Definitions

  • the subject of the present invention is a box for placing connection reinforcements between two concrete structure parts on standby.
  • Figure 1 shows a box of this type known from DE-A-32 22 375 in the name of Dôllen.
  • This known box is formed by a profile 2 in the form of a trapezoidal section tube and provided with a longitudinal opening 3 on its face 4 intended to be placed on the side of the first part of the structure (not shown in the drawing).
  • This profile also has, on this same face 4, notches 5 suitable for receiving the frames. These notches 5 extend substantially transversely to the longitudinal direction of the box from its opening 3.
  • edges 3a, 3b of the opening have complementary profiles in the form of rib 3a and groove 3b, so as to ensure the closure of the box once it has been put in place.
  • the trapezoidal section of the profile is also provided so that the small base of the trapezoid is formed by the face 4 of the profile which is intended to be placed on the side of the first part of the work, that is to say the face of the profile which has the notches 5.
  • this box must have a fairly large wall thickness, in order to have sufficient rigidity and is therefore expensive to produce from the point of view of the quantity of material.
  • the object of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks, and in particular to provide a box for placing connection reinforcements of the aforementioned type on standby, which has good rigidity while being thin while being in use. , which can be easily extracted and which allows the placing of looped reinforcements.
  • This box must also make it possible to obtain a better connection between the parts of the structure to be connected.
  • the box according to the invention of the type formed by a tubular section of elastically deformable polygonal section, provided with at least one longitudinal opening capable of being closed by engaging its edges, and notches intended to receive the reinforcements, extending from a longitudinal opening and being located on the side of a first part of the structure is characterized in that each longitudinal opening is disposed substantially at the top of the polygonal section in the junction zone between the wall located on the side of the first part of the structure and an adjacent wall and is delimited by two edges, at least one of which has a profile in the general shape of an S, and the other of which has an at least partially complementary profile.
  • connection mode ensures the closure of the box while allowing easier opening thereof compared to the box known up to now, due to the shape of the complementary profiles.
  • the profile has a substantially trapezoidal cross section whose largest base is turned towards the side of the first part of the structure.
  • This arrangement makes it possible to have a connecting zone in the form of a dovetail between the two parts of the structure ensuring a better connection between these two parts of the structure.
  • the withdrawal of the box is always possible by simple pull on the edge thereof, this pull causing, first of all, the deformation of the box, and, therefore, the opening thereof.
  • means for retaining and holding the reinforcements are provided inside the box. These holding means not only make it possible to keep the reinforcements in position inside the box but also allow the reinforcements to participate in the rigidity of the set of reinforcements plus box, and, consequently, to reduce the wall thickness of the box.
  • These holding means can be formed by elastic tongues erected substantially vertically, protrusions, etc. They can also be formed by tongues extending horizontally and capable of separating two superposed layers of reinforcements.
  • This embodiment is particularly interesting, since it makes it possible to put two layers of reinforcements in the same box with a minimum space requirement, which is the case in an area close to one of the ends of the box, since the strands reinforcement in this area cannot be folded in the same direction as the others, but necessarily in the opposite direction and must therefore be superimposed on the strands of the other reinforcements.
  • the box according to the invention is formed by a profile 10 having substantially the shape of a dry tube trapezoidal and comprising two parallel faces 11, 12 and two lateral faces 13.
  • the profile 10 is open over its entire length in 8 at the junction of its face 11 with its lateral faces 13 and its face 11 constitutes a double closing flap of these openings 8 in the form of longitudinal slots of the profile 10, which is articulated in its middle on a partition wall 14 of the profile.
  • This face 11 is intended to be applied against the formwork of the first part of the work 17 and has a transverse dimension greater than that of the face 12 and which therefore corresponds to the large base of the trapezoid constituting the cross section of the profile 10.
  • Notches 15, extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the box 10, are formed on the face 11 of the box, from the free edges 11 a thereof, in order to receive the frames 6 to be put on hold.
  • These notches 15 have the same shape as the notches 5 of the known box or have a substantially rectangular shape and their dimensions correspond substantially to the diameter of the reinforcements to be placed on hold.
  • this box which has two openings 8 and two series of notches 15 allows to put on hold two series of strands of frames 6. It could obviously have only one opening and series of notches for setting waiting for a single set of one-strand reinforcement.
  • This box 10 also includes means for retaining and holding the frames 6 in each half of the box.
  • the elastic tongues 16 are formed near each side wall 13 and are inclined in the direction of the partition wall 14. Each tongue 16 has, at its free end, a projecting part 16a inclined in the direction of the bottom 12.
  • the protrusions 18 and the tongues 16 make it possible to keep the reinforcements 6 perfectly in place in the box 10, whatever their diameter. Indeed, the tongues 16 are arranged so as to exert a pressure directed approximately radially on the folded part 6b of each frame. If the frame 6 has a larger diameter, as shown in the right part of FIG. 2, the associated tongue 16 will move away due to its elasticity while exerting pressure on the frame tending to press it against the bottom. 12 of housing 10.
  • the projections 18, by their orientation, aim at preventing an upward movement of the frames 6.
  • the free edges 13a of the side faces 13 and those 11a of the closing flap 11 have complementary profiles having substantially the shape of S. This arrangement makes it possible to obtain a closure of the openings 18 of the box 10 by form connection between the edges of its side faces 13 and its closing flap 11.
  • Each frame 6 is placed in the box by passing through its opening 8, after widening thereof, and introduction of its part 6a in an associated notch 15.
  • the profile 10 is made of a metallic or plastic material, for example extruded polyvinyl chloride (PVC), having a certain elasticity in order to allow the widening of its opening 8 by slight deformation of its lateral faces 13 and of its front face 11 .
  • PVC polyvinyl chloride
  • the withdrawal of the casing 10 is very easy, despite its particular trapezoidal shape, by exerting traction in the direction of the arrow 19 on its lower face 12.
  • the closing edges 11a, 13a are initially blocked by the dovetail shape of the recess defined by the box in the first part of the work 17, which causes a deformation of the box 10 (not shown in the drawing), which deformation gives rise to a separation of the two closing edges 11a, 13a and therefore to the opening of the box 10.
  • This box is then completely removed while continuing the tensile force on its face 12.
  • the trapezoidal section (which is in the opposite direction to that of the boxes known up to now) does not hinder the withdrawal of the box 10.
  • a connecting area in the form of a dovetail which ensures a better connection between them.
  • the box 20 shown in FIG. 3 is intended more particularly to receive frames 6 with two strands or looped frames.
  • This box 20 has substantially the same shape as the box 10 and comprises, like the latter, two parallel faces 21, 22, one of which 21 constitutes a double closing flap, articulated on a partition wall 24 and provided with notches. 25, and two side faces 23.
  • the only difference between this box 20 and the box 10 lies in the fact that its transverse dimensions are greater because the frames 6 are not side by side, as is the case when two sets of reinforcements are arranged as shown in Figure 2, but are, on the contrary, separated by a certain distance.
  • two tabs 26 similar to the tabs 16 are provided in each part of the double box 20 to hold each frame part 6b, the two tabs 26 located on the same side of the partition wall 34 being arranged in antagonism l 'one over the other.
  • the box 30 shown in FIG. 5 is the same as the box 20 shown in FIG. 3 intended more particularly to receive reinforcements with two strands.
  • This box 30 has substantially the same shape as the boxes 10 and 20 and has, like these, two parallel faces 31, 32, one of which 31 constitutes a double closing flap, articulated on a partition wall 34 and provided notches 35, and two lateral faces 33.
  • the free edge 33a of the side walls actually has an S-shaped profile; on the other hand, the free edges 31a of the double closing flap 31 have the shape of an L, the small branch of which engages in one of the loops of the S formed by the associated free edge 33a. Obviously, the closing and opening of this box 30 takes place in the same way as described above.
  • the side walls 33 do not have a straight shape as in the examples previously described but have a certain concavity 37 on the outside.
  • This concavity makes it easier, by priming it, to deform the box when traction is exerted on its bottom 32, in order to remove it. It also makes it possible to form one (or more) protrusion 38 similar to the protrusions 18 and cooperating with a tongue 36 similar to the tongues 16, 26 on the internal face of the side walls to maintain the reinforcements inside the box. 30.
  • longitudinal recesses 31 b are formed along the wall 31 forming a closing flap, on each side of the partition wall 34 so as to form webs of material facilitating the double "articulation" of this closing flap 31 on this wall 34.
  • longitudinal ridges 39 are formed on the external face of the closing flap 31, in order to prevent the concrete of the first part of the work from setting on the external face of this flap and therefore in order to facilitate the extraction of this box 30.
  • the box 40 shown in Figure 4 is intended more particularly to receive reinforcements 6 to one strand, arranged in two layers.
  • This box 40 has, like the boxes described above, two parallel faces 41, 42 and two side faces 43, 44.
  • the face 41 constitutes a single articulated closing flap, also by means of a veil of material 41 b on one 44 of the lateral faces, the free edges respectively 41 a, 43a of the face 41 and of the other lateral face 41 delimiting the opening 8 for the reinforcement 6.
  • the free edges 41 a, 43 a of the opening have complementary profiles, respectively in the form of S and in the form of L.
  • the wall 43 has substantially the same concave shape 47 as the walls 33 of the profile 30, the wall 44 is on the other hand substantially planar which gives the box 40 a substantially rectangular section.
  • the wall 41 and the wall 44 also further have longitudinal ridges 49 intended to facilitate the extraction of the box.
  • the means for holding the frames are formed by a substantially horizontal tongue 46 extending from the wall 44 over approximately half of the cross section of the box, at mid-height. of it.
  • This tongue 46 which extends over the entire length of the box is in the free state (as shown in phantom in Figure 4) substantially parallel to the bottom wall 42 of the box but is however slightly inclined downwards, so as to be pushed up by the introduction of a frame 6 and to exert on it a sufficient holding force.
  • this box allows with minimal space the placing on standby of two superimposed layers of reinforcements 6, 7 separated from one another by the tongue 46 and is therefore particularly advantageous.
