Abstract

1. A coating layer, more particularly plaster, to be applied to an external or internal wall, characterised in that this layer consists of a mixture of intertwisted and anchored cotton fibres of the hirsutum family with the following composition : 12%-23% spinning cotton 30%-40% first cut linters 43%-53% second cut linters.

Description

The outer or inner walls, which are bricked in the usual way, are not true to size because of the building blocks used, and inaccurate and skewed wall surfaces are created which can be damaged by multiple environmental influences.

Im allgemeinen wird mit einer Trocknungszeit von fünf bis sechs Wochen gerechnetTo compensate for this lack of dimensional accuracy, special plastering is required both inside and outside. Usually, either a roughly two to three centimeters thick single-layer plaster is used or a two-layer plaster that also reaches a total thickness of about two to three centimeters. This way of working causes high material and labor costs and inevitably results in a loss of space for larger structures such walls have to dry for a long time. A drying time of five to six weeks is generally expected

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine gemauerte, verputzte Außen-oder Innenwand zur Verfügung zu stellen, die optimal maßhaltig und in besonders vorteilhafter Weise verputzt ist und eine, auf derartige Wände aufzutragende schützende und dekorierende SchichtThe invention is based on the object of providing a bricked, plastered outer or inner wall which is plastered optimally true to size and in a particularly advantageous manner, and a protective and decorative layer to be applied to such walls

According to the invention, the outer or inner wall is first bricked with gas concrete blocks. On the brick wall surface, at least the joints are covered either with mortar and / or a material with aerated concrete granulate or with excess, smeared adhesive that gushes out of the joints and a - flame-retardant, stretchable and moisture-regulating layer with a structured surface made from a mixture of fibers is applied applied this wall. The fiber mixture can consist only of natural fibers or only of synthetic fibers or of any combination of natural and synthetic fibers.

The joint cover is provided so that translucent joints do not create an undesirable pattern on the wall. The joint can be covered with mortar or a material with gas concrete granulate. Often the stones are put on top of each other using an adhesive that is used in excess. The excess adhesive swells out of the joints when the stones are pressed together. The excess adhesive that swells out of the joints is wiped off with a trowel or spatula so that the joints are sealed.

It is within the scope of the invention, if desired, to coat the entire brick wall, which is made of gas concrete blocks, with a thin-bed mortar, which can be about two to three millimeters thick. However, it can also be blocked or a thin plaster of about three to two millimeters can be applied. This extremely thin wall coating serves to cover the wall and / or mortar joints. The structured surface made from a mixture of fibers is then applied to this coating. The coating made from a mixture of natural fibers has special material properties such as stretchability, moisture regulation, breathability, thermal insulation and soundproofing properties.

For this purpose, natural fibers are used which are very stable and compatible with one another and whose weight is such that a uniform surface appearance results after coating

The natural fibers are anchored to each other. This leads to a high number of chains. The fibers do not lie on top of each other and next to each other independently, but have entangled and anchored to each other through contact with liquid, especially water. This results in great elasticity, so that the coating can contract and expand in the event of large temperature differences without the coated surface changing. The coating also does not detach from the wall. After application and drying, the coating becomes part of the underlying surface, as the fibers also anchor themselves partially in the surface.

Mit Vorteil wird ein Fasergemisch aus Baumwollfasem folgender Zusammensetzung

  • 12 % -23 % Spinnbaumwolle
  • 30 % -40 % first cut (1. Schnitt) Linters
  • 43 % -53 % second cut (2. Schnitt) Linters
A fiber mixture of cotton fibers with the following composition is advantageous
  • 12% -23% spun cotton
  • 30% -40% first cut linters
  • 43% -53% second cut (2nd cut) linters

  • 17 % Spinnbaumwolle
  • 35 % first cut Linters
  • 48 % second cut Linters
A particularly advantageous, flame-retardant, stretchable and moisture-regulating layer is obtained if the fiber mixture of cotton fibers has the following composition
  • 17% spun cotton
  • 35% first cut linters
  • 48% second cut linters

The fibers of the spinning cotton can have a length of 20 mm -50 mm. The first cut linters can lengths in the range of 2.5 mm -6 mm, and the used second cut linters have a length in the range of 2 mm-3, 5 mm. It has proven to be particularly advantageous to use linters with a length of approximately 3 mm.

Die verwendeten Baumwollfasern haben eine perfekte kristalline Struktur (Beispiel: Linters 2,15 Zellstoff, 1,48 Kristallinität). Fasern mit einer hohen Orientierung der Micellarstränge und Fibrillen werden bevorzugtThe cotton fibers used have a perfect crystalline structure (example: Linters 2.15 pulp, 1.48 crystallinity). Fibers with a high orientation of the micellar strands and fibrils are preferred

When processing the fibers, an alkaline pressure boil is carried out first and then a multi-stage bleaching. In particular, sodium chloride and sodium hydroxide solution are used for bleaching. After drying, the material is decanted. The cotton is flocked again.

In addition to the main constituent cotton, coconut fibers, ground rice husks, whole rice bowls and Andean grass and vermiculite can be provided as additives. The cotton fibers of different lengths used for this cotton coating can be dispersed with water.

Another coating has different proportions of cotton. Cotton fibers of different lengths are mixed together and, for example, Asian grasses, plant and tree components, e.g. B. Components of a Japanese cypress added. All of the additives mentioned can be added to the layer according to the invention individually or in any composition.

Such coatings lead to good sound insulation properties. The sound absorption is very good. Good thermal insulation is also achieved. The layer according to the invention regulates the moisture, since it is able to absorb moisture without structural changes. Humidity regulation in the sense of the patent application does not mean running water.

Another advantage is that soiled or damaged wall parts can be repaired in the simplest way by re-coating or re-coating.

All decor requests made of natural and plastic fibers can be fulfilled.

According to a further invention, a flame-retardant, stretchable and moisture-regulating layer with a structured surface that contains a mixture of intertwined and anchored fibers is provided on outer or inner walls, in particular as plaster, and can be a layer for a new plastering, i.e. H. is used for renovation work, or for a coating in a new building, the outer or inner walls of which are made of any building material. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestelltAn embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing

The drawing shows a partial perspective view of an outer or inner wall 1. This outer or inner wall 1 is made of gas concrete blocks 2. The use of gas concrete blocks 2 enables the outer or inner wall 1 to have a very high degree of dimensional accuracy. The outer or inner wall 1 can be designed so precisely in accordance with the required construction dimensions that subsequent leveling requirements are no longer required. The wall surface 3 has joints 4 . As shown schematically, the joints 4 can be covered by means of a mortar 5 or a material based on aerated concrete granulate for the production of the wall cladding. This cover is made to prevent the joints 4 from showing through. The structured coating 6 is applied to the wall surface 3 with the joints 4 , as shown at 5. This structured coating 6 covers the entire wall surface 3 and is used both for decoration and for sound and heat insulation. Furthermore, extensive fire protection can be achieved depending on the thickness of the layer 6 to be applied to the wall 1.

As shown in the right section of the figure, the entire wall surface 3 can also be coated with a layer of thin-bed mortar 5. This thin-bed mortar 5 is about one to two millimeters thick. If desired, a clogging can be applied. A thin plaster with a thickness of about two to three millimeters can also be used as layer 5. This coating 5 serves mainly to cover the wall and mortar joints. The structured layer 6 made of a mixture of fibers is then applied to this layer 5.
