Wie die Figuren 1 bis 3 zeigen,weist die erfindungsgemäße Austragpumpe 1 einen ansonsten nicht näher dargestellten Wirkstoff-Speichers ein im wesentlichen achssymmetrisches Pumpen-Gehäuse 2 auf, das im wesentlichen aus einem zum inneren Ende abgestuft enger werdenden Zylinder-Gehäuse 3 und einer Abschluß-Kappe 4 besteht, die am äußeren, weitesten Ende des Gehäuses 3 durch klipsartiges Einsprengen derart befestigt ist, daß sie den Mantel des Zylinder-Gehäuses 3 im Bereich des zugehörigen Endes sowohl am Innen- wie auch am Außenumfang übergreift. In einer im Anschluß an die Kappe 4 im Gehäuse 3 vorgesehenen, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Kolben-Laufbahn 5 ist ein Pumpkolben 6 mit einer Kolbenmanschette 7 aus elastischem Werkstoff gleitbar geführt, welche nach Art einer Kegelstumpfhülse zum äußeren Ende des Gehäuses 2 konisch verjüngt und mit ihrem inneren Ende nach Art einer Ringdichtlippe an der Laufbahn 5 geführt ist. An das hintere Ende der Kolbenmanschette 7 schließt sich eine einteilig mit dieser ausgebildete elastische Stauchhülse 8 an, deren äußeres Ende durch ringförmige Einspannung an einem Kolbenstößel 9 befestigt ist. Der Kolbenstößel 9, der zur Betätigung von Hand aus der Kappe 4 vorsteht, weist einen von der den Kolben 6 aufnehmenden Pumpenkammer 10 bis zu seinem äußeren Ende reichenden Austragkanal 11 für den Wirkstoff auf, wobei der Austragkanal 11 durch das Innere der Kolbenmanschette 7 und der Stauchhülse 8 führt. Im Obergangsbereich zwischen der Kolbenmanschette 7 und der Stauchhülse 8 ist ein Austrag-Ventil 12 vorgesehen, dessen ringförmiger beweglicher Ventil-Schließteil durch eine ringförmig über die Innenfläche desjenigen Bauteiles vorstehende Ventillippe gebildet ist, welcher die Kolbenmanschette 7 und/oder die Stauchhülse 8 bildet. Der Ventilsitz 14 für diesen Ventil-Schließteil 13 ist durch den Kollens-tößel 9 gebildet und zum inneren Ende der Austragpumpe 1 hin stumpfwinklig konisch erweitert. Der Ventil- Schließteil 13 wird durch die axiale Vorspannung der Stauchhülse 8 gegen den Ventilsitz 14 gepresst. Das Austrag-Ventil 12 kann als Überdruckventil oder, wie im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel, als mechanisch zu öffnendes Ventil ausgebildet sein, das am Ende des Pumphubes durch Auflaufen der Kolbenmanschette 7 auf eine Anschlagschulter 15 des Pumpen-Gehäuses 2 geöffnet wird. Durch die Austragpumpe 1 führt als Belüftungsverbindung zwischen dem Inneren des Speichers 20 und der Außenatmosphäre ein Belüftungskanal 23, der zwischen der Außenatmosphäre und einem innerhalb des Pumpen-Gehäuses 2 in einer Filter-Eingangskammer 25 liegenden Belüftungsventil 24 durch einen Ringspalt gebildet ist, welcher radial innen vom äußeren Abschnitt des Kolbenstößels 9 sowie der an diesen anschließenden StauchhUlse 8 und radial außen von einer Innenhülse 26 begrenzt ist, welche den in das Zylinder-Gehäuse 3 eingreifenden Abschnitt der Abschluß-Kappe 4 bildet. Im Bereich der Filter-Eingangskammer 25 ist die Wandung 27 des Gehäuses 3 von einer axialschlitzförmigen Durchtrittsöffnung 28 durchsetzt, welche die Belüftungsverbindung zu der Eingangskammer 25 und dem Inneren des Speichers 20 herstellt.A
Der bewegliche Ventilschließteil 29 des Belüftungsventiles 24 ist durch einen am Außenumfang kegelstumpfförmig gegen die Pumpenkammer 10 erweiterten Abschnitt der Kolbenmanschette 7 bzw. der Stauchhülse 8 gebildet, wobei dieser Abschnitt im wesentlichen im selben Axialbereich wie der Ventil-Schließteil 13 liegt. Als Ventilsitz 30 für den Ventil-Schließteil 29 ist das innere Ende der Innenhülse 26 vorgesehen, an.deren radial inneren Endkante der Ventilschließteil 29 bei Ausgangslage des Pumpkolbens 6 unter Vorspannung derart anliegt, daß das Austrag-Ventil 12 gleichzeitig unter Schließpressung steht. In Ausgangslage ist also sowohl der Austragkanal 11 als auch der Belüftungskanal 23 zwangsläufig abgedichtet geschlossen. Mit Beginn des Pumphubes hebt der Ventil- Schließteil 29 vom Ventilsitz 30 ab, so daß das Belüftungsventil 24 und damit der Belüftungskanal 23 bis in das Innere des Speichers 20 geöffnet ist.The movable
In der den Belüftungskanal 23 aufweisenden BelUftungsverbindung zwischen der Außenatmosphäre und dem Innern des Speichers 20 ist ein Keimfilter 31 angeordnet, der unmittelbar benachbart zum Außenumfang des Zylinder-Gehäuses 3 an dessen zugehörige Wandungsfläche 32 angelegt ist. Der flächige, beispielsweise kreisscheibenförmige Keimfilter 31 ist derart im Bereich der Durchtrittsöffnung 28 und symmetrisch zu der durch diese, gehenden Axialebene der Austragpumpe 1 angeordnet, daß die von der Eingangskammer 25 in den Speicher 20 strömende Belüftungsluft ausschließlich und vollständig nur durch den Keimfilter 31 in den Speicher 20 gelangen kann. Der Keimfilter 31 ist einteilig mit einer benachbart zu seinem Außenumfang geschlossen umlaufenden Ringdichtung 33 ausgebildet,die nach Art von Ringwulsten beiderseits etwa gleich weit über die Oberflächen des Keimfilters 31 vorsteht, derart, daß an jeder Oberfläche eine vorstehende Ringdichtung gebildet ist und die beiden Ringdichtungen in Ansicht auf den Keimfilter 31 im wesentlichen deckungsgleich zueinander liegen. Mit der Ringdichtung 33 ist der Keimfilter 31 unter Pressung einerseits gegen die Wandungsfläche 32 angelegt und andererseits liegt die Ringdichtung 33 mit ihrer von dieser Wandungsfläche 32 abgekehrten Seite an einem fensterartigen Halterahmen 34 an, der beispielsweise durch Pressung, Klebung, Schweißung oder dergl. am Zylinder-Gehäuse 3, insbesondere ausschließlich an der Wandungsfläche 32 befestigt ist; im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Halterahmen 34 so gestaltet, daß er im Bereich der inneren Stirnfläche des Befestigungsflansches 22 auch an der Abschluß-Kappe 4 befestigt ist, jedoch ist es in den meisten Fällen zweckmäßig, den Halterahmen 34 nur an einem einzigen der beiden, das Pumpen-Gehäuse 2 bildenden Bauteile zu befestigen und ggf. im Bereich des Befestigungsflansches 22 in die Abschluß-Kappe 4 eingreifen zu lassen. Die zentrale öffnung des Halterahmens 34 bildet die Eintrittsöffnung für die aus dem Keimfilter 31 austretende Belüftungsluft in den Speicher 20; diese Eintrittsöffnung ist nur geringfügig kleiner als das Filterfeld innerhalb der Ringdich- tuJ%g 33. Der Halterahmen 34 ist im Querschnitt zweckmäßig wenigstens teilweise winkelförmig, derart daß ein Winkelschenkel die Ringdichtung 33 übergreift und der andere Winkelschenkel zur Befestigung am Pumpen-Gehäuse 2 dient. Der Halterahmen 34 kann auch beispielsweise durch mindestens einen Ring bzw. eine Hülse gebildet sein, welche auf das Pumpen-Gehäuse 2, beispielsweise mit Pressung, aufgeschoben und/oder geschweißt ist, derart, daß der Halterahmen das Gehäuse 2 am Außenumfang umgibt bzw. in der Mittelachse 35 der Austragpumpe 1 liegt.A
