Description

  • L'invention concerne un sachet de conditionnement et de présentation à fond ouvrant.
  • Il existe actuellement deux modèles de sachets de conditionnement et de présentation, sur meubles-présentoirs, de petites quantités de produits de quincaillerie qui ont, en commun, l'utilisation d'un sachet en matière plastique transparente, mais qui diffèrent par leur mode de fermeture et leur moyen de suspension aux broches de présentoir.
  • Sur le modèle le plus courant, le sachet est fermé par l'intermédiaire d'un cavalier en carton, muni d'une perforation permettant le passage d'une broche, et de quelques agrafes réparties sur toute la largeur du sachet. Ce modèle de sachet offre l'avantage de permettre, par l'intermédiaire du cavalier en carton, imprimé à cet effet, d'informer les acheteurs sur le contenu du sachet, mais présente, par contre, l'inconvénient d'exiger, pour son ouverture, la séparation définitive du sachet de son cavalier en carton par arrachage des agrafes ; sans possibilité de refer- meture du sachet et d'identification ultérieure des produits qu'il contient lorsque, comme c'est très souvent le cas, ceux-ci ne sont pas utilisés lors du premier prélèvement. Il en résulte un gaspillage important et une gêne évidente pour les utilisateurs. Conscients de ce problème, certains conditionneurs ont imaginé de munir le sachet d'un système de fermeture à pression, permettant de multiples prélèvements sans risque de gaspillage. Toutefois, ce mode de réalisation exclut la possibilité de munir le sachet d'un cavalier en carton subsistant après la première ouverture, aussi les indications concernant le produit sont-elles, dans ce cas, imprimées sur un rectangle en carton coloré introduit dans le sachet au moment de son remplissage : ce qui nécessite une manipulation assez délicate, qui ne garantit pas pour autant la conservation dans le temps de ce support d'information.
  • On connaît déjà un sachet de conditionnement et de présentation correspondant au préambule de la revendication 1 (brevet allemand DE-A-2055128). Il est constitué d'une poche fermée par un rabat muni d'un bouton pression. Il peut être accroché à une tringle par l'intermédiaire d'un crochet amovible pouvant être fixé indifféremment du côté de l'ouverture à rabat ou à l'opposé de celle-ci. Avec un tel moyen de fermeture le bouton pression supporte tout le poids du contenu et aucune garantie n'est offerte contre l'ouverture inopinée du sachet. A cela, s'ajoute que ce mode de fermeture se prête mal au conditionnement et à la présentation de petits articles très fins tels que des épingles, des petites vis ou des petits clous ; car ceux-ci peuvent s'échapper à l'extérieur par les petits interstices qui existent inévitablement dans les coins du rabat, au niveau de la pliure, ou par les orifices préperforés aux deux extrémités du sachet, destinés à permettre le passage de l'épingle de fixation
    • du crochet amovible.
  • On connaît également, par le brevet GB-A-1010738, un sachet comportant en partie supérieure un dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture réutilisable laissant subsister en partie supérieure un volume fermé délimité par le film constituant le sachet. Le film est muni d'une double ligne de perforations afin de pouvoir déchirer facilement cette partie supérieure du film et accéder au dispositif de fermeture et d'ouverture réutilisable. Un tel sachet ne conserve pas les informations concernant les produits du sachet et rend impossible toute suspension ultérieure puisque la partie supérieure est totalement désolidarisée du sachet.
  • La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients. L'invention, telle qu'elle est caractérisée dans les revendications, résout le problème consistant à créer un sachet de conditionnement et de présentation pouvant être ouvert sans avoir à désolidariser la languette ou le cavalier assurant la fermeture initiale et permettant l'accrochage, puis refermé et ouvert, au gré de l'utilisateur, sans risque de gaspillage, avec conservation dans le temps d'un maximum d'informations concernant le produit, tout en bénéficiant des avantages du cavalier.
  • Ce sachet se caractérise principalement en ce qu'il comporte, du côté du fond, un dispositif de fermeture à pression linéaire, constitué d'éléments. profilés, s'encliquetant l'un dans l'autre, occupant toute la largeur du sachet, et une ligne de rupture à multiperforations, disposée entre le fond du sachet et le dispositif de fermeture à pression et en ce qu'il est fermé par thermosoudure et thermocollage directs et simultanés, sur une languette en carton revêtue, au préalable, d'une couche de polyéthylène comportant des informations et une perforation permettant le passage d'une broche de présentoir. Cette languette cartonnée et imprimée des deux côtés, par impression directe sur la couche de polyéthylène, en utilisant des encres polymérisables aux rayons ultra-violets. Le sachet est coloré sur l'une de ses faces.
  • Les avantages obtenus grâce à cette invention consistent essentiellement en ceci, que ce sachet à fond ouvrant se prête au conditionnement et à la présentation d'articles de quincailleries, même très petits et très fins, en offrant les mêmes garanties que les sachets à fond non ouvrant, tout en permettant cependant des prélèvements ultérieurs par le fond, après élimination de la partie située en dessous de la ligne à multiperforations, sans risque de gaspillage ; tout en conservant les informations concernant le produit, puisque celles-ci figurent sur la languette et, éventuellement, sur la face colorée du sachet. Au total, ce sachet à fond ouvrant, se prête à une utilisation prolongée par l'utilisateur, compte-tenu des possibilités de stockage et d'informations qu'il offre et qu'il conserve.
  • L'invention est exposée ci-après, plus en détail, à l'aide de dessins représentant seulement un mode d'exécution.
    • La figure 1 représente une vue de face du sachet.
    • La figure 2 représente une vue de côté du sachet.
  • Les figures représentent un sachet de conditionnement et de présentation, à fond ouvrant, comprenant essentiellement le sachet 1 comportant un dispositif de fermeture à pression linéaire 2 séparé du fond 1a du sachet par une ligne de rupture à multiperforations 3. La partie supérieure 1 b du sachet 1 est fermée par l'intermédiaire d'une languette 4 revêtue d'une couche de polyéthylène 5 comportant des indications 6 et une perforation 7 permettant le passage d'une broche de présentoir 8. La face arrière 1c du sachet est colorée.
  • Ainsi, comme on le voit, le sachet 1 est fermé et solidarisé à la languette 4 par une unique opération de thermosoudage et collage qui réunit les faces avant et arrière du sachet et soude celui-ci sur le derrière de la languette 4 par l'intermédiaire de la couche de polyéthylène 5, dont la languette 4 a été préalablement revêtue.
  • La languette 4 étant préalablement imprimée, il s'est avéré nécessaire de rechercher des encres résistant à la chaleur appliquée lors de l'opération de thermosoudage, de façon à éliminer tout risque d'altération. Le choix a porté sur des encres polymérisables aux rayons ultra-violets.
  • Le fond du sachet étant muni d'un dispositif de fermeture à pression linéaire 2, séparé du fond 1a par une ligne de rupture 3, il suffira d'éliminer le fond 1a en déchirant le sachet 1 sur toute sa largeur au niveau de la ligne de rupture 3 pour accéder aux unités de produits contenues dans le sachet. L'utilisateur pourra donc, ainsi, prélever une ou plusieurs unités de produits puis refermer le sachet par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de fermeture à pression linéaire 2 comme il avait l'habitude de le faire sur certains sachets existants décrits plus haut, en ayant l'avantage de conserver à l'autre extrémité 1b du sachet 1 la languette 4 permettant d'identifier le produit, et de suspendre le sachet à un crochet ou à une broche en vue de l'utilisation ultérieure par multi- prélèvement des unités de produits restant.
  • La face arrière du sachet est colorée en vue de faciliter l'identification visuelle du produit (vis, écrous, etc.).
  • Le sachet décrit ci-dessus comme exemple, a été conçu pour être suspendu à une seule broche, mais rien ne s'oppose à l'utilisation de la même combinaison de moyens pour suspendre, a plusieurs broches, des sachets plus larges, dont la languette comporterait un nombre correspondant de perforations de passage de broche.

Claims (3)

1. Sachet (7) de conditionnement et de présentation à fond ouvrant, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, du côté du fond (1a), un dispositif de fermeture à pression linéaire (2) et une ligne de rupture à multiperforations (3) située entre ce dispositif de fermeture à pression linéaire (2) et ce fond (1a) et en ce qu'il est fermé par thermosoudage et thermocollage simultanés sur une languette (4) revêtue d'une couche de polyéthylène (5) comportant des informations (6) et une perforation (7) permettant le passage d'une broche (8) de présentoir.
2. Sachet de conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la languette en carton (4) revêtue de polyéthylène est imprimée des deux côtés en utilisant des encres polymérisables aux rayons ultraviolets.
3. Sachet de conditionnement et de présentation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la face arrière (1c) du sachet (1) est colorée.
