Abstract

Claims (5)

1. Clavier, pour interrupteurs, touches ou analogues disposés les uns à côté des autres, comportant une partie supérieure de boîtier à interrupteurs, à touches, ou analogues (14), en vue de loger les parties individuelles d'interrupteur telles que les parties de contact, les ressorts de rappel, les poussoirs de clavier ou analogues, et comportant un corps de clavier (11) commun à tous les interrupteurs ou analogues, qui constitue, à l'aide de ses évidements (12) les parties inférieures de boîtier des interrupteurs ou analogues, en vue de loger les parties supérieures de boîtier des interrupteurs ou analogue, des broches de raccordement traversant le corps de clavier (11) en direction de la face inférieure plane (16) du corps de clavier (11), et en ce que des broches de contact fixes (15) sont prévues, servant de broche de raccordement d'interrupteur, traversant le corps de clavier (11) et pénétrant les pistes conductrices (17), caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure commune (16) du corps de clavier (11) présente des pistes conductrices (17) imprimées, en ce que les broches de raccordement d'inter- .rupteur (15), traversant le corps de clavier (11) et pénétrant dans les pistes conductrices (17), sont fixées au corps de clavier (11) et à la piste conductrice (17) au moyen d'une colle conductrice (18).
2. Clavier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des pistes conductrices sont appliquées sur la face inférieure plane (16) du corps de clavier (11), par un procédé d'impression (impression sérigraphique, impression au tampon).
3. Clavier selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de clavier commun (11) est fabriqué à partir d'une pièce moulée par injection.
4. Clavier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les supports nécessaires au guidage du poussoir de touche (19) sont réalisés, indépendamment du corps de clavier (11).
5. Procédé de fabrication d'un clavier pour interrupteurs, touches ou analogues, caractérisé en ce qu'on fabrique selon un procédé de moulage par injection un corps de clavier (11) avec des évidements constituant des parties inférieures du boitier (12) et destinés à recevoir des touches individuelles (13), on imprime par procédé sérigraphique des pistes conductrices (17) sur sa face inférieure plane, en ce que le corps de clavier (11) présente dans les pistes conductrices (17) des broches de contact fixes (15) pénétrantes qui sont reliées de manière électriquement conductrice au corps de clavier (11) et aux pistes conductrices (17), au moyen d'un adhésif conducteur (18), et en ce que dans une phase opératoire automatique suivante, les parties de contact mobiles telles que les ressorts de rappel, les poussoirs et analogues, ainsi que le couvercle à déclic sont susceptibles d'être montées dans la partie supérieure de boîtier, le montage des interrupteurs et le montage du clavier s'effectuant simultanément.
