Abstract

Bei einer gegenüber der Elektrodenfassung (2) eines Elektroofens isolierte und lösbar an dieser befestigten Kon­ taktbacke aus Kupfer für die Stromübertragung von den Zuführleitungen auf die Elektroden (2) wird eine lange Standzeit und sichere Isolierung dadurch erzielt, daß die Kontaktbacke zumindest an den der Elektrodenfassung (4) zugewandten Anlageflächen (12, 13) mit einem Überzug aus einem keramischen Isolierstoff versehen ist und zwischen dem Isolierstoff und der aus Hartkupfer bestehenden Kon­ taktbacke eine metallische Haftschicht angeordnet ist.
