un cache-bouton à ressort.
  • Les cache-boutons amovibles connus à ce jour et qui sont réalisés en métal précieux, comprennent une calotte qui est destinée à être disposée sur un bouton correspondant d'une pièce d'habillement et à être fixée dessus au moyen d'un fermoir du type utilisé dans la joaillerie et constitué d'une lamelle formant oeillet et d'une charnière soudée au bord de ladite calotte. Ce type connu de cache-bouton est fabriqué entièrement à la main, nécessitant un travail long, difficile et coûteux en raison de la grande précision requise pour obtenir un fonctionnement correct et durable du fermoir.

  • Ces caractéristiques de l'invention ainsi que d'autres seront mieux comprises de l'homme du métier, de la description qui va suivre et en référence aux dessins annexés donnés à titre d'exemple pratique de l'invention, mais non à considérer au sens limitatif, et dans lesquels : la FIG. 1 représente une vue en perspective du mode préféré de réalisation du cache-bouton selon l'invention ; les FIG. 2A, 2B, 2C et 2D représentent de manière schématique des détails du cache-bouton de la FiG. 1 ; et les FIG. 3A, 3B et 3C représentent le mode de mise en place du cache-bouton de la FIG. 1.
  • En référence aux FIG. 1 et 2A à 2D des dessins annexés, le cache-bouton selon un mode préféré de réalisation, comprend une capsule métallique ronde 1 présentant une cavité cylindrique, sur la face extérieure 2 de laquelle est disposé un élément ornemental 3 et dans la base du bord extérieur 4 de laquelle est ménagée une gorge périphérique 5 de section semicirculaire pour la réception, avec un léger forcement élastique, des bras 6 d'un ressort filiforme 7 en forme de fourche. La partie centrale 8 du ressort 7 définit une anse ou boucle destinée à enfourcher. le fil d'un bouton cousu. Les extrémités 9 des bras 6 sont pliées vers l'intérieur de manière à pouvoir être insérées à rotation dans deux orifices traversants 10 de la gorge et pour permettre une rotation du ressort d'au moins 90° par rapport à la gorge. Le bord de ia capsute présente avantageusement une interruption 11 destinée à recevoir la partie centrale 8 du ressort 7 lorsque celle-ci est déplacée vers la base de la capsule 1 et que les bras 6 sont disposés dans la gorge 5.
  • En référence aux FIG. 3A à 3C, le mode d'utilisation du cache-bouton selon l'invention est le suivant : le cache-bouton est ouvert, en faisant tourner le ressort 7 par rapport à la base de la capsule 1 de manière à former un angle d'à peu près 90° (FIG. 3A) ; on fait ensuite glisser le ressort 7 sous le bouton 12, enfourchant, avec la partie centrale 8, le fil du bouton (FIG. 3B) ; puis on reporte par rotation la capsule 1 sur le bouton et avec une légère pression, on pousse les bras 6 du ressort dans la gorge 5 le long du périmètre externe 4 de la capsule, bloquant ainsi la capsule qui couvre alors entièrement le bouton 12 ; le retrait du cache-bouton s'obtient en exécutant les mêmes opérations dans l'ordre inverse.
  • Il va de soi que, en pratique, les détails de réalisation peuvent cependant être modifiés de manière équivalente en ce qui concerne la forme, les dimensions, la disposition des éléments, la nature des matériaux utilisés (par exemple la forme et les dimensions précises de la capsule, de sa cavité et du ressort peuvent être adaptées au bouton à couvrir) sans pour autant sortir du cadre de l'idée de solution adoptée et en restant donc dans les limites de la protection accordée au présent brevet pour invention industrielle.

Claims (3)

1. Cache-bouton à ressort qui comprend une capsule (1) de réception du bouton (12) dont la face extérieure est destinée à porter un élément (3) ornemental et un ressort (7) dont les extrémités (9) s'engagent à rotation dans deux orifices (10) correspondants de la capsule (1) caractérisé en ce que ledit ressort (7) a quatre bras pliés en forme de M dont les deux bras latéraux (6) sont destinés à embrasser la capsule (1) avec lesdites extrémités (9) pliées l'une vers l'autre en serrant la capsule (1) et dont les deux bras constituant la fourche centrale (8) sont destinés à se placer au-dessous du bouton (12) sans pincer le fil de couture du bouton, empêchant la capsule (1) qui est poussée sur le bouton (12) de bouger.
2. Cache-bouton selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite fourche (8) du ressort (7), lorsque la capsule (1) est placée sur le bouton (12), est insérée sans enclenchement dans une ouverture (11) correspondante de la capsule (1).
3. Cache-bouton selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits orifices (10) de la capsule (1) pour l'engagement des extrémités (9) du ressort (7) sont à proximité de la direction diamétrale de la capsule (1).
